We stayed at The Cotton House for 3 nights. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the location of B&B is awesome! There are grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants in a walking distance. The breakfast is great and served at room. The middle gate of Pamukkale is also in a walking distance too. We also bought a unique rug from the owner. My husband and I are highly recommended this place and we will definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed here for several nights. The Cotton House rooms are new, very clean and comfortable and breakfast and served to your room. Location is good. You can see the Travertine Terraces from your room, a supermarket is nearby as are restaurants and ATM'S. All within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. The Hosts are friendly and very helpful.

Extremely welcoming host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. His son owns the balloon ride company so be sure to book through them to get the best price. Large rooms, amazing breakfast and great location close to all attractions.

Tufan and his wife do a wonderful job hosting and taking care of guests. They provide tips on the area including the most sensible way to get to the sites, fyi on the local restaurants, etc. Breakfast is fantastic and fully room service. Regarding the town, this is not a developed Western luxury town as of 2023, and may not be for awhile because most people just come here for a day trip and don't support the local town economy. For those used to traveling outside big cities in the West, you can consider this place more in line with a guest house or B&B, but with rooms decorated quite tastefully in line with a hotel. They have a legit parking lot and you can wander into the town and eat and mix with the locals. For those doing a driving loop, this is a nice place to spend 1 or 2 nights and you can get the typical Turkish services like spa or hot air balloon for a fraction of the price from the hotspots!

The room is big and clean.

The hoster was very kind and introduced us how to play Pamukkale will be most suitable route!

The hoster's son also operates hot air balloons, you can make reservations with hoster. Besides, you can see flying hot air balloons from the balcony, which is really awesome!

The boss lady’s  homemade sauce is delicious!

Thank you to give me a nice memory!

Quaint little hotel with EXCEPTIONAL service, cleanliness and comfort. Owners were very helpful with everything from booking excursions to arranging transportation. Large, enjoyable breakfast served fresh every morning with smiling faces. Thoroughly enjoyed tea time with fresh fruits from their garden each evening after dinner. We had an exceptional three days and felt sad to be leaving our hosts, who made us feel like family. Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks again to our hosts Tufan and Elif!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The owner is really friendly, the room is spacious and clean, and I was comfortable during my stay. The owner wife's homemade jam, warm bread, and fresh egg omelet were delicious breakfase for us. Also, Salda lake, recommended by the owner, was a bit difficult to get to (mountain road), but it is really wonderful place for travelers who bring a car. Before trip I didn't know Salda Lake at all... But! My wife and I were surprised that such a wonderful place exists nearby Pamukkale.
The owner's son also operate a balloon, but we didn't get on because we were scared.
In conclusion, I am personally very satisfied with the hotel and thank you to the owner and his wife.

The owner is super friendly like all the reviews say and was very accommodating of our late arrival. The breakfast brought to our room in the morning was the best breakfast we had in Turkey with homemade jams! We loved it! The location is also great and is within short walking distances to some of the good restaurants in town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cotton House!! We had a beautiful, spacious air-conditioned room that comfortably accommodated our family of four (2 parents, and two teenaged girls). The shower was particularly lovely as well!

Tufan, the owner was the definition of Turkish hospitality. We arrived in the early afternoon and planned to visit Hierapolis, Cleopatria's Pool, and the Travertine. Tufan and his family grew up in Pamukkale and had owned a hotel in the area before it became a UNECO World Heritage Site, and he was a wealth of local knowledge. They told us "How to see Palmukkale", which was greatly appreciated!

Tufan got us on the city bus right outside the hotel and had them drop us off at the North Gate. He told that after we entered the complex, walk down the ancient road, past the tombs. They were really cool! We then walked through the ancient city of Heiropolis, which was incredible. We walked up the hill to the theater, which was one of the most impressive structures I've ever seen.

From there, we walked to Cleopatra's Pool and swam and had a snack. We then explored the travertine and as per Tufan's instruction, we walked left once we entered, rather than down the hill with the masses. He told us that this was the best place to watch the sunset, and he was right! It was spectacular!

The next morning I woke up early and watched the hot air balloons from my balcony. It was magical! We had a delicious breakfast with homemade treats that I am still dreaming about!

Thank you Tufan and family for a wonderful visit!

We were greeted by the family upon arrival. We felt welcomed. This is a family owned hotel. We arrive early before our check in. They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us. When we arrived at the hotel it was too early to check in. However we were provided warm breakfast and after few hrs our room were ready. We love the hotel it is close to everything. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Very friendly, helpful and hospitable host. Lovely light and spacious rooms. A great place to stay for an early start viewing of the terraces before the heat of the day.

Nice lityle family run hotel. The owner was very helpful and patient. Even recommended a restaurant for dinner as we arrived quite late in the evening. The room was very spacious and very clean. As we very on a tight schedule, we had to checked out very early in the morning thus skipping breakfast. The owner actually prepared some bread and drinks for us to take away!

The owner of the Cotton House was exceedingly nice (and a good guy) and explained everything to us as far as how to get to various tourist sites and in recommending several local restaurants. The breakfast was also quite extensive and very good. We rented two rooms for one night and both of them were very nice. We had no complaints about the rooms themselves or the staff. It was a quality stay and the right choice.

Two things that visitors should know. One, there is no elevator, so if mobility is an issue for you, it may not be the right choice. Two, the hotel wasn't "finished," meaning that there was wire hanging from the central ceiling and some other areas where it looked like work was being done. We do not think the wire hanging from the ceiling was for a ceiling light as the rooms had plenty of lights. We guessed it was for a smoke detector as - and this is kind of a big deal - there were no smoke detectors in our room. No smoke detectors was a concern, but we were only there for one night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cotton House. The hosts were extremely friendly, provided us directions to the travertines & cooked delicious breakfast for us. They invited us to have tea with them in the evening. This interaction was extremely pleasant. The hosts have put their heart & soul into The Cotton House. They go above & beyond to make it a memorable stay for travelers.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2022. We had checked in late after a long drive from Bursa. The owner was extremely kind and had kept a place ready for us even when we checked late in the night. The amenities in the room was great as we travel with our kids. Highly recommend this place to stay if you're visiting Pamukale.

Great location to visit the travertine pools and Hierapolis. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful with our plans. Breakfast in the garden, under the olive trees, was a lovely way to start the day.

When arrived Pamukkale early morning at 6 am. But check in to our confirmed rooms were only after 12 pm.

On arrival, the very kind and hospitable owner, Mr Tufan, agreed to give us another bigger room which was available with a minimal extra charge. We saw the room and loved it. They were sparkling clean and spacious. It surely is 5 star. The toilette offers shower gels, shampoos, slippers, towels. The room has a balcony, fan and aircondition, TV and a mini fridge. Multiple plug points spaced around. Wi fi is provided.

Our full fledged breakfast was served to our room at 8 30 am. Delicious spread indeed. We watched the hot air baloons flying up from the balcony.

Pamukkale travertines are located by a 10 minutes walking distance.

We informed him we had an early morning 6 am check out. So the previous night he gave us a sandwich and juice for our journey which we appreciate and is a very thoughtful gesture.

Brilliant place. Highly recomended to book. Safe and feels like your home. Owners are so hospitable, sincere and warm.

Walkable distance to the salt lakes. Highly recommend to book at this hotel if you are visiting Pammukale! Thank you Mr. Tufan for being a great host.

It’s a charming space, the rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Location couldn’t be more perfect. There is a bus that takes you to the travertines and the Hierapolis. What makes this place extra special is the hosts Mr Tufan and his wife. They are just lovely and hospitable. You can have breakfast in their beautiful garden surrounded by fruit trees. Such a beautiful experience.
