Great service. They greeted me with a smile and brought my luggage to my room. The hotel receptionist told me to ask if I needed anything The room was comfortable with a kettle, a bar fridge and a hairdryer. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The next morning, he made sure that the room was OK. When I checked out, he called a taxi for me.

Solo female traveller, stayed here for two weeks. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and willing to help with any requests. They took really good care of me making sure I felt comfortable and safe. Ibrahim provided lovely fresh breakfast every morning and even got me some local treats to try. Will definitely be coming back here 👌

I came to Adana for a surgery and had the best time in Saydam Otel, the whole family was very sweet and caring with me and I felt safe and welcomed at any time. Saaliah even washed and dried my clothes for me and Metin was so sweet to bring me a cake with a firework for my recovery. I liked the rooms because they put sweet details like the glittery tapestry and the green lamps and it didn't seem so boring and industrial like most hotels in that area. Also it's located a footwalk away from the lamdmarks and directly in the old city centre. The breakfast was delicious. Can very recommend especially for girls traveling alone

Saydam Otel is an excellent value-for-money hotel in Adana. My friends and I are travelling from Australia, and we enjoyed this family-run hotel's hospitality and 5-star service. I would definitely come back if I were to visit Adana again.

We turned up in the evening without a reservation and were warmly greeted by the owner who helped us find a room for our budget. The room was perfect for what we needed and basic Turkish breakfast was included. We wanted to try Adana kebab so asked for his recommendation, and he actually took us to an amazing place nearby and helped us order/told the staff there to look after us. Location is good, 10 min walk from where the dolmus drops off, 10 min to the stone bridge then a further 5 min to the mosque. Would recommend!

I am a budget Traveler, I chose Saydam Otel for the unbeatable price and the excellent reviews. I stayed there three nights.
I hastly say that the reviews are deserved.
I have travelled to Turkey tens of times. The cleanliness I found here is well above what you would expect from a two star hotel (in many countries of the middle East, cleanliness rhymes with hotel classification).
The staff are VERY helpful. They will go much more than required to see you served and satisfied. Language was not an insurmountable barrier: we used Google Translate to communicate. The attitude of the receptionists was commendable: they won't show tiredness or distress, no matter how long it takes to answer your queries.
They also provided a secure parking for my rental car, for free.
The location of the hotel is a prime location: it's in the bustling center of Adana, within walking distance of everything. I rarely used public transport (bus stops are 200m away).
The rooms are comfy, albeit basic, but it fit my needs.
There's no elevator, but this was no concern too: I got a helping hand with my luggage.
One more thing: at some time, I left my door unlocked, I was worried about the money I left in my room. I came back hours later to discover that I haven't lost anything. Metin (receptionist) told me: "you don't worry about theft here, we're a family run hotel, it's very safe".

The hotel was clean and hygienic, the room we stayed in had two separate beds perfect for friends. The room has a good AC which kept my friend and I cool in the hot weather. The hotel has a variety of rooms including a family room.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for any better hospitality. Metin abi and Ibrahim abi from the start became our friends and if you know Turkish they’re very easy to talk to, and always invite you down to chill in the lobby and chat. They have their own touristic sites and food places sheet for Adana, just ask them for it if they haven’t already given it to you. Ibrahim abi even took time out of his day to create us a sheet for Gaziantep (which was our next destination).

One night we asked them where to get the best lamb chops, and they told us the best way to have chops was to buy it from the butcher and have it cooked at a nearby restaurant. They called the butchers for us and ordered lots of lamb chops for us and then got it made at the local restaurant. My friend, Metin abi, Ibrahim abi and myself then ate upstairs in the hotel restaurant area. The lamb chops from the butcher were on us and we treated Metin abi and Ibrahim abi for being such good hotel hosts. They paid for the lamb chops to be cooked at the restaurant for us.

Metin abi introduced us to his brother and they invited us out with them the next night to get tea and dessert. His brother picked us up and took us out in his car.

The hotel car park is paid for but cheap as the owners know the car park.

Saydam Hotel is located on city centre, you can stay there in safe. All hotel staff, especially Mr. Metin and Mr. Şener, hosted me as a one of their relatives. Many thanks to them for their friendliness and hospitality. I advice you all when your path come across to Adana which is on foot from anywhere in the city :)

Great communication with Metin, he was always there for me and gave me good advices about the city, where to eat for example. He is a very kind and funny person. The room was very quiet, which I liked. I would go there again with great pleasure!

It was a very nice hotel, and very good service. We were helped with almost everything, with our luggage, if we needed something from outside they got it for us, simply amazing.

The best hotel I’ve ever seen, not only for the location, neatness and clean rooms, but for being so friendly so you wont feel strange in that place
