Grand Ring Hotel

We were with my boyfriend at the beginning of August. The room was clean, the housekeeper came every other day. Every day there was plenty of food and sweet desserts to choose from. The hotel staff worked hard, the restaurant staff did their job excellently. The sea and the surroundings of the hotel clean, definitely recommend 🇨🇿🇸🇰

Recently visited with my hole family 5 adults and 2 children age 9 and 16 and overall had an amazing holiday the hotel is very nice and kept clean and tidy our room was perfect we had a few problems at first with our air conditioning but was sorted right away after speaking to AK who I may add is amazing definitely recommend taking any problems to him especially if your English. The food was OK I would like to be able to say it was amazing but it fell short of our expectations that said the food from the grill outside the main restaurant was very good especially the kebab. I think there could be more for the younger kids to do as most of the activities are for the adults the animation team are amazing especially pikachu who is amazing with the kids our to girls loved him as he let them get involved with all activities I can't praise him enough for making our holiday even better he definitely deserves a pay rise in my eyes so overall an amazing holiday and thank you for having us

We as a family of five had a great time at Grand Ring Hotel. The hotel itself was a very good quality with everything we could need, excellent pools and slides, a beautiful beach, fantastic food, excellent customer service with the staff who were always friendly, and the most amazing spa with superb treatments. There were also lots of other activities and trips which we could have done but preferred to relax and enjoy most of what resort has to offer, which was lovely. I would like to highlight for excellent customer service in the restaurant, bars and through out. They really made the visit special. We've been to many hotels in the past but this was the best and I would highly recommend.
Thanks to all the hotel team who made this visit such a fabulous experience.

The Grand Ring Hotel is a fantastic spot for any getaway. The rooms are super comfy, and you’re just steps away from the sea, which means amazing views right from your window.
The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they’ve got great food options that won’t disappoint. The animation team is keeping things lively with fun activities and shows.
Whether you’re chilling by the pool or just lounging on the beach, you're in for a treat. Definitely recommend it for a top-notch experience!

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly but discreet, hygiene is also good.
Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world, I enjoyed every bite.
Pools are clean, sefety too.
The only negative criticism I can give is about the unbearable noise coming from the pool in the evening, which lasts until 11pm.

Hotel is definitely 5* what a welcoming at reception team and quest relationship, room s r very clean and beds r comfortable.
Lots of of different choice for food wise specifically lunch time pizza is perfect also Wednesday night gala night lots of traditional Turkish food
That was a lovely family hotel lots of activities we loved every second in this place hope to c u all next year

I have to say I was very impressed at the cleanliness everywhere. Also there were so many staff working everywhere and with great attitudes it was fantastic. Great food at all times. I think it's key to have enough sunbeds and this hotel has more than enough across both pools, the beach and the pier too. I WOULD RECOMMEND HERE.

The hotel was beautiful , a good location next to the beach. It’s further away from busier towns.

The food was okay. Plenty of choice but very basic picky foods , a lot of the time people just swarm over you so you can’t have a good luck for what you want.

Drinks were great always cold and freshly made.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Ring Hotel so much! The hotel is very well managed and all the staff is very professional, everyone was very nice and always smiling. The whole hotel area is spotless clean and well maintained, we liked that the staff at the restaurant & bars are always keeping the tables clean. Our room was spacious and clean, with the lovely sea view. The food is good, we like Mediterranean cousine so we enjoyed it (but there are many options for everyone). If it comes to food & drinks, you do not feel that the hotel is skimping on guests. As we were traveling with a small child, we appreciated that the beach was right next to the hotel, with all the comfort you need (incl. all inclusive beach bar and snack bar). The beach is also very clean, sea is good, but you definately need the water shoes to go in, there are many rocks (although, the mountain view from the sea is stunning). The negative could be the location, even the shopping options around the hotel are very limited, but you can see this from the map before you make a booking. In general, we liked our stay very much, we wanted a clean hotel with good reviews that offers everything in one place and that we have definately got. All inclusive stay is not our favorite kind of holiday, but if you just want to relax (like we did with small child) Grand Ring Hotel is a great choice! Thank you all and see you next time!

the hotel is very nice and clean, it could only use a few more sunbeds... the service is at a high level, everyone I had the pleasure of talking to speaks English... the spa service, especially Kiko, is at the highest level... I also highly recommend the masseuses Ira, Sri and Eka, Their hands work wonders :) Best regards and once again,

Very nice hotel has something for everyone. The food was ok in the main restaurant but the food outdoor areas was great so I would recommend that you try jacket potato at the beach bar and tacos at street food area. Great pools and very friendly staff. Had a great time.

I would like to leave a review about the cleaning of the room, it were cleaned by Gülcan and Özlem, everything is always clean, there is always enough water, bed linen and towels are changed, we are very satisfied.

We came with my friend for a 1 week holiday and everything was great, we were very satisfied, the food was good, the room cleaning was good, I would like to thank the animation team, bugra and mert, for their energy and fun activities, he is a very good employee who takes care of us, you should definitely visit him when you go on holiday. The best hotel i ever seen in my hotel, about animation team the animation team was great the activity,show And all staff who is in animation team they was great Also food was good but there was a problem about bar there is a bargirl in the pool bar in the morning she is Very annoying She was Always behaving bad to us never smiling And She is name Is nur i think She dosen't wanna work here i don't know how She Is manager let her work here the manager or cheif must talk with her She need to be more relax And behave to people good except that girl staff was perfect hotel was perfect thanks grand ring

Great hotel with nice rooms, good food and drinks, and great shows and animation team, especially Mustafa and Mehmet, I would definately recommend it.

Amazing 5 ☆ hotel with pretty much everything a family needs to enjoy on a holiday, on a 7 days trip ( 17-24 May 2024 ) with lovely people, great food and drinks, sunny weather, highly recommend because it was perfect.

Rooms very clean, smell great, even folded our babys blankets 😂 no problems so far. Every one happy to help
