Cafe Caramel

Everything about this cafe is great. The first day we tried Sakizli muhallebi after some difficult decision making. It turned out it's way exceeding our expectation. It came with a special homemade jam and the milk pudding itself has some subtle herbal taste. When I came back again the next day I ordered three different puddings, magnolia pudding, almond pudding and profiteroles. Apparently the magnolia pudding is inspired by the banana pudding from New York's famous Magnolia bakery, which I'm very familiar with, and the pudding here clearly shows the latter how it is really done. The ingridents felt genuine unlike the artificial taste at the NY Magnolia. Almond pudding was also very nice after tried the same at some other cafes, it's not very sweet and has actual almond bits. When I came on Saturday night there was life music and people were dancing. It really felt like a happy place where people enjoy themselves. When I initially suggested to have the puddings takeaway, they put them in a nice tray in their original glass containers and happy for me to just return to the hotel I stayed after I finish. Cannot recommend this place any better.

Very, very nice and cosy place. Perfect service, very good English speaking and delicious dessert and drinks. Best place so far in Ayvalik and the whole area around it. If you are looking for a place to sit and have a nice talk and coffe, this is it ! Bravo from the bulgarian neighbours!

Çilekli irmik tatlısı ve bademli muhallebiyi mutlaka deneyin çok lezzetlilerde. Kahveler muhteşem değildi ama güzeldi. Herkes çok güzel yüzlü ve servis çok hızlıydı. Bizde tek sorun sandalyelerin rahat olmamaları onun dışında çok iyi bir mekan.

Çok tatlı bir mekan. Sunumları da çok güzel. İrmik tatlısı ve kahve söyledik. Tatlısı çok hafifti çok beğendik, kahve de çok aromatik ve lezzetliydi. Eskiden geldiğimde limonatasını da beğenmiştim o da çok ferahlatıcıydı. Kesinlikle ayvalıkta gidilmesi gereken bir yer olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Mozaik pasta, profiterol ve bademli muhallebi denedik. Bademli muhallebi bence meşhur mekandaki muhallebiciden daha güzeldi. Çayını denemelisiniz, çay değil mi demeyin gerçekten damağa değen bir tadı var. Atmosferi güzel, çok beğendik

Cumartesi Ayvalık Bit Pazarı’na gittiyseniz Cafe Caremel’de dinlenebilirsiniz. Güzel limonatası, kahve ve tatlı çeşitleri ile ferahlayabilirsiniz. Gündüz sıcağında biraz boğucu bir hava olsa da sokakta rüzgar esintisi var.

Ayvalıkta oturup güzel bir kahve, tatlı ikilisiyle doya doya sohbet etmek ve o atmosferin tadını çıkarmak.. Tüm haftasonundan beklentim bu olabilir. O kadar tatlı bir işletmecisi var ki, çok güzel kazançlar dilerim size.

Biz ortamı ilk görüşte cok beğenip oturduk. Kahve içtik. Cok tatlı, kibar bir hanımefendi ilgileniyor. Serin serin, sakin oturabilecek cici bir mekan.
