I was in Goreme, they came to deliver the car there and I returned it in Kayseri airport, that was awesome.. Problem why I give 1 star is that they didn’t return the insurance deposit which was around 70 USD on my credit card..

and I tried to contact them on the WhatsApp we used to communicate on, but they ignored me and replied in Turkish like they didn’t understand even though before renting they were friendly and replying fast in English.. Never again with this office

Bedingt empfehlenswert! Im Reisebüro gebucht! Es sollten extra kosten von etwa 10 Euro entstehen, am Flughafen von Nevşehir angekommen war der Leihwagen da, bei der Schlüssel Übergabe, sollten wir auf einmal 59 Euro bezahlen, weil es außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist! Ob wohl ich mich verarscht gefühlt habe, habe ich das Geld bezahlt (60 Euro), er hätte kein klein Geld, bei der Leihwagen Rückgabe sollte ich mein 1 Euro zurück bekommen! Hab ich bis heute nicht bekommen, bei der Leihwagen Rückgabe war ein anderer von einer anderen Firma da und der wusste natürlich nichts davon, ich sollte mich bei Europcar melden! Nicht einmal eine Quittung habe ich (59 Euro) bekommen!
Europcar! Geht ihr mit euren Kunden immer so um!? Einmal Europcar und nie wieder ...car!!!
