10/10 for the best accommodation I've experienced in Pamukkale! The owner is incredibly nice, and his kids are adorable, adding a warm, family-friendly vibe to the place. The service quality is excellent, and the owner himself is very cool. The pricing is reasonable, and the rooms are warm and well-maintained, complete with a pool and lovely lawn decorations. A major highlight is the delicious breakfast, which is included in the price. I would definitely recommend visiting this place for a delightful stay.

A wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere that is well located within the town. The hotel has a pool, beautiful gardens, and a small restaurant onsite that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the beautiful family that run it - they are kind, helpful and made everything easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

This hotel is the fairest of the fair, stay here in Pamukkale. Husband and wife run the cleanest, kindest most cheerful operation in town. Rooms & linens are clean and bright. The bed is comfortable. The shower is very hot with great water pressure. The host are good kind people, who endeavor to make your stay comfortable and delightful. The most excellent pool is surrounded by a cheerful courtyard where the yummy breakfast is served.

The most valuable accommodation in Turkey. Very close to the Pamukkale entrance and everything is so clean/ well organized. The pool seems very fun too.

The hotel is nicely managed by the host family and it’s a small and cozy place to international travelers. It’s quite friendly priced and all the scenery services were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it if you want to have a little exceptional trip in Turkey by sitting in the grass at pool side and drink some nice wine. By the way, the location of the hotel is fantastic. You only need to walk 3 minutes to go to the travertines, and the other conveniences.

I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and it still didn’t fail to impress me. Not only the location was perfect but everything else was too. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and hotel ground was beautiful. The owners were so kind and helped us fixed a problem we had. Their kids are so adorable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located nearby all attractions in Pamukkale. The best thing about it is the incredibly friendly staff.

The Sunrise Aya Hotel is located close to everything. The owners are very nice. They have a nice eating area. Tables to sit at around the pool and a deck. The breakfast was incredible! They even gave us fresh peppers picked from their garden. The rooms are spacious and clean. The mattress is extremely firm. I would definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great accommodation close to the Travertines and restaurants. Family business run with a smile and always asking if you need help. As mentioned in other reviews, there are things on offer with Euro prices but it is optional. The breakfast is huge if you want to purchase it. Alternatively you can make your own tea ( provided for free) and something from a bakery ( 1 mn walk). The pool has a milky look because it comes from the mountain, it is replenished very often. The accommodation was confortable. Overall great value

Very nice down to earth place. The pool uses thermal from the springs above and is change every three days. Turkish breakfast was good and priced reasonably. Has a little bar and a yard for you to relax in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

We really do recommend this place for any one planning to chill and enjoy Pamukkale . Aya and her family was very welcoming and lovely. Room was very clean and the view of the garden and the pool when we got out of the room was awesome.
We had a long drive the other day and we had to arrive really late 1:00 at night but we let them know and they did not have any problem and waited till we arrived.
The next day we visited Pamukkali Travertine early in the morning which was really close by
We did check out after but first they offered us tea and some fresh yummy apricot from the garden i guess

My husband and I had an amazing stay in Sunrise aya hotel. The owner Hido and his wife are extremely welcoming. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable bed and linen. The hotel swimming pool and garden is beautiful. We found this location randomly on google and surprised to see that the location is right in the hub of Pamukkale resort surrounding with restaurants, cafes and other activities. The breakfast was delicious as well. Hido arranged our paragliding tour and airport transfer and pickup as well.
Thank you so much Hido for your hospitality, I definitely recommend you guys to choose this place for a stay you won’t regret it.

One of the best hotels I've ever been. Very beautiful, charming, comfortable and excellent attention. I've really enjoyed this beautiful village and this beautiful room. Unforgettable experience 🙂.

Location, location, location!!! Easy walking distance to the Travertines. Lower entrance is only 100 m from the hotel. Owner and his wife are very friendly and show great hospitality. They helped us with all our needs. We arrived in Pamukkale late in the evening (after 11 pm) without a place to stay. We were 2 big families on holiday. The first hotel we stopped at could not accommodate us, but they kindly contacted the owner of Sunrise Aya Hotel for us. Sunrise Aya owner immediately came to meet us and guide us up to his place. He was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had enough beds for our children (without even charging us for the smallest ones). When we woke up, we discovered that we were only 100 meters from the Travertines! Our breakfast was wonderful! They even accommodated our food allergies (no dairy and wheat), by making sure we had eggs and rice to go with the rest of our Turkish breakfast. Location is amazing. Rooms are very clean. Hot water is plentiful for showers. WiFi is excellent if you need it. I would highly recommend Sunrise Aya Hotel!!

We loved our stay very clean, great location and fair price, but what made it was connecting to the beautiful family very genuine people definitely coming back!!

Absolutely wonderful owners and it was a lovely place to stay. They were very helpful with tips and even helped to look for our next connection away from Pammukale. They also let us use the pool after we had checked out. Thank you so much and I highly recommend it to anyone.
