Golden Lotus Hotel

What a difference it can make when a civilized staff meets civilized guests! It seems that with some kindness and respect a vacation can be a pleasant experience for both for the staff and for the guests. I don’t know if we had luck but people were so much on the same vibe that it made me ignore the things which were not good.

First the good things:
-central location, amazing view
-no idiotic and loud tourist disco at all, only some little stuff once a week
-beach right in front of the hotel
-room AC is good

Some things to improve
-cakes are usually already put out first, 30-50 minutes before the restaurant opening. The cooling units can’t really compensate the air temperature so everything is melting in the heat so we didn’t risk eating anything creamy (containing milk or egg)
-infrastructure is a bit old but still fine, one tiny elevator is not really enough(the staff has two elevators in a closed staircase so this could be solved during the next big renovation)
-the beach is a bit crowded, the beds are almost on each other. I think a better alignment could solve the issue (the best spot is occupied by a silly dressing box, shower and a wooden walkway to them)

Stayed 3 nights by Golden Lotus. Beautiful resort with a spacious pool and a great outside sea view patio. Personnel is very attentive and ready to help. Restaurant menu is actually good, food is tasty and salad and veggie bar is varuous, however meat and fish selection was quite limited. Great choice of sweets. Local beer all inclusive is excellent.
Lots of reviewers complain about lack of animation but for us it was an advantage no loud music and I would give 5* to track selection of the restaurant, the best of best of 80x/90x/2000. Live music once a week.
PS the beach is super clean but small and all sunbeds are occupied (towels) from 7am, be ready to pay 5 Euro out of pocket for sunbeds on the pierce for better experience

Amazing location directly on the beach, the friendliest staff in the whole Kemer, everybody made us feel so accommodating and they were very polite.
Emilie from the management is so lovely and answered every question and inquiry we had.
Food was exceptional and soooooo much variety of option each meal! I was looking forward to each meal every day! We even had a snack bar in between meals, plus most drinks were included at all times!!!
Room was very good, hot water, hair dryer, and comfy enough.
I had a pregnancy massage and honestly speaking, it was the best massage I had for a while, I highly recommend getting a massage, you wont regret.
My husband and I could use the indoor spa like steam and sauna rooms, plus pool table which was so much fun at evening times.

Even the house keeping staff were so sweet and would do whatever we asked for in tidying our room.

I would definitely recommend Golden Lotus Hotel to everyone I know, in fact, my sister is going in the coming few days and will stay there for few nights.

recommend this hotel - I liked everything very much. the room was large and the air conditioner worked well. the food met my needs. the cocktails are not bad either. excellent 4-star hotel. special thanks to Cihangir, Metin, Gazan and Sukru (I hope i write names right). they are wonderful workers who know how to communicate and talk nicely!

We are not staying guests at the hotel but are making very good use of the beach facilities. Even during the peak holiday periods, space was always made to accommodate our beach days. Ozgur, the Beach Captain, was the epitome of everything you would want in a host. Sunbed service was so unexpected and made the sessions even more relaxing. Lots refreshment options at the beach, hot and cold food, drinks and the our favourite, freshly squeezed orange juice followed by any of several enticing ice-creams.
If the beach is like this, I look forward to experiencing the hotel facilities soon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing Golden Lotus hotel. From the moment we checked in, every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable.

One aspect of the hotel that truly stood out was the exceptional quality of the food. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, each prepared to perfection.

Furthermore, the waitstaff and bartenders at Golden Lotus were nothing short of extraordinary. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to provide excellent service. However, there were two individuals in particular who truly impressed me - Abdulah and Metin. These two professionals seemed to have more than two hands, as they effortlessly managed to attend to all guests' needs with incredible efficiency.

If you are looking for a hotel that combines comfort, and outstanding customer service, the Golden Lotus is the place to be.

We just came back from our Turkish Vacation trip. Everything about the Golden Lotus hotel was exceptional!🪷 First of all- Hotel staff was amazing❤ - so helpful Hotel Manager- Mr Sitki, very kind SPA manager- Mr Emir, truly wonderful SPA admin- Ms Sultan and indeed professional SPA massage therapist Mr Emircan!🙏

Hotel is very stylish, clean, calm and with excellent service! It is located 1 min away from the beach.🌸

I would love to leave a feedback about this amazing hotel! I’m lucky that I chose Golden Lotus! I saw here a lot of negatives feedbacks but I don’t understand why?

Service was great, food was so tasty, room was clean, spa was fantastic!! I did there massages everyday and I’m so pleased! Separately thanks to Emir! He is a pro massager! Knows what he does perfectly! I will come back again to this hotel! High recommend to everyone who appreciates a good quality service and calm area

For future visitors: don’t bring kids pls. For them here is no entertainment. They will be bored and cry non stop how it was in my stay. This hotel is for adults only who prefer silent.

We stayed for 1 week end of April. Nice hotel for calm relaxing holidays, without noisy animations and disco, which for us was perfect. Very nice, kind, and helpful personnel. Tasty food at great variety, and beatiful place for having a meals - on a terrace with a sea view. Room was not very big and modern, but for us was completely ok, with a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Golden Lotus Hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed there in August - September in 2019. The sea and the territory is exceptionally clean. The territory itself is small, but one can have a promenade along the sea right to the city centre. The personnel of the hotel were welcoming, kind and thoughtful. The room was regularly tidied and the towels changed. The meals were various, fish, chicken, turkey were served regularly. No animation, but great clubs nearby. We went to Inferno and had a very good time. Thank you ! Highly recommended! ( A pity, the library contains only books in German)

I have stayed in the Golden Lotus Hotel for the first time. Great location, a few steps from the beach, excellent service, food is amazing. The stuff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable.The hygiene measures are fully satisfied the safety protective measures prescribed by World Health Organization for COVID 19.
Beautiful vacation, highly recommend everyone this hotel.

Wonderful place for a relaxed vacation. Notes does not have an animation and loud music.
Lotus Spa is something beyond with great service and massage experts like Emir and Ihsan. We did full course of massages and as an outcome lost a couple of kilos:)

Really enjoyed our stay.
The beach and water were the best part.
Very clear water.
The manager even made our daughter mashed patatoes everyday (she was teething and didnt want to eat anything else.)
The food was amazing too. (Im usually a picky eater.)
Your right in the city so theres alot to see at night.
It doesnt have alot of music. (Which we liked since we have a child and we went to relax not party)

Overall we would deff recomend this hotel.

I really like this Hotel. I've been here a lot of times, and still coming. All of the staff is so nice and kind. The food is great, and still in This Covid time the hotel is perfect. Location of this Hotel is great. I will come back to here some day for sure. 👍

Everything was exellent, we had a great time in this hotel. Rooms were clean, the food was exelent and the stuff very nice. The beach is really close to the hotel and that is a big plus for them. Also we had internet in every place of the hotel. Also it is close to the city center so we went all nights. I would totally recomend it to enyone, we felt like home.

It was really good time , and lovely place to stay , big clean rooms, very spacious swimming 🏊‍♀ pool area, beautiful mountain scenery , top nuch, crystal clean beach with lovely terrace lounge area or bridge 🌉, best place for sunbeding ,definitely worth every penny 😀 😊. In the morning probably the best place to see sunrise ....Only Wi-Fi letting down, and food was average , just wishing to have a more selection of meat 🍖 , fish 🐟....
