Perfect place to stay with your family. This place is run by a family and all are very cooperative and helping. Mr. Hussain, Mr. Osman and his mother are all very hospitable. Mother cooks very delicious food and they give you discount as well. Breakfast is free, rooms are cozy and also have Balloons ride and Paragliding facilities with free pick and drop from and to the hotel.

A great family run hotel! A great example of how important soft products and service matters despite a relatively simple and humble building.

We only stayed for over 24 hours but were very much overly satisfied and happy. Osman (if I spelled correctly) was a great host and very informative, cool and attentive. His parents were very warm and inviting as well, going out of their way to make us feel warmly welcomed.

Osman’s dad drove us willingly to the top north entrance of Hierapolis and along the way giving us tips on how to make most of our time and money there. Even though the south entrance is literally a 10 mins walk from the hotel but at the bottom end of the travertine pools. An absolute gentleman! Osman’s mom was a great cook! She makes great hearty breakfast and dinner as well (discounts for dinner on hotel guests).

The rooms were decent size, with all the necessities included and hot shower. Tea and coffee at the reception area 24/7, perfect for the chilly winter months.

I wish Osman and his family the very best in their business and want to continue seeing this hotel being very successful. I can’t wait to come back one day, perhaps in the summer months and enjoy the pool too. Truly in my opinion one of the best family run hotels I’ve ever stayed in my lifetime of travels.

Teşekkürler Osman & family!

The hosts are a lovely couple, very warm and hospitable. They made us feel very welcome and served delicious food. They also had the best price for hot air balloon ride and gave many tips for visiting the tourist spots. The hotel is a couple minutes walk to the town entrance of the travertines. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 3 nights and had a good experience.

Above expectations and highly recommended, just near to famous Pammukale attractions.Hosts are amazing. Free breakfast is unlimited and tasty. Family run hotel with all the facilities also felt like home. Restaurant food is so delicious. Helped to get the rides on very less rates. Provided lift to nearby attractions. Parents of Osman are very nice and friendly. You get to know more about Turkey and the culture. Sitting in restaurants seems to be sitting with your family.

Very nice stay close to pammukale-hierapolis historical site. The staff drove me to the south entrance (but i recommend you drive to the north entrance and then walk from south entrance to the hotel as it is only 30 min from the south entrance to the hotel but one hour from the north entrance). The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Family run hotel and very friendly staff. There is also a minibus who stops right next to the hotel and drive you to Laodicea roman site. Tea is self service and unlimited for free. (Traditional turkish tea)

I highly recommend this place, especially for the impressive hospitality of the family that runs it.

Osman (not sure this is how you spell it) is a great guy, very friendly and professional. His dad is a kind gentleman and definitely stay there for dinner since his wife is a great chef and you can have one of the most delicious dinner you can dream of!

They also have a pool and will do anything to make your stay memorable.

Follow their tips about how to visit the cotton castle, you won't regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aswapa for one night, and I have to say that out of all the places I have visited and stayed at, the hospitality and services at Aswapa truly made me feel right at home.

Aswapa is a family-run establishment, and the amazing people who run it made our stay incredibly memorable. The rooms were not only clean, but also beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting space to relax in.

One person who stood out during our stay was Osman. He is an incredibly kind and humble individual who went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was unforgettable. From offering helpful recommendations to personally taking care of any concerns we had, he truly made a difference in our experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was dining at their in-house restaurant. The food was prepared with love and care, offering a truly homemade taste. Osman's mom, who is a great chef, prepared delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds and left us wanting more.

Not to be forgotten, Osman's dad also played a significant role in ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. His attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service were evident throughout our stay.

I highly recommend Aswapa to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience. From the warm and friendly staff to the delicious homemade food, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Aswapa, for making our trip truly unforgettable!

I had an amazing experience with Osman and his family. They were super warm with their hospitality. His father dropped me at the gate of Hierapolis and told me the way to trek down from the travertini. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were squeaky clean. I made a mixup by thinking that the checkout time was 12 noon instead of 11 AM, they were kind enough to even accommodate my mistake.

If you are planning a trip to hierapolis, all you need is a place to sleep, no need for anything fancy. It doesn't make sense to stay in expensive hotels and Aspawa Hotel was everything that we asked for and more. 5 minutes drive from south gate of hierapolis. We went to the south gate at 630am, and we can still make it back in time for breakfast at 10am. Osman and family were extremely hospitable and took lengths to make sure everyone is comfortable. 24hr free tea and wonderful family run hotel. They are really sincere in building their hotel business

Great hotel, The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We only stayed for one night but it made quite and impression. The breakfast was really good and the bar at night was also good. The rooms were decently sized and offered everything they needed to. In the morning you also had the chance of spotting ballons which was a nice suprise. Overall, I wish we couldve stayed longer it was very nice!

Family hotel with beautiful view while having breakfast. Home-made burek is a zest of the breakfast. Rooms are clean and functional. Service is outstanding (!) Hosts helped me to get to the places I needed for free, made happen paragliding very fast, coffee-tea-water are available for free 24/7. There are parking places near hotel, not "on the road", 2 of them under the coverage. Clima and warm wool blankets.

The best part of Aspawa are the hosts—it is a family operation! They drove us to the top entrance for the travertine pools, fed us breakfast each morning, and arranged transportation from the airport and to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and for the price, unbeatable!
