The location is perfect, 10-12 minutes away from the center of Pamukkale and the below view of the "cotton fortress."
Staff
The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful. He took our booking on short notice and ushered us to a freshly cleaned room.
Room
The poolside room would have received four stars - to small for five (not that you'll spend much time inside) - had it been painted more recently and with a newer, silent fridge. But the condition of a very nice pool and the pool area indicates they're investing, so this single objection may be history by next year.
Aside from that, the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, the air-conditioner worked perfectly and the front terrace offers a fine relaxation area.
Pool
And the pool is great, large enough for a bit of swimming and cool even in the Pamukkale heat.
The breakfast was basic but delicious and totally adequate.
Recommendations
A paint job and better lighting would take the room into the next category.
Everything else was great at the price range.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. This place is very near to thermal pool and Hierapolis. Location is one of its best advantage. Also, the owner is very helpful and wonderful person. Only issue I faced was that the restaurant closes very early like 7 pm.

We stayed here 3 nights and can say that everything was good: the location - you can easily walk to the park from here, the room was warm, clean and rather big with a balcony and big bathroom, the breakfast was simple but of good quality if you compare to another restaurant around here, the staff was kind, supportive and helpful. And it was not expensive at all...

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly. We stayed there for a night, so the price I paid was defo cheaper and worth it. The nigh we stayed in, it was pouring unexpectedly and we had to cancel our dinner plan. So we stayed in and ordered from the same hotel. The hotel owner's wife made us a yummy dinner. It was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location of the hotel is only a few minutes away from the entrance to the thermal park.
The rooms are neat, comfortable and clean, warm in winter.
The hosts are very hospitable and helpful.
After check out we were allowed to wait a few hours for transportation in the comfortable lobby where they served us tea and snacks.
The hotel has a family atmosphere.
My high recommendations to future guests.

For what we paid it was great(£22) nice pool area. No bar but plenty a short walk away. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Nice bathroom with full room shower.we only stayed 1 night to visit Pamukkale the next day. The hotel is perfectly situated only 200 metres away
