Terzioğlu Otel

Stayed for one night before crossing the border to Georgia.
Location is good, right next to a very good restaurant for dinner and also the coach station to get to Georgia or other places in Turkey. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, very good shower and lovely view over the black sea. Good wifi.

Stayed overnight. Hotel is right next to the bus terminal. Staff was attentive and kind. Room was clean and adequate with a good view. Breakfast was good as well. I think this is as good as it gets for a couple day stay. The only negative that I can think of is the fact that it is a little noisy due to the high road. But i dont think you can find a place that's not noisy in hopa.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked two rooms, so my experience is based on that.

- Staff are, per Turkish standard, very accommodating and friendly. There's one guy who speaks some English, another speaks Russian and some Georgian, and the ustabas, Hussein, speaks German. The latter lives up to his reputation as friendly and kind. Turan the porter is also great.
- Rooms are quite clean and modern, not the poor post-Soviet standard just across the border in Georgia.
- The shower is INCREDIBLE. Shower head is powerful, water gets HOT, and sensitivity control is one of the best I've ever encountered. I measure hotels by the shower experience and this one was of three most memorable.
- Very quiet rooms; apart from road noise, which I like, I heard almost nothing.
- Air conditioners work too well, I got cold within minutes.
- Great TVs with about 600 channels -- most of them Turkish, of course.
- Right next to the otogar, if you're going somewhere else in Turkey that way. Short walk to central Hopa for food.
- Lovely breakfast! Big spread with several types of cheese and olives, eggs, salad, halva, etc. Anyone turning their nose up at this simply doesn't like the Turkish/Mediterranean standard breakfast.
- There's a sauna and massage parlor which I didn't bother with, but the masseuse speaks Russian, possibly also Georgian.
- The lobby is very big and relaxing. Outdoor gazebos also very pleasant.
- During my stay the wifi was excellent, much better than in Georgia.

I can't think of any negatives, just based on my standards. They probably have off-days when bathrooms aren't perfectly clean or they don't have something at breakfast, but this is real life and things happen. For me, the price-value ratio is incredible, and I feel lucky to be able to stay here and will definitely be coming back.

Oddly enough, a very good roadside hotel. Cheerful welcome. Everything was explained. The rooms are quite CLEAN. The price-quality ratio is reasonable and acceptable for middle-income citizens.

Beautiful place, so clean, comfortable rooms, brilliant staff, close to bus station and great food. Met The Boss, such an accommodating, cool guy. Really loved it.

The front desk person (I think his name is Serkan) is very friendly. He helped me to print out my visa and gave very good direction on how to get to Georgia. Although I don’t speak Turkish. We communicate just fine. Highly recommend to stay.

The manager of this hotel is a real problem solver. Whatever travel issue you have then come to him, and he will find a good solution that fits your needs. Definitely a recommendation!

Karadeniz turunda kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Burdan önce 3 otelde yediğimiz yemeklere göre lezzetli ve çeşitli menüsü vardı. dış cephesi tadilattaydı ama odaları tamamen yenilenmişti turdaki diğer misafirlerin de odaları çok güzelmiş. Kahvaltıda sıcak ürünler yeterliydi. Banyoda sıcak su sıkıntısı yoktu(önceki otellerde hep soğuk suda duş almıştık). Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Temiz, güleryüzlü, yemekleri yeterli ve birkaç çeşitten oluşmaktadır. Tur ile geldiğimiz Karadeniz gezisinde 1 gece konakladık. Otel konum olarakta merkezde olması sebebiyle ulaşım açısından da iyi bir mevkiidedir. Teşekkürler.

Bayramda tur ile geldik. Otele girdiğimiz anda şeker, kolonya ve güler yüzleriyle karşılamaları bile yüzleri gülümsetti. Karşılaştığım personellerin tamamı çok nazik ve kibardı. Kaldığım oda yeni yapılmış, ferah ve temizdi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Bireysel geldiğimde de tercih edebilceğim bir otel oldu.

Kahvaltı saatini kaçırdığımiz halde yardımcı olup serpme kahvaltı ikram ettiler.Temizlik konusunda 10/10 sıcak su hemen geliyor.Gorevli arkadaşlar çok nazik ve canayakinlar.Hersey şahane bu bölgedeki yeni favori otelim
