We spent one night here and I had only pleasant impressions. We were greeted very hospitably at the reception, I think it was the owner of the hotel, he is a very friendly person. I no longer expect anything from hotels in Turkey, but this one pleasantly surprised me. most importantly, there was no smell of tobacco in the room, not a bit of tobacco smell at all, this is very rare for Turkey. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. The bed is very comfortable, several types of pillows are softer and firmer. in the bathroom the hot water was really hot and flowed without restrictions. the towels were tired, but compared to everything else it was a minor thing for us. for breakfast there was an omelette and various Turkish snacks, as well as coffee, tea, cereal and fruit.

We have stayed only for one night, I wish we could have stayed more. Very comfortable and quiet place with a great view. Also seeing the hot air balloons in the morning was a very pleasant surprise. Good breakfast. Lovely fireplace in the restaurant. Shortly, loved it.

Loved it!
The staff is very welcoming and kind, always with a smile on their face.
The location is fantastic: we walked to the middle gate to the Travertines in less than ten minutes.
The bed is huge and super comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommended!

The Situation;
We're travelling as a family group of 5, which means that in most places, we'll need two rooms to fulfil our needs. The booking at Melrose Viewpoint Hotel was for a 4 Person Family room and a 2 Person room.

The Good;
Our two rooms were well appointed, clean & warm, with super comfortable beds & good bathrooms + hot water. Our rooms had views of the travertines which was a nice bonus. Please note that not all of the rooms have this.

We were served up an excellent breakfast that was always more than we needed on a daily basis. A great way to start the day.

All the staff were amazing at every level, from the reception, cleaning staff and the breakfast staff.

The location is within walking distance of the travertines, so grab your bathers and your slides and make your way to there or to the antique pool at the top.

The Not So Good;
Nothing to do with Melrose Viewpoint, but we found the dinner options in town a bit bland and not value for money; Hence the Melrose restaurant on site may be a good option for one night on a multi night stay.

The Verdict;
This is a well run and wonderful hotel, suitable for families and couples. If you don't feel like heading out for a meal in town, then please try their restaurant too.

Absolutely beautiful property. It's a family business. So the manager, cook, and front desk person are family members. They will make you feel one of them. They serve you with love and care. They can assist you in tourist spots, help you book cabs, and also guide you in choosing adventure activities. We were in trouble when our bus got cancelled due to heavy snowfall, so they allowed us to extend our room for one night and it was really helpful.
Breakfast is usually included in the room booking, breakfast was mouthwatering.
The hotel location is on the point, 2min walking distance from the city centre, bus stop and market places.
Rooms were clean and equipped with a hot kettle and tea/coffee spread.
I would definitely recommend staying here

Basic but charming. Staff are very friendly and the location is convenient. Nice swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. They might want to consider improving the WiFi quality, but apart from that my stay was great.

Our room had a direct beautiful view of the "white mountain". This cozy hotel has a nice restaurant and small pool perfect for relaxation after exploring Hierapolis. Note that there is no elevator so it's not suitable for people with mobility situation.

A very nice place to stay, in the heart of Pamukkale. The hotel has an excellent pool, restaurant and a bar, all the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a second floor room with excellent views of the travertine and watching all the hot air balloons taking off to see the sunrise. Good hotel for the price, would recommend staying here.

We love this hotel. Great staff (who speak fluent English) who simply cannot do enough for you; fantastic location (which let's you see the balloons in the morning and is close enough to walk to the Travertines); dedicated parking in a safe spot; a nice swimming pool; and a wonderful breakfast. On top of all of this, it is great value for money too. What's not to like?

This was the absolute best hotel experience I had in all of Turkey. The staff is amazing, they’re so helpful and friendly and I probably asked them for hundreds of favors and they didn’t even complain or frown once. Amazing attitudes. Everyone spoke English fluently and it was run by a family so they made you feel like you were family. They helped my wife and I get a shuttle to and from the airport. Anytime I needed a taxi they would call or if I needed any sort of help finding restaurants or tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and spacious even though I got a standard room and they were brand new!! They were cleaned everyday and smelled like bubble gum. Every room has a balcony or sliding door and a view of the travertine. Breakfast was very good and they have a restaurant. Beautiful garden and outdoor pool. The only downside was that the travertines were about a four minute walk but even then that’s not a big deal. I will definitely be back!! P.S. if you’re going to pamukkale make sure you try the Asian kitchen!

What makes the stay here extra special is the family who run it, in particular Busra. She is very welcoming and a great host for helpful recommendations and a lovely person to chat to every day. Busra helped us with many questions and continued to make sure we were ok after we checked out and waited for our airport taxi much later in the day.
This is a decent budget hotel, the pool is very refreshing after being out in the heat all day and our bed was very comfortable, we were very happy!

I picked this hotel because of the view from my room. I got very nice Pamukkale view. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and stuff were very nice. My plan included breakfast and dinner. I can choose eat inside of the restaurant or outside by the pool. Food and wine were tasty. I also enjoyed swimming the pool( yes it was hot when I was there)
Everything is in walking distance, so location is good :)
