White Heaven Hotel Pamukkale

Ali and his staff were amazing. They were very attentive offering tea, coffee, and water every time they saw us. They also offered rides to restaurants and the South entrance of Hierapolis/ Pamukkale, but it was only a short walk to the town entrance.

The room was huge, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in Turkey.

The resort is wonderfully decorated with beautiful mosaic lamps and the breakfast was plentiful and exceptional.

This hotel is much better than excellent. If there is a word that s greater than greatest, excellent, and awesome that will be the word. The ali's there are very hard working people. Definitely coming back to this hotel when I come back to turkey. I strongly suggest people to stay at this hotel when they visit turkey. Very excellent

An absolute beautiful stay with equally beautiful service as people. The manager, Mel, was incredibly hospitable - he treated us like family and it was such a pleasure tog et to know him. The other staff members, like Ali, were also always helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. This was truly a beautiful stay, and if I got to come here again, I'll be visiting them!

This is a beautifully located hotel almost 300 mtrs away from all the main tourist spots. Being a family owned and run business, people are very nice and helpful. We read of nice breakfast here but we missed it as we reached 10:05 and they serve breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 AM- We were late after driving 700 kms which is not the hotels fault and I will still give them a 5 star for their behaviour. Rooms are big and ours had a mountain and valley view which was very peaceful to look at.

This is more than just a hotel. We loved staying here! Everything is perfect especially the people here are very friendly, humble, helpful and very informative. Everything around is so close. The room is very big and clean. The breakfast they prepared was very delicious. Omg I can't say anything other than I'm so glad I made the right decision to stay here! Highly recommended place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were huge, but the staff, esp Oliver at the front desk, was so kind and gracious, giving us tips on when and what to do to enhance our visit to Parmukkale. Breakfast was a huge affair, we couldn't finish the amount of food they put on the table!
All in all, a great hotel to stay in Parmukkale.

Great location, right next to Pamukkale springs. Great facilities and good service. Stayed there for only a day, but the staff was quite helpful and served us a sumptuous Turkish breakfast.

The rooms have enough space and a balcony with a great view, are well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and always there to help with problems (like a suitcase that just won't open!) and give information.
Please take the time to sit down and have a chat with them. I had a great time talking to Mel and his colleagues. Would definitely come back there, not only because of the good location in town.

We loved our stay here!!!! Absolutely beautiful hotel, with a very nice pool and comfortable, spacious lounge area. Oscar at the front desk was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful and treated everyone like his personal guest (I think I heard him speaking English, Turkish, German, and Swedish at some point) We got complimentary melon upon arrival, glasses of wine when we asked, and a lovely breakfast is served to you every morning whenever you decide to come down. The rooms were also very large and spacious so that was nice. Pretty views :)

This is so much more than a hotel. You can do everything from here, book excursions (Hot air balloon trip, paragliding, ancient ruins, etc.) The Owner Ali is an amazing man with a great attitude. The staff are super friendly, the rooms large and spacious, the beds excellent for sleeping, the views superb and the breakfast set for a royal mouth. This is really what a home away from home is. Hospitality at its best and value for money for those that understand comforts. Not to be missed...

This is a very nice, clean and great location hotel. The employees are very friendly and supportive. Besides, breakfast is very rich, delicious and diversifying. The most supportive one is Mr Mel, the receptionist. He speaks English fluently and gives us great advises and offers the best services ever. I highly recommend people to choose White Heave for you enjoyable vacation 😍

The best boutique we stayed in Turkeye.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, breakfast was so generous, diverse and delicious, but the best of it was the staff. Everyone was so caring, making sure we are happy with our staying, always offering complimentary water, tea, coffee or even own produced fresh watermelon.
Very well located with own travel agency to do tours and even air balloon.
We were treated like a family, thank you White Heaven, we hope to be back in the future.

Nice hotel in a nice place. There's a yard with chickens walking around and hammocks, where you can always rest. The rooms were perfect and the service was nice and polite. The breakfast was something amazing and the manager can always advise a restaurant to visit in case of need. Also, the hotel is almost right by the hot springs and if you get the right room, you can even have a view on them. When we were leaving, the offered nice Turkish women scarves and gave us little, but nice magnets. This hotel us something like the Heaven! It is worth visiting it!

We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel is a short walk to the thermal pools and the staff are exceptional - so friendly, kind and welcoming. The breakfast is also excellent

Owner of the place was super hospitable and friendly. I booked a cheaper 2 single bed room but when he found out that we were a married couple, he gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room with a king bed. Also his staff drove us to our restaurant because it was already night time.

Water and drinks were on the house. Host can speak English well, lived a life in Japan so treats international people well.

It's super close to the town entrance of the travertine. And to the restaurant street. Walking on that main road feels super safe.

Some parts of the room, bathroom is a little bit old. Fully functional but don't expect a Mariott or Hyatt type of upkeep. If you expect a 3 star hotel, this exceeds expectations.

I might have been bitten by two bed bugs on the first night. Asked them to change sheets, the staff changed everything. Didn't had any issues on second night.

The location is very convenient, a short walk to the entrance. Mel, the host, is very helpful and welcoming. The room is well stocked with essentials.

As I write this, I'm having breakfast on our last day in pamukkale and this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Turkey so far. This hotel is an example of hospitality at its finest. From the night staff who welcomed us at our late check-in. And then Mahmood who drove us to a restaurant for dinner in his own car. To the gentleman who welcomes us for breakfast everyday as if we were guests in his own home. And all of this within walking range to the travertines
