Catty Cats Garden Hotel

The staff very helpful but most of them could not speak English or spoke little English. This made it difficult to communicate.
The food was very nice. Different types of dishes each day was very impressed with the quality of food.
The rooms are very clean. Mates came in every day to clean them all. The hotel was very clean. No mess anywhere.

Spent 6 nights here with my husband. Food was great, good variety for sure. Rooms were cleaned every day. I would say a pool could be a bit bigger for the amount of people, but it was still pretty good, specially for price. People working there were always very helpful and kind. Not far from the sea may be 57 mins walk. Certainly recommend! Plus there are cats :)

We had a party of 9, we loved it!
The apartment was clean, spacious and kept clean more than the signs said, we thought 2x a week staff cleaned, pretty much everyday the cleaners came in and changed bins, bedding and towels if needed, very happy!
Staff were fantastic, very helpful, supportive and if you have respect for them and the work they were doing they were wonderful back, even up for a laugh!
1st night we arrived late and the bar man offered to order in for us, he made sure we only paid what it costed and he ordered from his private account so we weren’t conned by the shops, so friendly and welcoming!
We were told that night by another family how awful the place was, the food apparently was bad and there were no seats, whereas we found actually everything to be perfect. We always got a table even for all 9, the food was fantastic, lots of dishes to choose from and if your not sure on something there was always something else, hot food hall and cold food hall, also 2 extra grill areas, the alcohol (spirits) yes was watered down, but you should expect that, it’s pretty normal, so we stuck to beer and wine, which was lovely 🥰
The managers went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome 🤗

Ran out of money to leave a good tip for them and honestly they deserve so much more, always hard working, and dealing with drunk unkind guests is hard enough without people trying to argue with them!
We all had tattoos at the hotel, good prices and amazing work, wish I could of paid more as they were fantastic, again as we went all inclusive we didn’t think we’d need more money, next time I’ll take more to tip.
I’d love to return, hopefully we will be back next year!
Fell in love with a cat there I wish I brought back with us, but the hotel were looking after the strays and had cat boxes if they needed attention.
Did have another guest hurt the cat, so did have an argument with him about it! If you don’t like cats just don’t go near them, don’t hurt them!
There was a heat wave and was ridiculously hot! But shaded areas all around the pool, helped loads, and both pool helped cool us down.
There are signs up all over for parents to watch their children at all times, there isn’t full time life guards, but you are aware of that, there was an incident where a young girl nearly drowned, but honestly the parents should not have left her, they did a lot knowing she has epilepsy, when staff realised the girl was in trouble the manager jumped straight in to save the girls life, he worked on her untill the ambulance arrived and took over, he was very upset and visited the girl in hospital, checking she was ok.
There was a man who was knee-ing him in the back while he saved the girl to which he turned around and told him to f***off, which I think anyone would, how dare they interrupt his work, he was made to apologise later on, I believe he should not have and be praised for his hard work. Well done.

We stayed in this hotel from 25th July - 1st August as a family of 5 and absolutely loved everything. Hospitality was fantastic especially from Sait and Mehmet! Absolutely brilliant hosts who were happy to do advise and help in anyway they could make the holiday even more special. The location was great walkable distance from the beach and other attractions. The facilities were clean and all you need. Great pools with slides and evening entertainment spread out across the week. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffets with a wide variety of food and inclusive drinks some alcoholic and all soft drinks. The hotel also has a small shop selling ice creams, crisps, drinks, suncream and other general bits and pieces. Really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed setting with a friendly family atmosphere. Would stay again.

We are checking out of here today sadly but Will definitely be coming back ! After reading some of the reviews we were a little nervous but had no reason to be as it truly lovely . First we met Ali on reception who showed us to our room ,which was a nice sized room on the C block with one double bed and a single bed .everything was very clean ,the cleaners came daily and were lovely and bought fresh towels .we didn't have a kettle but asked Memet on reception and he bought one to our room . There are 2 pools one with slide and a flume and play areas for children . The hotel grounds are surrounded by fruit trees which looks lovely . We were all inclusive and the food was very nice ,in the morning you can ask the lovely lady in the kitchen for an omelette or fried eggs and she will make them for you . Alcohol was good too with a choice of cocktails that you have to pay for but they were very reasonably priced. There is a little shop in reception for essential items such a milk etc there is also a little shop called muzzy corner just 1.minute away that has all you need .
The staff on the hotel resort were very helpful and friendly ,Memet,Hakan and Ibo were always happy to help and greet you in the mornings . There is a tour place right near the hotel called Tom Cruise and the man there was very lovely ,he offers good deals on days out and you can haggle to get the price you want ,he will make you tea or coffee too and even teach you some Turkish .
The hotel has lots of cute little kittens and cats running around which were adorable . We came in the middle of October so there was no entertainment but you are surrounded by so many beautiful places to entertain yourselves.This is a great place to come if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Everything you need is just minutes away from the hotel . There is WiFi in the hotel but the signal isn't great in the room so you need to stand on your balcony . There is also a free bus service twice a day to the beach but you don't really need to use it as its just a short walk away .We came here without children and enjoyed it so much .We will be back next year .Thankyou Hakan,Mehmet and Ibo for making our stay so wonderful .

The workers are very friendly, respectful and good with children, the food is nice there is different variations of food every day breakfast, dinner and tea they also provide snacks (its all halal), the staff will ask you if everything is alright while eating they also come and collect the plates. Theres a shop on site, places to charge phones and chill with the cats, a tattoo shop and a barbers. The cats are friendly will approach you. There is 3 pools one for small children, one with slides for older children and then one just to chill. The beach is not far at all it's about a 10 minute walk. People are leaving bad reviews for their disrespect (shouting and being loud while people are eating), if you are coming to stay in the hotel or any hotel be respectful, as you would want to be treated with the same respect.

I stayed here for 10 days from 16th May until 26th May. Right from the start I was greeted by friendly staff and taken to my room which was basic but very clean and had everything I needed. The food was good and I enjoyed a Spa/Pampering morning here at extra cost. I stayed all inclusive and what I got for my money was great value. The staff were friendly and I will be rebooking and coming again next year! 😊

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Turkey. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the the staff and the general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurante very flexible (appreciate this!).
The atmosphere is so special that It really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here.

I stayed 7 days and it was one my best vacation. The stuff and managers were so nice, meals were delicious. I had so much fun, thanks for everything! My next vacation I'll be absolutely there again.

We am here for 14 nights and me and my family are treated well. The staff are nice and friendly. The food is really nice. A Turkish night was organised which was really entertaining. I will definitely bring my family back here

Fabulous place. Staff are amazing, rooms immaculate, daily maid service. Food was really good always something to choose. All inclusive was a great choice. Beer and spirits very good. Pools and surrounding pool area is beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone. Rooms nice but basic and comfortable. Had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning. JUST BRILLIANT!!

me and my two sons stayed for 6 days at hotel. room was nice and clean and was cleaned every day. food was great. all the boys who served the guests were really nice and efficient. the water slides are so much fun we spent hours everyday in it. atmosphere is calm and relaxed around the pool. the location is in residential area still very nice and quiet place as there are open and big spaces around. Tom cruise agency across the road has v.good deals for tours and v.well organized.if you go on pirate ship you will stop at a beach where you can hire jetski about 15 - 20 euro for 15 mins. turkish dancers and performers are a treat to watch which happens once a week in the hotel.
wifi in hotel only works in lobby but good enough cause you get a break from your tech while in the rooms :). water hot and cold always. you can walk to the shops and Roman ruins in about 25 mins and the place is amazing around appolo temple. it was a great trip and hotel made it worth it. thanks to all the people there. hopefully go there again some other time God willing

Great staff and atmosphere <3 not the newest and top modern hotel, but it has everything you'll need, including a little shop for water, snacks and whatnot :)

It lies in a quiet area, but just a few minutes on foot, and you're in the bustle town. 10-15 minutes from the beach and the souvenir shops.

My friends has been coming for last few years but this year we went with her and we went with children and grandchildren all inclusive. The food was excellent. Turkish night enjoyed by everyone with audience participsting and loving it. Lots of English there and northern ireland people. Might have to get towels on beds near pool bit early in morning but that's happens anywhere. Mosque not far away first call to pray at 5.30m then 4 more call to pray thru the day but eventually you don't notice it . Full spa treatment to die for I went back for hot stones these are not to be missed. Fab place fab holiday

After reading previous reviews didn’t want to go took extra money just in case but when we got there what a surprise staff were lovely ( could do with name badges so we know who they are) rooms were judge we had 4 beds and kitchen in ours lovely and clean right opposite the mosque which was fine not noisy at all you get used to it
Food is amazing if you want englishDONT GO this is turkey not skeggie feed up of hearing some of the brits there moaning about the food it was pleantyful and very tasty yes they don’t label what it is but ask the chief is allways behind the servers
The drinks were ok coke bit syrupy and heard people moaning drinks were watered down I don’t think so just cheaper brands if you wanted good stuff you had to pay 2 water stations where water was cold and helped yourself also juice which was same
Pool is narrow and small and one kids get in with rings and unicorns there is no room plenary if sunbeds but cannot if you cannot get round pool you go into next area which has orange lime trees and seems to be free for all slide area is good couldn’t see any problems
There is a good market on a sat which sells lots of T-shirt’s typical turkish stuff but it’s all in euros as this is mainly a German /Russian area but will take lira this market about 3 mins away by mosque head for mosque and you walk into it
The only downside of this hotel is that breakfast is late dosnt open till 8.30 and your hanging round could do with changing to 7.30 rest of times fine pleased no entertainment as it was nice to talk or read and made it relaxing it’s not a dress up place
Very casual had great Holliday and would def go again but as I said before

Excellent hospitality. Amazing and lavish food + drinks. Lovely entertainment on the weekends. Vigilante house keeping. Had a very nice and comfortable stay during our holidays 👍👍❤❤🇹🇷🇹🇷
