We booked this at the last minute to visit the Pamukalle ancient ruins. This place did not disappoint. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He booked our hot air balloon tours for us including transfer which was a hassle free experience. Originally we were thinking of using viator or get your guide but glad we opted for this. We paid in cash (euro or Lira accepted). The hotel room was extremely clean, nice and cosy and equipped with everything we needed. There is no elevator (lift). There is a pool and this is walking distance to the town entrance for Pamukalle. Amazing and would stay here again if we ever went again. Breakfast was included and was perfect value for the price of our stay.

Pamukkale is a small town and generally the reason for visit is to witness the thermal pools, historical theater, ruins and findings. The hotel is perfect as it is near to every main attraction. It is surely a value for money, Mr. Hakan was super helpful in guiding us and also made sure we ate our breakfast properly even when the timing of breakfast was over. His hospitality is truly remarkable. The rooms were super clean and I will definitely recommend this place as it is a super budget friendly option.

Nice quiet family-runned hotel . Clean, close to travertines with views of hot air balloons in the morning . Top floor breakfast room has view of travertines. Nice family with some members communicating well in English.

This was a great place to stay. The proprietor, Hakan, is hard working and one of the most helpful people I think I've ever ran across. He helps me book transportation back to the airport, he also helps me book my hot air balloon experience. And I could see him working with and helping pretty much every guest every day. I don't think anyone works harder than this guy. Lol.

As for the rooms, they're small, and Spartan. Love that the bed was so firm. But other than that it was great. It would have been nice if there was a place to work in the rooms. But that's okay. The air conditioning worked well and it was really hot outside so coming home to a cool room. It was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

The owner was very helpful - telling us how to go to the attraction sites and information on the dolmus and hot air balloon, making very nice breakfast and also allowing us to check out later. the pomegranate juice is very nice and help with bowel movement.

I would say best hotel in pamukkale with man with golden heart name Hakkan who is also the owner hotel.

Talking about the view one can witness mesmerizing view of thermal pool from the balcony and dining area.

Great 2 night stay at Alida! Less than 100m to Pamukkale lower gate - easy walk. And on the lower end of Pamukkale park, there are few other people. At the top, it can be quite busy.

Family run - you'll see the main manager helping his children with homework in the lobby and Grandpa having tea with guests int he lobby.

Grandpa will try to sell you pomegranate juice - TAKE THE JUICE! Seriously, it's significantly cheaper than you will ever find a liter of pom juice (Cleopatra's Pool was selling a cupful for the same price as Alida Hotel's liter), and it's freshly juiced with the best pomegranates we had all over Turkey. You won't regret it! Once we finally said yes, we asked for more, and more!

This hotel is excellent value and I would recommend it.

The nicest people run this hotel. We had a nice stay here while we visited pamukkale thermal pools. The location is right next to the gate that opens at 8am. However, I recommend that you take a taxi (120try) to the south gate at 630am to beat the crowds. Then you can walk back to the gate by the hotel when exiting the park.

The pool was nice for when coming back from a hot day. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants. The rooms were small and older but clean. Dont expect anything fancy but i knew that when booking. The wifi was excellent.

Cons: Our Tv was old and didnt work. I didnt like that breakfast was served from 8-10. We start our days early and they were not able to give us take away bags.

Great location right by the pools and Hieropolos. Breakfast was basic but definitely enough in terms of portion size. The pool is gorgeous. The only negative is that the walls can be thin so maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no issue for us. Staff and owner super friendly!

Wonderful stay at Alida. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy and we all had good sleep. The breakfast was ok. The location is very good - close to good restaurants and the south gate of Pamukkale Travertines. Very good value for money.

Amazing window view to the travertines. Pleasant staff. Tea, bottle of water and apples were prepared in our room. It was nice.
Th room was a little old, but good. Air Conditioner is also old so it was loud.

After many people tried to rip us of the owner here told us how to do our trip without guides and helped us with buses. He also had best prices for hot air balloon and is extremely friendly!!! 10stars highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Alida Hotel in Pamukkale and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Traverter Street and Hierapolis, Pamukkale, making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Hakan. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with a seasonal outdoor pool that offers stunning views of the mountains. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities including free WiFi, a kettle, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and having drinks at the balcony. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The shared lounge was also a nice touch, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind.

Overall, I highly recommend Alida Hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale. The location, amenities, and exceptional service provided by Hakan make it an excellent choice for travelers. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area.

Just had a short break at this hotel which was lovely. Excellent location walking distance to the travetines, local restautants and shops. Room was large with a fantastic view of the travetines. Nice breakfast in the upstairs restaurant and if you get up early enough the hot air balloons pass over the hotel. Staff were brilliant and we really enjoyed our stay, we will be back
