Akdeniz Beach Hotel

Third time this year. Many thanks to Boss man Taner , Mike , Teddy , Omar and the hard working crew .
We stayed in one of the newer superior rooms . Great room , Spacious and clean.
We’ve stayed room only and all inclusive. All inclusive is great value. Quality food with a good selection. Drinks are usual local options, soft drinks , wine an beer.
If you want branded name drinks there is a really bar at the front of the hotel , this I highly recommend. Staff can’t be more helpful, even when you’re not actually stay at Akdeniz. Genuinely open , all year round . 👍🏻

Rooms were basic, but were very clean and tidy, staff were friendly, helpful and always had smiles on their faces. The location was excellent, 2 min walk to the strip where there was shopping, bars n restaurants, private beaches not more than a 30 min walk away, or 5 min drive. Hisaranu only a short journey by taxi at a cost of 70 lira. Weather was excellent everyday, what more could you ask for... A wonderful 1st time experience

Amazing staff, can't do more for you. Smaller hotel so you never feel like "just a number". Food is simple and has some great local cuisines in a buffet style, different everyday. Location is perfect and everything is a small walking distance away. I will be making this my regular hotel going forward in oludeniz!

A little hidden gem my mum called this and I couldn’t of said it better myself … 5 star staff , iv never met such a fantastic team , they all did there best to help you & make your stay a great one ..first time at this hotel I will most definitely return . …Good variety of food it was tasty & well presented .always high standards for cleanliness. .. reception always smiling & helpful . Rooms basic but clean & comfortable. 3 of us stayed at this hotel & we all loved it …. Can’t wait to come back & see you all ….

Perfect size hotel not too big and busy. Great location. brilliant and helpful staff who are very welcoming and friendly. Food was bang on. There was options of Turkish and Mediterranean dishes as expected which didn’t disappoint aswell as snacks and ice cream.
Drinks were fine good options for alcohol beer, wine, gin, vodka and raki. Soft drinks all the regular big names. Coffee and tea aswell available.
Room was clean, good shower, comfy beds and great air con.

I stayed in this hotel in November, most of other places were already closed for winter so it's really nice they keep this place open even in low season. The staff are very nice and friendly. The room was cosy and clean, good bathroom. Comfy bed and nice small balcony. There's a pool and a little garden in the yard. They served breakfast in the cafe just outside (though in high season they serve their own breakfast), it was pretty decent. I'd stay there again if I come back to Oludeniz.

I was a little worried by the reviews bit having been here for 2 days I can say it's a lovely hotel great service friendly staff rooms are clean only down side is drinks wise very limited other than that it's a great hotel will definitely come back next year

3-star hotel with comfortable rooms, has everything you need. Friendly and caring staff, departure was at night, even provided breakfast with them. Presented a portion of fresh lemons from the tree. The food is varied, lots of fresh local greens, vegetables, olives, oranges, apples. Turkish desserts and a large selection of stewed vegetables. Meat dishes are also available, but we do not eat meat. The sea nearby. cool pool and affectionate local cats

We booked to stay at the Akdeniz all inclusive hotel for a 10 night stay in Olu Deniz, the hotel is in a great location near to the beach, shops, cafes, bars & resturants, we had been to Turkey many times before & realise that Turkey are not good at all inclusive but we thought we'd give it a go! It stated that the hotel has a private beach but it doesn't, there is a dolmus that will pick you up and drop you at the green forest beach along with everyone else that is going there - it doesn't.p belong to the hotel, quite misleading!
When we arrived there were no towels in our room and no food was supplied, most places will provide food when you arrive late at night. It was a very old, tired & in desperate need of some decoration, we did have a fridge in the room but nothing else, a very small bedroom & a old mouldy, broken worn out shower cubicle.
We ate breakfast at the hotel but nothing else as it was always the same and due to the situation the staff served you over the counters, the servery area was very small & the selection was limited. The hotel was quiet for the first few days but filled up quickly which meant that there was even less space in the servery area to distance each other.
There were sun loungers around the pool, a limited number & people we allowed to save them with a towel placed on them for when they returned back to the pool later on in the day!
The staff were all very polite, helpful and happy to help, but this is definitely not a 3 star hotel I am afraid to say!
There is 1 bar on site, a coffee machine & a tea urn, when there's lots of people waiting around these areas it can be quite off-putting!
The room was cleaned once during the 10 days, we were emptying the bins in the room, the shower head broke and the air conditioning unit leaked water into the bedroom and a pipe that stuck out of the wall in bathroom under the sink poured water all over the floor when the unit was working, we had bin inards in the bathroom to catch the water and bath towels on the floor in the bedroom.
Outside the hotel is a restaurant attached where you can eat, you had to pay but one of the guys who worked outside was so rude everytime we walked passed we ended up going a different way so we didn't have to pass him!
The hotel location is good, staff are very helpful and always busy, the coffee machine is great but I am afraid everything else is in need of an update/upgrade and some serious decoration jobs.

Myself and my daughter stayed here and have just got home. We miss Akdeniz Beach Hotel already. The hotel has undergone a major transformation and looks absolutely beautiful. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy and regularly changed and fresh towels provided. The breakfast was a lovely tradional Turkish breakfast. The restaurants that was adjoined to the hotel had absolutely delicious food and was extremely reasonable. All the staff at Akdeniz Beach Hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you to Omer, Teddy and Mike for all your help and making our holiday one to remember. I will 100% be booking to come back as soon as possible. The beach is less than a minute walk away and is so picturesque. The local Dolmous is a great bus to get you about into Fethiye and Hisoranu. Taxis are cheap and another great way of getting around. I hope the hotel has a wonderful summer and people should really not listen to any of the negative reviews about this place. It was perfect!!

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. We were on a family holiday 4 adults & a 14 month old toddler. April 2022..Upon arriving we were greeted like we were family nothing was too much trouble and this continued through the holiday. Massive thanks to Omer who is now my granddaughters Turksh uncle he was simply fantastic with her. My granddaughter doesn't go to strangers but Omer soon changed that. But the hotel team as a whole Jay-Jay, Maria, Teddy and Mustafa could not be anymore helpful attending to all our needs especially my toddler granddaughter. You could not ask for a better family friendly hotel. The hotel itself was clean with everything you need whilst on holiday. We will most definitely be back to see all our "now" Turkish family & friends. If there were 100 stars to be awarded it would still not be enough for this superb hotel .

Visited Akdeniz Beach Hotel for few days firstly staff were so good and respectful I can't thank them enough.Hotel is walking distance to oludeniz beach also walking distance to bars and restaurants. I can not wait to go back.

What a lovely friendly and clean room hotel. They placed us in the honeymoon suite without us asking. Staff arre brilliant and very frsindly. The food wasn't al a cart but it was October but if you like chicken, moussaka, pancakes, omlettes etc then no problem. It has a lovely little bar attached to it outside for your sports and good meals if you want to eat out and lovely owners. It's situated within walking distance from all shops and the beach. We will def go back again

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful and polite the rooms are very clean some of the rooms have been updated Omar is very helpful and goes out of his way to help as do the other staff the food could be better but you always find something to eat will definitely be going there to stay again great team get it up guys see you soon

Great hotel with a good layout, most rooms are pretty basic but clean, very comfy beds though. We believe there are some refurbs taking place next year however AC and fridge worked great👍 We stayed for 14 nights but upgraded to one of the refurbished rooms after 3 nights, there are 2 other rooms with a hot tub as well.
Food is good with a good selection all round, it's cheap enough to eat out if it's not what you are after.
Bar is great with beer, Efes and a small selection of spirits, gin, vodka and Raki, fizzy soft drinks, Coke Zero, Coke, Sprite and Fanta, if you like tonic it's worth nipping to the shop for Schweppes tonic, the Turkish stuff isn't that good🤣
The cocktails are very cheap in the Celebrity bar next door, it is run by the hotel and you will get a 10% discount if you ask for it.
Pool is crystal clear and has a water level bar🍺
We are definitely looking to come back for a week early next year and in the autumn as well,
The hotel staff were hard working and kept the place clean and tidy.

We definitely recommend going up the mountain, Babadag, on the cable cars, not pricey 170tl return the sunset is one to behold, see pic 😊

For a 3☆ hotel they did well. If anything needed doing the staff were on it straight away, didnt see any cockroaches not many mosquito bites. Food was bit repetative and drinks had to be explain abit more. But no upset guts had a good time, friendly staff.. will be visiting again.. 5 stars..

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for a week and it was fantastic value for money staff were amazing and location is excellent. We will be back again soon as we loved the place.

The hotel is good for the price. Very close to everything. The treatment is good and nice. There is a person called (bariş). He is very good and smiling. I always loved him.

Great staff and location! The only hotel opened all year. I’m one of the only one staying here and the chef is so nice and makes me many great meals. Everyone is very friendly.
