Side Lemas Suite hotel

Just returned from a week at Lemas and had a great time. Our room was upgraded to a one bed apartment overlooking the pool (B block, gets the afternoon sun). The rooms are basic but clean which is all you need for a week in the sun/use it as a base. The pool area is lovely, lots of greenery, well looked after and the pool is a good size and very clean. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. It is a little out of the way but Side is a big resort to navigate around anyway and the location means it isn’t noisy - a 10-15 minute walk gets you to the main road where you can get a bus into the old town, it’s about 20 minutes to the promenade by west beach. Would recommend Lemas to anyone and would definitely return

An excellent value hotel. Approx. 600 metres from number of bars restaurants. 2.5 km to side old town. The staff are friendly & helpful. Room cleaned each day a few toiletries provided initially. In a semi rural quiet area of side. Didn't eat in hotel but number of guests remarked that bar meals were decent.

Just came back from staying here for a week with family and I loved it so much. From the second we arrived everyone was really welcoming and helped us out with whatever we needed. Had breakfast here everyday and their breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Pools lovely and there was entertainment and music during the evening. Wifi was free but patchy. There was a shop right by reception that had everything you need for the holiday. Closest restaurants and shops are around a ten minute walk from a hotel and there is a street filled with delicious restaurants and stores. Hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the closest beach. Overall was an amazing stay and had a great time.

Great hotel with great friendly hard working staff.
From minute we arrived and checked in till we checked out 10 days later we were helped by the friendly staff and found that nothing was too much for them.
The pool area is lively with music playing all day and it's reasonably priced for food and drinks which just get charged to your room and you pay on the final day when checking out.
The rooms may be bit dated but it's just somewhere to lay your head but more importantly there very clean as is rest of hotel and its facilities.
Air-con is charged at 5 euro per night and its a must, well especially for me (a Scotsman in Turkey 🥵).
The old town is a bit of a distance away or 10 euro taxi journey but there are other nearby bars/ restaurant shops etc nearby such as alya, cheers, britannia which are all about 10 mns walk away.
I would definitely come back and stay at the lemas suite again.

Less than 24 hours since I left and already missing it! The staff are the shining stars of this hotel! Attention to detail is second to none - from fresh roses and berries left by housekeeping to the fabulous food (thank you Alex for cooking me veggie options!) and friendly welcomes in the restaurant and bar (thank you Ferhat "Michael", Murad and everyone else).
Everyone has a smile on their face and will bend over backwards to help you feel welcome...and no matter what language you speak, these guys have it covered!

To the negative reviewers...yes, WiFi is patchy and frustrating when you're relying on it but sometimes it's nice to put your phone down and enjoy your surroundings! The rooms are fabulous and absolutely massive, yes, soundproofing is lacking and not what you'd find if you paid double and stayed in 5* but drop some earplugs in your case and problem solved!

The hotel is about a 2 mile walk to the centre of old town along the beach front "prom", and maybe 10 minutes (ish) walk to the beach. There is a shuttle to one of the beaches where you can use the sunloungers for free - I didn't go as the pool and hotel atmosphere is so good but told it's worth the trip.

Side is gorgeous, the right mix of history and holiday destination. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Lemus Suite Hotel is a calm hideaway just a short 20 minute walk from the promenade, beach and shops. The highlight of the trip for me was the HAMMAM and the MASSAGE. Unbelievably good - years of stress pummeled away in days :) If you want PROFESSIONAL masseuers with amazing repertoires this is a hidden gem. The MANAGER of the Hammam is very respectful, knowledgable and attentive. It has a very chill vibe, the staff are courteous and attentive. There is tasteful music from the beautifully clean pool area. The rooms are basic but clean and I feel this is reflected in the cost of the holiday. Super value for money. The room I was in was more than adequate , large and lovely balconies overlooking the pool area. The Chef is outstanding, really lovely prepared food. I made the mistake of going room only, had I known how good the food was I would have chosen half board (next time) There is such a peaceful ambience at this hotel that you return really feeling like you had a holiday. From the RECEPTION STAFF to the BAR STAFF to the TATTOO man to the CLEANERS - they all showed me kindness and patience. Thank you once again LEMAS SUITE. Jet2 made the whole experience very stress free with keeping in touch regular by messenger.

Welcoming, approachable and helpful staff at the hotel. A variety of food to choose from on their menu. Clean environment. Recommend for a calm, nice and griendly break away. Not much for Children and young people, but offer activities and day trips. Overall satisfied and will return again. :-)

Although we paid the standard price to the travel agency, the services provided were above standard. The hotel is located in a pleasant location away from the hustle and bustle of the streets in a beautifully maintained garden with two swimming pools, one of which is reserved for people without children away from the action. On the other hand, it's alive at the big pool! During the day, families with children enjoy perfectly clean water with well organized maintenace and parents benefit from great comfort of sitting at the bar while watching their children (which they can do from the balconies as well). The swimming pool is empty when meals are served (we had a half board). In the evenings various animation programs take place near the pool, such as belly dancing show, but these programs are not long and bothering. In overal the place is very calm, friendly and time seems to have different pace here. Just stop for a while, sit, smile and you will get the feeling of visiting your old friends which you do not want to leave anymore.
The hotel staff is very accommodating and willing. It is so nice to get up in the morning, meet smiling cleaning lady on the corridor, say good morning to the smiling head receptionist, greet the smiling chef who is preparing pancakes on your wish and your breakfast near the pool tastes differently when a waiter comes to ask politely if you need anything. Such details make up your day and that is exactly what you need in a holiday. They remember you and you can feel the warm attention. We also recognized professional training of the staff with appropriate dress code. The first day we had a problem with the toilet flushing in the room. Although it was immediately repaired and we did not ask more, as we were awared of the fact that the low price we paid cannot cover any luxury especially at the crazily high inflation ratio in Türkiye, the second day we were immediately moved to another room. Rooms were not luxurious, but absolutely clean (cleaning on daily basis), and beds very comfortable. We met with the same willingness and smile if we needed advice on anything, it was easy to arrange a car rental, the transport to the beach was also perfect, which was also included in the price of the accommodation with a place on the beach. Beach was fantastic, clean, fully equipped, sea was warm like a tea 😊 The prices in the beach club were really high, on the other hand it was not compulsory to eat there.
The food in hotel was excellent, fresh and tasty, typical Turkish meals, with a very good selection in the form of self-service, and the staff serving during the meals make you feel like a precious princess. There is also small shop for those who do not want to pull out their nose from the hotel, but many shops, restaurants and bars are in walking distance in the downtown.
As an extra service, a hammam with a very professional master masseur Ali is available. It is not crowded like public hammams, we had our private appointment and as an experienced hammam lover I can fully recommend, because IT IS A TOP OF A PROFFESIONAL TREATMENT, really.
The overall impression of the holiday is six stars from five. We returned full of positive energy, and definitely we wish to get back, because we are not done with Side, there is lot more to discover in terms of historical places and natural beauties! Thank you very much for a great holiday!

The staff is very helpful I been to this hotel 5th time and this time we had lot of booking due to family wedding. Every one was treated with the best possible service. All my family and friends loved the place.

Lovely accommodation,maybe bit dated but spotlessly clean(more important to me),sheets and towels changed daily by the loveliest of cleaners, bar staff amazing also the reception staff. Nothing to much trouble .pool

We stayed at the Lemas Suite Hotel for 2 weeks. Every single day was filled with joy, happiness and good vibes.
The hotel is located near the beach (10 minutes walk). There’s a big pool, a restaurant, a bar and a spa area where you can get all of this amazing wellness-treatments like massages, Hamam etc.
The atmosphere itself was amazing. The staff is incredible. Every single one of them was absolutely marvelous, warmhearted, caring and totally awesome. No wish remained unfulfilled. This staff is just one of a kind. I cannot describe how fantastic these people are.
The food was very delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty. I recommend trying the fish dish. It’s divine.
The barman was brilliant! There isn't anything he can't do. Gin-Tonic was my fave though. ;)
Overall it was a gorgeous vacation! Thanks a lot for a great time!

Amazing place. So chilled. Staff are the most lovely people you will.meet. along with the lovely ladies that cleaned our room every day. Always a smile on there faces and stop for a little talk. We stayed on the adult only side. And though the
rooms yes are basic were clean and functional for our needs with a fridge to keep.your drinks cool. Plenty of hot water in the shower. We stayed half board and the food was a delight. Cooked fresh and the service impeccable. Every member if staff caring and helpful. So didn't want to come home. Most definitely going back next year. Best hotel service i have ever had. And i have travelled. Thankyou to all the staff fir my wonderful stay. See you next year.

Fantastic service and friendly, cheerful staff. Beautiful clean pools and rooms. Hygiene standards are very high and all areas are cleaned regularly. A fairly short walk to a fantastic shopping area and also a huge choice of restaurants. I hope to revisit this gem of a hotel in the near future.

Good quiet location. Beautiful garden area. Staff is amazing both at reception and the bar. They really are doing their best to keep you safe and satisfied. We even got little souvenir magnet and packed sandwiches for out flight back home.

Have just had 10 days at this hotel.The staff were fabulous they couldn't do enough for you.Food was good as was service. The room was lovely and clean, cleaners came in everyday they were marvellous as was the rest of the staff.I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.Our stay was lovely and enjoyable. Will definitely go back. My only bug bear was there was no English channels on tv but that didn't stop us having a good time.

Well where to start me and my misses got to the hotel at 1 in the morning on the 19th of may and stayed for ten nights.we was met by a lovely member of staff who had cold bottled water sandwiches and a fridge magnet for free for us (how thoughtful as we had not eaten all day as we had a long flight and transfer)we were shown to our room 343 which was huge and very clean with a double balcony that overlooked the pool and hotel ( was a beautiful veiw).The staff was amazing and really made us feel at home even when they work everyday they still make it the best they can for you always smiling and bringing your drinks to you poolside very polite and quite funny any thing you need they helped you very kind and considerate . The food was amazing and I am a chef different veriaty and flavours were really nicely balanced Al last cart menu I had a lot of kebabs best I ever had. Even had a Turkish night and cooked it outside which again was amazing. They were always cleaning I've never stayed in a hotel where all day they are cleaning everything and I mean everything. (Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in) the pool was kept at 20 degrees was very very nice. The overall hotel just looks beautiful as well. All in all three stars for this hotel does not serve it justice for how amazing the staff and hotel was. I will definitely recomend you to book this hotel you will not regret it they will give you the most relaxing holiday you will ever have I even dropped my phone in the swimming pool (which died by the way) and didn't even care that's how relaxing and amazing that hotel was. I just Want to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel for the best and relaxing holiday I have ever had we will miss you all and we will see you next year. We will definitely be coming back

Brilliant hotel & excellent staff hence the 5 star from me. Especial thanks to Necmi who works on reception who has been brilliant on this holiday. He will go beyond his job. He upgraded my room as there was a confusion to an appartment without any problems.
The hotel is walking distance from shops and the beach. There's a free shuttle bus service to the beach and back every day. There's so many activities to do 7 days are not enough. I would recommend the hamam. I did this for the first time and I would definitely do it again. Overall a beautiful holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lemas Suite is a great choice if you're looking for an hotel not very expensive. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The staf is very kind and helpful. There is a big swimming pool and other useful services. The food is very tasty too. I definitely recommend it.

We are halfway through our holiday, the room is basic but clean and has what we need. The food is lovely and is buffet style although you can order off menu too. The staff are all great especially Rami and Tom Cruise! Rami has looked after us like we
are royalty. Nothing is too much trouble and Rami had a genuine passion for the job and the guests. I wish the same could be said for the manager. He is miserable and has a no people skills.
