Incredible place!
First we visited an antique area. You can walk around the Rome architecture. For me the best is Rome theater. Afterwards we went to the Antique Pool where water is full of minerals and the temperature of the water is 36. You need to buy a ticket (200 lir) and you can access the poll, locker, shower. You can 't take a camera into the pool.
The opposite of the pool (50 meters) you can see calcium rocks with thermal water. For your safety use shoes water!
Between the pool and calcium rock is the Museum (entry included with the main ticket)
Hat 🎩, umbrella ☂ is essential when temperature is over 30. The antique area has no trees.
The main ticket will cost you 30 eur o. The extra facility is a golf car a nd you can travel between the places or walk which can't take 3-4 hours.

Beautiful place, located in the real Turkey, could be far from seaside locations but is absolutely whorty getting here. To keep clean the mountain is forbidden walking away from the pathway and it is mandatory to remove shoes and climb on bare feet. Hot water flows down through dedicated river, where you can take a hot bath. White and creamy mud can be token from the bottom and used as skin treatment. Children and adults would be very happy from this experience.

A truly magical, otherworldly place. Go there while you still can. Global warming is drying these natural pools. I totally feel honored for having this experience. Start at the top and walk your way down. Stop at the ruins and the Cleopatra pool for a swim as you make your way to the travertines.

Good, enjoyable, worth getting to the top. There are hot water baths, but you must pay to enter them, with Roman ruins. The place at the top is good. Climbing the mountain is tiring but beautiful. The amount for foreigners is 700 liras per person.

Is one of the remarkable places in the world, and one of the world wonders. Pamukkale means Cotton Castle in Turkish language. It looks like white cotton or snow castle, it is made carbonate minerals.
Unfortunately when we we visited the blue beautiful pool we see in the pictures were dried off. But the pools which is open for public has running water, level of the water just beneath the knees. Also can visit the Hierapolis ancient city, which has the theatre, they have a museum. also the antique mineral pools, has warm mineral water crystal clear, the entrance ticket doesn’t include swimming in the antique pools, swimming tickets can be bought at the entrance of the pools.
The have gift shop, you can buy snacks and ice cream.
There is a long walk from the main entrance, but people who having walking problem or wheelchair can rent a club car at reasonable price and can enjoy their visit.
We went for one day from Antalya, about 200km, it takes 3 hours drive.
Next time we visit we will stay at least one night so can take hot balloon ride at sunrise. Highly recommended.

Amazing and bespoke place.
A place for those who likes to wonder and explore the spectacular nature in Turkey. It’s one of the world wonders, it kept in excellent condition. Turkish authority are really pay a good care of the place. Once you get there you have to walk with bear foot. You might need spare cloth to change just in case you don’t like to leave the place covered with chalk clay. Ample choices of restaurant. The mountain sectioned into small ponds for the tourist to bathe themselves in the mineral water.
The only down side was the entry ticket was very pricy comparing to the Turkish citizen.
I had to pay tl700 while the Turkish people pay tl60 only.

Such an amazing experience! Just absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately many of the travertines looks like they are dried up. Nonetheless, a must visit when you visit Turkey.
I didn't like the idea of doing a tour package from Izmir. So I used the train from Izmir and got to Denezli station which is a 4.5hour journey. However, the train times are not very friendly as the first train gets you there by about 1pm and the last train out is about 6pm. If I were to do it again, I would base myself from Selcuk which is half way to break the journey and i get to save time visiting Ephesus too.
Upon arrival at the train station, ahead on to the bus station which is just 5mins away. Then go down one level that's where all the Dolmus is, find platform 76. The dolmus leaves every 30 minutes and it's a journey of 10-15minutes.
After the dolmus drops you off, take a road on the right that will lead you to the South Gate in about 10min.
You will need to remove your shoes and hike up from South Gate. Every moment of that is just beautiful.

A beautiful place to visit … unique experience in this white little mountain full of carbonate mineral / salt ! … read about the place before you visit it and make sure to buy the correct ticket !
No place for swimming but you can enjoy some lakes which have 0.3 - 0.7 meter depth …
You can spend 1 hour to 4 hours there depending on your ticket type and what you’re interested in.

Beautiful and unique place, has small natural pools of thermal water, swim in those mini pools leave the skin soft and smooth.
It is advisable to wear water shoes to avoid sliding on rocks with moss.

An extremely beautiful place, but the staff is the worst, there was a heavy rain with a wind , we were completely wet standing in the rain, staff was driving towards the shops, we asked them to take us we were even ready to pay, but they just drove past, we had to run in a terrible rainstorm for 10 minutes

Locally called as Cotton Castle, site is natural carbonate minerals along with hot water springs. White terraces looks like small water pools where people around the globe visit to have their bodies soaked in mineral rich water. It’s also near world heritage site of Hierapolis. One of the historical and most frequent visited site.

Very nice place.
At the beginning you have to buy the right ticket acc. to your plans: What will you visit. If everything, you will need the 130TL ticket.
After this you entry the white limestone area. You have to take off the shoes and do the walk barefoot on the beatiful limestone.
If you want and if there is enough water you can take a small bath at one of the “natural pools”.
After you arrive on the top, you can visit the Hierapolis.
Next to this is the Cleopatra Bath, where you can have a bath in a pool and can cool down.
On this site you can walk to the Amfitheatrum.
If you have planty of time and you are not tired you can leave the theatre on the east site and go to the walls. With this tour you have seen almoust everything.
From this site you can walk back to the Cleopatra bath and can go back to the entrance again barfoot.

Stunning place to visit .. note you can't wear any footwear in the calcium thermal water area .. can be sharp and slippy .. be careful. Didn't pay extra for cleopatra pool .. prefer to see the ruins . Long journey there from kusadasi 3 hours one way .. bring snacks .. plenty water .. don't be a hero make sure you have a hat or umbrella it's hot as Satan's balls

This place is really beautiful. I recommend to visit it in summer, because in winter this salt is pretty cold and you have to go there with bare foot.
