We stayed three relaxing nights here and I would love to return! Such a warm welcome. Simple and calm rooms with high ceilings, quiet evenings and great sleeps. We loved the coffee, tea and pastries in the morning and the location is perfect in case you're still hungry and want something more. Located in a small street close to the water. Lovely view from the second floor balcony. We hope to see you soon!

Very charming old building, well renovated, best bathroom of the trip so far. Very accommodating hosts, could not be more helpful or informative. Lovely location, cool breeze on the balcony. Love this town, love this hotel, love the food here, love these people!

The building has 3 floors with wood. Very good location, near the sea, friendly and helpful service. I never saw anywhere to send all the information about the city! They were sent after we had a reservation. It was really helpful. We've chosen the sea view room. Night and morning saw the beautiful view, it was really amazing. My boyfriend and I really love it! The rooms are clean and cozy. Thank you for everything!

We had a pleasant stay in a very cosy place. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Even if we were told there was no breakfast than coffee and tea, we were totally satisfied by the coffee and the pastry they offered!!!!

We have stayed for almost two weeks in this property. Everything was perfect, from A to Z.
The location is perfect. It is calm and quiet around the building, and just a minute's walk takes you to the main street and the shopping area. It is very close to the bus stop and the ferry lines too.
The historical building is amazing. It has been restored but the authentic details have been kept. It is also kept very clean and neat and they have paid extra attention to the tasteful decoration of the interior.
We had a beautiful seaview, AC, a nice bathroom and a good working wifi in our room. Everything was working fine and our stay was very comfortable.
But what makes this place so unique and special, if you ask us, is the staff and their friendly dynamics in this establishment. They were very friendly, patient and helpful. They have made every effort to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We have seen many interesting locations thanks to their advice and reccomendations. All in all we have had an unforgettable vacation.

I've stayed together with my husband in this hotel for 4 nights and it was amazing. The hotel itself is an old stone house which was carefully renovated up to the smallest of details. The lamps, the furniture, the light switches and all the decorations matched perfectly and created a very historical and cozy atmosphere. We've booked the room with the sea view and the view is just breathtaking. The room was quite spacious, felt bigger than in the pictures, it was very, very clean and the air conditioning really helped with the hot summer nights.
The hotel is located in the center and you can reach restaurants, cafes, bars and shops by foot pretty fast. There is no parking available at the location, however just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel there are a lot of paid parking places (with prices from 15TL to 25TL per day) and the owner was extremely nice to send us all this information before we arrived.
There is no breakfast, however they are serving water, coffee, tea and some small pastries and muffins every morning. This was enough for us.
The owner was very nice and friendly and he was always making sure we are having a good time and we are not missing anything.
We felt very comfortable in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

First time in the city and based on reviews we picked this place. We arrived at 2 AM after 5 hour bus and the place was ready.

We had amazing stay, so we extended one more night. The sea view and the calm neighborhood in the center is a great combination. Lovely place and we recommend!

Perfect stay!

We only stayed 1 night,but even so, it was really nice.
The hotel is located in a old building but which was recuperated keeping some original, so now is really beautiful and with a lot of charm. Staff was really helpful and pleasent. Even not having breakfast they give us coffe or tea and some cookies in the morning.
We stayed on a sea view room and the sunset was beautiful seen from the room.

Staff was very sincere and helpful. The hotel itself is a renovated historical house so every part of it was already beautiful. The renovation and the decoration made it even better. Lack of breakfast would be worse if it wasnt for the always present tea, coffee and snacks. Location is very central and close to the transportation for nearby beaches and attractions.

Really great experience, spectacular hotel, really cozy, clean, great location, impecable decoration, great bed, view, I really felt like a princess! The front desk guy was really nice, with VIP support and assistance. He was always assisting me with tips and recommendations, including tickets to airport and reservations. I really recommend the hotel, not only for the rates...! I want to go back soon... hopefully!

I recommend for everyone without hesitation who admire boutique hotel. If you are looking for peace and pleasure you are the right place to stay.

They take care so much hygienic measures that's why you are relaxly and comfortably sleepy. It is renovated quite stylish in accordance with the historical texture . You are so close to down town also far from the crowd. Many possiblities to getting around and for traditional cousin.

Employees are so kind and helpful. You feel as native one there. Especially see view rooms are amazing. Enjoy and have a nice holiday

The only place I prefer in Ayvalık. Great hospitality, highly motivated staff, nice touch everywhere, clean and peaceful in the heart of the oldtown. Good for couples, photographers, journalists and everyone who has an eye for details and want to be in the oldtown but needs a quite and peaceful stay. Highly recommend.

A very beautiful little hotel. Very clean. Everything works really well. And best of all, the host is really helpful and friendly giving great advice (in English) for the best places for eating, swimming sightseeing etc. I can only give my best recommendations!

In this seaside located historical building surrounded by beatuful flowers and bird sounds you really feel more confortable than home :) you clearly see how Mr. Devrim and his team do their job professionally with love. Their guiding and suggestions for the area were quite helpful. You will have fun whether you come with your family, friend, partner or alone.
Ps: They even offer dental hygiene products. :)

Stunning hotel for interior design lovers with superb staff and delicious morning snacks. We've loved to stay at Kidalyo and would recommend it to anyone staying around Ayvalik and Cunda.
