All the stuff are so kind, helpful, generous and tying there best to make the stay confortable. Hotel near all the interesting and cultural places, room clean. Succeeded in giving me a feeling of safety like home. Also, I wouldn't miss to mention the delicious breakfast, tea and coffee of high quality. Had a great experience staying at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, it totally stands out from any nearby hotels due to its rich history and great crew members, hospitality at its finest, everyone was extremely friendly and respectful, rooms are clean and big, breakfast was always fresh and generous, if you’re looking for a budget friendly great all around hotel to stay look no further! The room was clean, with comfortable bed and has a good location. The breakfast was great- compliments to the chef and service was attentive and effecient from the hotel staff.💚

We have been traveling in Turkey for two months now, and always stay in economic hotels, and this one surprised us with its excellent service, good location, and a very good breakfast. Tayfun, who worked at the counter spoke good English, we had a good chat, and he received us with a big smile and excellent service. We highly suggest the owner of the hotel to give him a raise, because any other hotel who hire him will bring more business :) The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom could be cleaner, but at this price we would not ask too much. The breakfast was really good, there were lots of choices and it was the best we ever had in all our stays. The location is also really convenient, you can easily walked to the old city in 5-10 minutes. If we ever go back to Ankara, we would choose this hotel again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Tayfun, in particular, stood out for his kindness and willingness to help, making my stay and friends more enjoyable. Whether in the hotel or the restaurant, the client service was top-notch. Best location in city also its really easy to reach public transport sations and also its near the city center its my second time i visit this hotel personel is really heart warming.

It was my first time to be in Ankara . The Spor Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. They do what they can . Madam Hasret was too nice and I have to thank her especially and other manager who I do not know his name .

Spor Hotel is excellent value for money and the level of customer service was really unexpected. We were looking for a low-key, no frills, safe and reliable hotel for a couple of nights and this was perfect. Before check-in the manager, Kemal Bey, messaged to welcome us and give directions. They offered tea and coffee on check-in and communicated regularly to make sure we were happy. We were in Ankara for an important interview and I forgot to print out some necessary papers, so their reception printed things out for me at 7am. They also ordered us a taxi which arrived in (no joke) one minute. We had an issue at an outside restaurant one night regarding pricing and I messaged Kemal for assistance. He was so kind and helpful, and helped to resolve the situation. I really wasn't expecting the attentiveness and level of friendliness from all the staff members, and if I come to Ankara again I would definitely stay here.

-The rooms are tidy and soap/a hair dryer/slippers/minifridge are provided.
-Sheets and towels are clean.
-Breakfast had a good amount of variety and is conveniently open from 7-11am. I would recommend getting there before 9:30am to make sure everything is still available.
-The WiFi was WAY better than I was expecting. I work online and had no issues with connectivity or speed.
-The location is convenient and it's easy to get anywhere in Ankara from the hotel.

I have a sensitive nose and sometimes there was a slight cigarette smell inside the room, but considering how common smoking is on the street it didn't surprise me and wasn't a big issue.

I'm very thankful to all the hotel staff for making me feel at home. I spent three weeks there so, believe me, I know what I'm talking about. I used to estimate hotels not like how you are scheduled to be met without fuss, but on how issues are resolved when something happens and this is really important and urgent. Even the general manager of the hotel helped me call a taxi when I suddenly had to fly away, which shows that the guest is really important here. Thank you, Kemal Bay. You are really the best! I'm thankful to the hotel staff for their well-coordinated work and friendly team. They call customers by their names, which means they really pay attention to you. I felt comfortable, tasty and calm, as if I had come to visit my old friends. My dear, Tayfun Bay and Elif Hanım, thank you for your hospitality and kind relation.
The excellent location of the hotel will allow you, even walking on foot, to get to interesting places in the city that are definitely worth a visit. I like to walk. Approximately 30 minutes to the center on foot and 5 minutes by car.
Friendly, attentive, caring people, İ wish life will treating you well. Development and growth to your hotel. İ will take all of you as an example for resort where I'm working at. Hope to see you again, my friends!
