Uyum Hotel

The receptionists, chef and housekeepers are very nice and polite. The equipments in the room are a bit old, but rooms and swimming pools are absolutely clean. They also offer a variety of food for the breakfast. The location is great too. It’s very close to the Pamukkale. I enjoy my stay here.

Absolutely amazing!!! The rooms are clean, the Turkish breakfast buffet as a lot of options and it’s served by the pool. All the staff are super super sweet, polite and helpful. The rooms had a nice view to the travertines and its a 5min walk to the entrance. The outside pool it’s ginormous, the indoor pool is warm and both stay open until 11pm. Overall the hotel is perfect and the staff is what makes it even better!

Great service from reception, was only too happy to help! Rooms were spotless, amazing value and lovely breakfast. Was perfect for our hot air balloon flight!

We had an awesome time here! The pool was great and we had a few drinkies by the bar (our own as the bar wasn't open), when the staff came down they let us buy some more and didn't mind that we were loud and up late (they probably did mind but didn't say anything, sorry!)

Good breakfast, nice service, rooms with balcony, good WiFi, center of Pammukale, everything correct. One swimming pool inside, with thermal water. Normal swimming pool open 8:30-23:00 (children should quit 20:30), but no problem if you want use this later (how long you are silent and don't disturb other guests). A very helpful lady works at the reception desk - always explain, answer with smile and gave to us thermometer, when child feel bad. The only negatives are: no fridge in room and smells ± music in night from Kokoreç bus (if you have window at road side).

We got 2 rooms as family room all were full,we liked the breakfast, massive swimming pool, jacuzzi,more Speaking English staff needed.

The hotel was a very humble place, good drinks and decent food. We had a great experience. I accidentally left my money in the room when I checked out and room services made sure I got all of my money back. I called and there was no problem, they counted the money and saved it for the tour guide to deliver it to me.
They are very honest people and that is always appreciated.

Breakfast was good. Pool area was great, great sized pool with a great depth. Didn't get to go in the indoor pool but friend did - said it was great temperature and clean. Room was basic but comfy. Just what I wanted.

Close to Pamukkale lower gate,fantastic outdoor breakfast,huge pool open till late,we had Pamukkale view from balcony,very good value for money.
