Everyone is friendly, hospitable and positive. Great location, delicious food and clean rooms. We enjoyed it.

Good food, amazing service and nicest staff members. And the best part of the hotel is the spa. The spa was such an amazing experience that I had to go a second time and the spa manager is the nicest and most genuine person u can find in all of turkey. He even booked us limousine to our flight back home for a cheap price. Inn short i really do recommend both the hotell and spa. if not the hotel atleast take the spa. It's alot better then othoman spa.

The hotel is almost renovated, very good, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly. The food is good. All recommendations for this hotel., for this money the service is excellent. The location is close to the city center and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Nice size hotel clean friendly read a few reviews before going here and got worried at what I read. This hotel is a good size for family holiday mainly Russian and German guests all friendly. You do get the odd guest that can’t handle their drink but that’s the same anywhere you stay. Short walk to town and beach. I’m English and enjoyed my stay here I would return food was fine for all inclusive plenty on offer. Pool was great to cool down in. Had a great time here. If your English just think you might be the only English guests but you will have a great time. Use google translate when communicating with other guests.

Everything is great! The only complaint is the hotel shuttle to the private beach. The bus runs very rarely, there are only two times to return from the beach. Arrivals and departures must be entered every hour. The bus is a wreck, there is no air conditioning, the windows do not open. On the way back from the beach, there is no room on the bus, people are standing on each other's heads. The bus is used to transport guests of several hotels, not just this one. Very cosy hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great service. Friendly stuff. Good location with beautiful views on mountains. Next time I will choice only Melissa Residence.

Eylül ayında kaldığım Rich Melissa Otel'den gayet memnun ve mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldım.
Odalar her sabah temizleniyor. Restoran kısmında yiyecek-içecek çeşidi gayet yeterliydi. Bira,şarap,soğuk-sıcak içecekler konsepte dahil.
Denize gitmek için araç mevcut. Ay ışığı plajına da yürüyerek 15-20 dk da gidebilirsiniz.
Havuz, görece biraz küçük ama temiz.
Ulaşım olarak konumu çok rahat bir yerde. Havalimanına, otogara gitmek istediğinizde 5-10 dk. yürüme mesafesinde bulunan dolmuşları görebilirsiniz.
Ayrıca resepsiyondan Samet Bey çok yardımcı oldu. İnferno'da gitmek istediğim konser için hem klübe giriş olsun hem de transfer hizmeti olsun bizzat yardımcı oldu.(Ki klübün kapısından geri çevirilen çok kişi gördüm.) Samet Bey'e teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

Fiyat performans bir otel denilebilir. Odaları gayet ideal ve temizdi, yemek konusunda biraz yetersizlerdi diyebilirim. Akşam yemekleri güzeldi fakat kahvaltısı ve öğle yemeği biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Havuzu küçük olmasına rağmen temizdi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgililer resepsiyondaki Samet Bey barmen Şakir bey ve isimlerini hatırlayamadığım garson arkadaşlar hepsine teşekkür ederiz biz iki arkadaş gittik ve memnun kaldık.

Hiç bilmememize rağmen biz ailece gittik ve çok memnun kaldık. Yemekler gayet güzel ve çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar da yeterince yardımcı oluyorlar. Butik bi otel oldugu için çok kalabalık da değil gayet ediliyor. Sadece otel deniz arası mesafe biraz fazla otobüsle gidip gelmek bazen zor olabiliyor. Biz memnun kaldık çok beklentiniz yükseltmezseniz gayet memnun kalırsınız. Her şey için teşekkürler!

4 gün vakit geçirdiğimiz otelde her şey kusursuza yakındı
Oda girdiğimizde temizdi, gerekli tüm materyaller mevcuttu,günlük temizlik yapılmadı çöp vs alındı ama zaten ekstra temizliğe ihtiyaç yoktu belirtebileceğim tek şey bu onun dışında havuz biraz küçük toplu girişten kaçınmak durumunda kaldık ama çok eğlendik yine de 🤩
Konumu,yemekleri,içecekleri, personelleri ve müzikleri gayet iyiydi fiyat performans oteliydi
Deniz için servisleri var gittiğimiz beach güzeldi suyu tertemizdi
Yürüyerek gidilecek yerler oldukça iyiydi otele kapanmak zorunda değilsiniz öyle bile olsa sıkılmazdık
