Pam Thermal Hotel

One of the most amazing hotels we have stayed in. The rooms were neat and clean . We were in for a surprise as we were upgraded to suite room with Jacuzzi in it . The natural thermal spring bath was an absolute delight . The dinner was wide spread . The spa centre was open for all with amazing hot swimming pool . The staff were prompt with services . Quite close to the salt travertines by car . Absolutely delight ful stay .

Very close to Pamukkale with a thermal pool on site. Absolutely stunning and highly recommended. The hotel was quiet and the service was exceptional.

Dinner and breakfast were average. I believe the main attraction is their hot spring.

Comparatively one of the good hotels in the area of Pamukkale. It’s an old hotel but serves quite fine

A very funny hotel! It’s a place where 90s architecture, loud latino music at midday, hospital patients in recovery, bikini girls next to burkini women mix and create a spectacle in which one just needs to sit comfy, lay back, get a cocktail from the strange (they don’t know what a Martini is) bar and enjoy! No wonder Nicolas Cage decided to reside here during his Turkey visit. If it’s good enough for him, then it surely is for you!

We read the reviews so arrived armed with own shampoo and loads of water - to no need because everything was provided. Prices in the lobby cafe-bar in my opinion are very affordable for such a nice place (tea 10 TL, chicken 60 TL, bottle of wine 330 TL). Pools and spa are open till 22:00. Overall, great thermal hotel and great experience!

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is value for money.

It is not an all inclusive hotel. The breakfast and the dinner had very very limited vegetarian options.

The thermal pools in the hotel were nice and are complimentary for hotel guests

Rooms were comfy,a bit small though. The highlight was the thermal pool at this property which was therapeutic and skin felt soft and rejuvenated in just few minutes of use. Food was above average. A quiet vibe looking out into the hills. Loved the sense of peace and calm here

For the thermal pool, do bring your swimming cap or else you gotta purchase it from the spa counter. Perfect way to relax the body in the hot pool.

Hotel with hot springs. The rooms , service and location are not exactly the best but are acceptable by most standards. I like the wide selection of food and the availability of a hot spring pool. Located in a quiet area of town which makes it harder for you to find food if you are not eating at the hotel. Despite catering for large groups of tourists, the hotel is fairly well run even though they probably lack sufficient staff to help with luggages and all. Pamukkale has pretty mild weather and you are tempted to open the door to your balcony but at night, insects may fly into your room to buzz you all night!

Hotel with best food in town maybe. The foods are amazing! For room, the bed need to be renew. Shower room are old equipment and the staff needs to more response with all problems.

I regret didnt swim in the pool :(

Such a nice thermal hotel near Denizli. The mud bath, hot springs and the outdoor pool were all great. The hotel gets crowded for dinner as there are tour groups visiting, but during the daytime, it is quiet. They have a nice spa and I recommend Durdane and Mustafa for massage. The rooms are comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, come and stay.

Two thermal pools, one out door, to sit and soak in the minerals, the second, inner thermal swimming pool, to swim around
&
a third, regular swimming pool.

Great varieties of spread of veggies & non veg food with added mouth watering delicacies, deserts & fruits.

Had dinner & breakfast the next morning.

Extremely good combinations with thermal hotel with medical center and healthy food with qualified staff in all departments. Medical center offers all necessary treatments.

Cracking evening we got in late but belly dancing on and we went straight to the thermal and mud baths only a short stay sadly wished to have had more time

What a lovely hotel. The staff made my stay even better. They were super helpful and nice. They helped out with all the information I needed about my bus booking and my tours there without implying or forcing me to book through them.
There is also enough activities in the hotel to keep you occupied without feeling the need to go out for entertainment.

We visited the place in December. was awesome. The travertine wonderful. I couldn't get enough. The spring with mineral water so good. They were updating the rooms. so we got one of the new one... a mirror wall across the bed with the tv inside the mirror. Clean & organized. Saturday dinner with life music. We want to go back. close to bus stop & shopping street.

Worth the 5 stars! Super clean, dinners are delicious, they offer a high range of desserts for dinner too! One of the best breakfast choices I had!
