Where should I start.. firstly our experience was absolutely amazing. The resort is amazing. The food quality, just WOW. Every day, and night they have different concept of food, the distribution is huge and FAST! The animation team for adults and kids are on every night which is so fun. It’s such a family hotel. It’s a beachfront (private beach) the beach was so clean and warm it was amazing. Food was delicious. They also had grilled food option outside the restaurant. It’s an all inclusive hotel and wow the drinks, foods and everything was spot on. The pools were clean and big. The rides were great. The staff are attending and quick. Restaurant very clean. Our rooms were cleaned daily. No fault. I cannot say anything even an inch bad thing about this hotel. You will have great time here if you have kids they also will have great time. I wish we stayed longer. Thank you to the management, your doing a great job!!

It was an unforgettable vacation. The hotel was great. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. This is the second time I have come to this hotel. I will come again next year. We stayed on the ground floor in the family room with bunk bed, which consists of two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were specious and the mini fridge was a good addition as we always had cold water (and other drinks) in case of getting thirsty during the night. The location is amazing, two pools and a private beach. The food was delicious and I felt absolutely spoiled by the variety of it. I particularly loved sushi days. My only regret was that my stomach couldn’t handle more! Lol! The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to a lovely bartender at the Pool Bar named Yunus. He should get a rise for working so incredibly hard non stop! And always being so patient, polite and charming <3
My only wish for the management is to look into limiting plastic waste. I was overwhelmed by those little plastic cups and straws everywhere. I was really pleased to see the white reusable hard plastic “glasses” that appeared just a few days before our departure. Unfortunately, the bar staff would still prefer to offer the disposable plastic cups unless I asked for the white one. My second concern was recycling. There were recycling containers all over the hotel (which is great), but sadly the staff wouldn’t set up the good example. For example, waiters cleaning after meals, would put organic and plastic waste in the same bags. I really hope you could look into it and turn more environmentally friendly.

Its a very beautiful Hotel the Entertainment Crew are very nice and the ocean is a Special place you can swimm have time with your Family and you have a Lot of Animations. 💐

For me everything was excellent, they sent a surprise champagne and a cake for my birthday to the room:) that was so nice, and eveyrthing in the hotel was good, foods were quality and delicious. Only one downside was there were too many boats close to the seaside and sometimes these boats can be dangerous for swimmers.

Everything is good. Our room was cleaned by personal everyday. Sea and pool were clean and cool. Personals are polite and they are smiling to us all The time. Entertainment team was really good and better than Everything in The hotel. We spent good time by then. Thanks so much for Everything and cu next time...

This hotel is a complete package. The beach and the pool area are great. Music by the pool can be a bit too loud so bear that in mind. The animation team is great and they work hard to keep the guests entertained. A special shout out to Emin and Denis who were much fun. 100% recommend.

This hotel is very good. all entertainment was perfect. Thank you so much for everybody. Nice beach, nice pool, aquapark, food and drink and everything was excellent.

I like the beach the water was cool but have so many rocks near the beach also inside the water but it's not hurting your feets must wear the water shoes to walk on. The beach was so beautiful you can see the blue water also the pools was nice too. They have plenty of time for snacks and foods. And also they serve you good drinks too. Well if you are in the pool side you can see the mountain in the back and the beach in the front. You can choose you wanna sit near the pool or just walk to the beach and laying down there under the sun. I really enjoyed the hotel views. The rooms are okay. They have balcony in every rooms. I recommend this hotel for holiday summer. 👍🏻💖

Arriving at the hotel to be greeted by some extremely friendly hotel staff even thought we got there at 00:00. Showed to the room which was in brilliant condition.

Good location - 15 min till the center.
Food and drinks - very various and for each taste.
Very good room cleaning - with some tips even better.
There are different interesting activities, for example darts, boccia, step aerobic and pool activities.
Very nice, open and communicable animators.

Personally I liked the hotel very much, good music, good vibe, lot of things to do, like swiming, playing pool games, volleyball and etc. I could write all day, also very big applause for Animators, they made a big work for hotel entertainment, always funny, friendly, trying to communicate with people, also kindly with kids. By the way there is big type of food, and mostly everything is delicious. I give 10/10
