Transatlantik Hotel & SPA

Pretty good rooms (not new, a bit simple, but in a decent condition), friendly personal (most of them know Russian). The place is calm, except for birds in the morning :) Nice view from the windows - we had a view to another hotel, but the mountains were visible, and that was beautiful. A beach is in 3 minutes walk, small but it had enough room for people. I liked the food too - it was hard for us to not overeat. Guests are mostly Russians.

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive.
Room was clean and tidy.
A few areas may need updating. New astro turf.
Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim.
Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath.
Spa centre well worth a visit for a massage.

It was so great, awesome.
The hotel staff were very friendly, and kind and their behavior were very polite.
The hotel was a very nice and beautiful place, our room was standard and had a balcony, it was very clean and had a good view.
All the food was delicious and there were many options to eat.
All the drinks were good and of good quality.
It also had many fun and interesting programs for children and adults.
There was also a children's playground.
We had a great time there.

Fabulous hotel brilliant all inclusive the staff are so professional and willing to help with any issues, food wonderful and plentiful, drinks good, outdoor pool was cold but you got used to it, indoor pool warm and there was basically two disco's on every night

Time spent on holiday in this hotel was amazing. Location and service were great. Food was very delicious and there was a wide choice of meals. We had many different activities with the entertainment team each day and they did an incredible job. The only criticism I have is about the rooms of the hotel. Rooms are not as furnished and arranged considering the fact that this is a five-star hotel. They usually do not clean them unless you ask them to. Either way, my family and I enjoyed our holiday and would come back next year. I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to take a proper rest with their families and have fun doing so.

very clean. food was great. The location is excellent with many shops nearby. also there is a private beach. overall I had a great time.

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here. The abundance of food and taste is just amazing. The staff is super polite and ready to help. The animation team simply rocks. The atmosphere here is so friendly so we will definitely will come back next year. I would also mention the indoor shop. You can find there almost anything for the reasonable prices. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our Aunt and 3 children. Our experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. I've read others had a bad time and I can only guess that they were unfortunate to land maybe a bad week. There is always the possibility of things happening but overall the whole place was wonderful. The staff was always helpful the food was a plenty, the only thing I would mention is they could be a bit more informative of certain facilities. It took us 3 days to realise there was 1 sign behind the hotel advertising a snack bar where the supply burgers, pizza, chips etc close by is also an ice cream parlour open twice a day. Watch out for Georgio (sorry if I've spelt that wrong) bouncing around the pool every day with a big smile trying to get everyone involved in darts, volleyball and other activities they have on. Emil Ali was very helpful with organising day trips for us and going out of his way to find any info we needed. The pool was amazing, yes lots of beds go quite quickly but you can usually find 1 or 2 to start with to rest yourself in-between swimming which is what you mainly want to do because it's so hot. Drinks are on hand all day, no they don't re stock your fridge in your room after the initial one but it's not hard to bring up bottles of water yourself to have at hand, they never deny you any. The only negative thing I do have to say is there was 1 barman near the reception that didn't seem to want to serve me and kept telling me to come back later, I came back and he would repeat "come back later" but I would not downplay the other amazing staff there for that 1. Also there are many bars to get drinks from wherever you are in the hotel. The beach was 5 minutes away, if that, I don't know where these people who are saying it's 2km away are going. But, yes they don't pay attention to zebra crossing, be careful, there is a snack bar for drinks and food there, sunbeds all along the beach and pier but no toilets. We had a fantastic holiday thanks to the Transatlantic Hotel and Spa. Teşekkűr ederim.

They have good relations with clients.

Our family spent 8 days here and they were great. The kids really liked the animation. We enjoyed Olga's dance classes in Salsa, Bachata and Zumba. There were some interesting pool games and darts games. There is a very large pool and slides, close to the sea, delicious food, beautiful mountain views, close to the airport. We had a family room with a balcony and a view of the pool.

I love this place. Except my room - 2103 it was very noisy, I heard the music from disco till 2 a.m. in general very nice hotel, a lot of dishes, drinks and beverages everywhere. To the beach approximately 5 minutes. Clean pool, good aqua park. My son was happy with everything

He has bad manners and makes long lines for guests to talk to girls and try to get their numbers or Instagram. It has happened more than once. When I told him I would complain to the hotel manager, he yelled at me and said go wherever you want and my name is Mustafa.

Really nice hotel ,rooms are big and clean ,the food is good , staff are really helpful and friendly it was a really good staying
