Starters, deserts, tea are on the house and served immediately before and after the main dishes.

Unbelievable Kebap restaurant in Adana. Excellent food and service. A must visit in Adana. You can even stop on the way to the airport. Location is great for a stroll afterwards.

Öz Asmaalti is the place to go for the OG Adana kebab. They haven’t changed a thing about their concept since the 70-ies. The moustaches, the decor and the freshly cut onions are a wonderful time capsule. The kebab is roasted by a proper fire, by a man with a proper moustache. Definitively order the Adana kebab and don’t skip on the complimentary pistachio dessert.

Friendly staff that keep checking on you if you need anything. The food was great and price was good despite having an Italian tourist eat with me. So no price hike. The restaurant is a walking distance from almost anywhere in the old city and the sights to see.

Traditiomal food items like the Güveç, Humus and Şalgam juice..the last one the turnip water ...some thing strange but delicious...nuce to try it

Stayed in Adana two days only and had kebap in three different prominent locations. Best one I found was Asmaalti. And the Guvec was superb too. For those who doesn’t have understanding of a local restaurant and expect a five star service maybe this place is not for them but those who appreciate an establishment older than most of their customers not to be missed. Focus on the taste you’ll be fine

This is one of the oldest kebab restautants in Adana. You can taste very high quality side dishes and good quality main dishes. If you come here be sure to order hot hummus with butter. Also if you stop by at noon you can try one of the best meat stews in whole Turkey. ( And it is a nice place to drink alcohol, because of the side dishes obviously.)

Very nice.... a must if you like to experience traditional kebabs.... cheap. We had doner... they brought mezze; humus, yogurt with herbs, spice burlgur with walnuts, main salad, diced tomatoe dish. Water, Ayran- best I've had in a while. And Kadayif with tea. Guess how much ....? Two people 65tl🤤

Fabulous. Very friendly swift service and a really tasty Adana Kebab, salads and a few mezzes too. Sloshed down with ayran finished off with a bite of kadayıf and a vere reasonable price. Highly recommended.
