Staying at Venus Suites Hotel was the highlight of Pamukkale visit. The room was super spacious and extremely comfortable. Overall the ambiance of the place was exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. They even booked our balloon flight without any hassle. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and the restaurant had ample seating for guests. The swimming pool in the center courtyard was a cherry on top! Highly recommended to stay when you come to Pamukkale for visiting travertines!

The staff was helpful for planning day trips. The room was large and clean. The pool and pool towels were welcome in the heat wave. We even appreciated the convenient parking lot. Breakfast was nice, especially if you are craving a green salad!

I'd highly recommend staying at this hotel in Pamukkale. It has a lovely swimming pool and a great restaurant. The rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts are tasty. They also serve a good dinner, including a delicious grilled fish.

We really liked the hotel. Nice and secluded courtyard.
Staff were very helpful and for the first time in Turkey (been here for 10 days) I really felt like they knew what they were doing. (We have met with lots of hotel staff to whom this is the first season).
The food was good, chicken salad. 😋

I would stay there again if in town....next time longer.

This might be the best value in Turkey.

The rooms were delightful and the entire estate was just beautiful. There are two tiny dogs who live there that were beyond sweet. It’s a fast walk to the sites and had a great breakfast. I’d advise everyone to book here.

The video is of an incredible storm from our huge balcony!

10/10, would highly recommemd. Amazing rooms, with amazing views. Great swimming pool. Fantastic breakfast spread - we didn’t have dinner here but certain it would be great too. Incredible location - the travertines are literally by your footstep. Amazing service by everyone who works there. No complaints at all with our visit. Has to be the best hotel around with such reasonable prices.

Great hotel! Located a short distance from the Pamukkale Hierapolis, this hotel is well situated.

Lovely pool, and great food as well.

The rooms were very comfortable.

Fantastic friendly service, Off street car park. Close to everything you need. Excellent food freshly prepared with very little wait. Big portions. Breakfast buffet 10**** Fairly priced bar at poolside. If you are considering this hotel just book. I would not hesitate to book directly with them and hope to return at some stage.

Huge, clean and comfortable room. Fridge with free water bottles. Lovely garden with restaurant/bar and pool. Good location, few minutes walk to shops and restaurants and few minutes drive to travertines and ancient city. Nice breakfast with wide selection of food, especially cheeses. Turkish delights were one of the best I tried in Turkey and they serve them for breeakfast!

The only negative thing was the TV, it was quite small and only with turkish channels.

The rooms are good but what stands out here is the service they provide, everyone is so helpful. You can ask them about anything you want to do in Pamukkale and they will hook you up.

Walkable distance to Herapolis Archiological site. Very Helpful Receptionist. Good spread of Turkish breakfast. Neat and spacious rooms. Beautiful room decor. Balcony view was stunning. We had come 5 hours before checkin time, but we got admitted to one of our room that was ready. And we got the other in one hour. We are not eligible for breakfast that day. And we were leaving the next day before dawn, so they gave breakfast the day before.

Nice hotel and restaurant, very clean and modern. We just stayed one night, but enjoyed the hotel. The garden pool is very pretty especially at night. Breakfast has very big selection, hotel restaurant has fair prices. The front desk helped us book paragliding for a very reasonable price. There is lots of parking in the nearby parking lot.

It's been said that it is one of the best hotel in Pamukalle. It is well maintain and clean. Front desk hospitality is friendly and helpful. They also offer a generous breakfast offering. Thank you for having us.

Let’s get the first thing out of the way - the location of the hotel is right at the doorstep of Travertines of Pamukkale. However, that activity only takes 1-2 days so you have to factor in the other locations you’ll be visiting within the region. The overall hotel is good with decent size rooms, a good size pool, an all day food facility (until 10pm) and helpful staff. There is ample official parking as well as street parking. Also, Pamukkale main high street is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lastly, for those with younger kids, there is a well equipped park less than 2 minutes walk. The cons are, there are little to no food places open beyond 5-6pm in the area so factor that in. Beyond the travertines, you have to travel far away for other points of interest.

By far, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was spacious and very clean, there's plenty of storage, the area is beautiful and quiet, the courtyard was lovely and well kept, and the breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant was great, too, but the breakfast was seriously the best we had at any hotel. Absolutely stay here if you go to Pamukkale.

The only downside potentially to be aware of is that it is a little further from the town center. However, it's well lit and walkable. I liked it's distance, because it was more peaceful, while still being close enough to walk to the few bars and restaurants that were open late.

Great hotel to stay at. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Large swimming pool. Hot shower with great water pressure. The staff and the dogs are friendly. Food from the on site restaurant is tasty. Everything in Pamukkale is within walking distance

Wonderful hotel for our one night stay. Staff was so friendly and rooms were clean! Their restaurant was great. We had dinner when we arrived and I was very impressed. Breakfast buffet had a great selection to pick from. Staff was so helpful guiding us to the travertines! The town is quite small, so I’m glad we opted to pay a little more for this hotel since the other ones look like they need a little bit of love.

Everything was great. Rich breakfast, clean rooms. But I don’t recommend the hotel restaurant. The lamb meat I ordered wasn’t tasty.

This hotel should be 5 stars, the room is very good. The staff is very friendly and they even have two wonderful dogs that play with you for a bit.

Kids have a blast at the pool which is very clean and parents can relax at the balcony.

Couples go enjoy the activities. I recommend staying for 2 days to enjoy the full pumukkale experience!
