The worst experience ever ...
I was there twice and the receptionist guy (Tawfik) was extremely rude in the first time he was talking in his personal phone while guests were wanting to ask this is not a behaviour for an employee working in customer service .
In the second time he was sleeping in his chair and the worst part that he has no manners he can't deliver the information clearly when I was asking if there's any possibility to pay in cash cause as everyone knews here in tunisia we use only cash he rejected my request rudely the away I get the rejection is the problem not the rejection itself that was so disrespectful i wonder how come such a rude person is working for UAE ambassy
Ahhh let's not forget the security guy who keep harassing people asking for tips if they get they're visa 🙄
And finally thx to they're bad service my trip was postponed to another date 😑

They ask u to pay with devise in a country that doesn’t allow you to have devise and when u ask for assistance and plead to use the country’s currency and pay with cash they say that they don’t care
