TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Ankara

We selected self service and applied to standard visitor visa. You don't have to pay for anything else than visa fee (which is admittedly rather expensive). The documents need to be uploaded to website, which is well documented and easy to do. Maybe it can be somewhat improved because it redirects you from your application rather than accessing directly with your own credentials.

When you get to the center for your appointment, everything works like clockwork. We spent 7-8 minutes total inside and we were done. Our results came out in 14 days total.

Overall, quite good service. It is like heaven when you compare it to disappointment that is VFS global.

It was a quite smooth process. If you don't have enough info about your application or application process you might find employees rude, however, you should consider the fact that they're not obligated to inform for every matter you should be concerned about. You should read and inform yourself enough to be there and submit your files. They're nice and helpful. Place is very clean and located under a nice hotel.

The staff is very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Street parking is an issue but there is a hotel and a shopping mall with paid parking close by which is a huge plus. The entire application process seems to have been streamlined to a 5-minute window most of which was spent on scanning my crowded passport. Overall I think this was the best visa application process I've been through a proxy.

The Google Maps search points to a building across the street (as of May 2019) so don't let it misguide you, just enter the huge building.

Firstly , I would like to thank to everyone in the office we were worried a bit in the beginnjng before going there , but everyone was welcoming, really helpful and positive. And our appointment went well.No delays , no hurries

It was a day full of stress and anxiety for me. I registered from Iran and had an appointment for 12th February. I went to the center and told me that you have no appointment at our center. It was a stroke for me. I cancelled an application before that because I couldn't get the appointment for my dependents. Today I had to make the second cancelation. I felt like someone beat me to the death. This was unbelievable! After all of that money which already paid in cash. So I applied for the third time!!! All the NHS and application fee for the third time!! I couldn't believe the thing that happened to me and asked myself consistently why how 😥 Finally by the help of employees of the center I completed my application. A day full of tears. For what, I can't understand 😑

They make the stressful visa process easier. They offer excellent service compared to other visa companies (especially VFS Global, which runs a disgraceful process).
