Crystal Prestige Elite Hotel

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone with children. Great program, great staff, great outdoor, perfect beach. Minor negative sides: food options same every day especially at the beach front restaurant, old beach equipment [fridges, umbrellas, ..], the espresso machines and coffee beans should be changed at least in one of the bars. With this improvements it will be perfect not only great.

Spent 9 days of wonderful holiday in this hotel. Never regretted that they made such a choice. Food is served 24/7 throughout the hotel, you will definitely not stay hungry. Cleaning in the room is also very good, never had any complaints. The animation is the bomb! We were 9 days and the show was never repeated, it was very pleasing. The mini club is also cool, a lot of different entertainment for children. My whole family and I did not want to leave, we plan to come to the hotel next year!

I'm currently at the hotel. I've been here for five days already, and I am extremely satisfied with the resort. The service, waterpark, super friendly staff - everything is just perfect! It's a very clean resort with plenty of sunbeds, a great entertainment program, and a beautiful location. I would definitely return another time.

Great place, biggest comment is tonaal for a land side room, especially if you have little kids that want to sleep at night. Night programs go to 01:00 with very loud music and flashing lights with our room on the poolside. We were lucky to get a change of rooms after the first night with the only land side room there was left. Noise level was much better there.

IT is a Good hotel wehre someone can spend a good holiday with his friends, family. Pools are clean beach as well and Animation team is very nice. We are happy here and we hope we can come back next season

I spent a wonderful week there. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, very clean. Employees smiling, helpful and very competent. Both adults and children will find attractions for themselves, lots of swimming pools and attractions during the day. The restaurants met my culinary expectations. Rocky beach, swimming shoes needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, I’m here with my family for the second time this year and I’m very happy here. Animation team is very nice and the weather in October is nice, Tao, thanks to all and we hope to come back again.

thank you very much to the crystal prestige elite hotel we spent two weeks here and really did not want to leave home. everything is perfect here, clean beach, good bar, interesting show programs for adults and children. there is also a kids club. my children did not want to leave there they were received very warmly. thanks for a great vacation.

It was a very good holiday in this beautiful hotel (crystal prestige elite), we enjoyer our holiday with our lovely kids, they were really happy. And everything was good and people really nice, so thanks so to them especially animators.

We are the second time in this hotel. Very nice hotel and very nice service, great animations for children, Kids Club. helpful ladies in gesteration especially Serap. also thanks to the chef amazing food served daily different dishes from local and european cuisines and even sushi. we are very pleased and we will definitely come back here.

It was amazing to visit this hotel in November 2023.. This hotel will always be my first choice. The reception staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy..

We had a wonderful time. Excellent, heartfelt service, lots of pleasant surprises: from sparkling wine at breakfast, wide food selection to specials from the chef, bravo 👏!!! Large, beautifully kept grounds. Rooms tidy, bedding new. Thank you - we had a reunion, 9 of us: 4 kids, 5 adults - Indians, Italians, Russian, Canadian, UK - and all had a great time. Overall a great holiday for families. Pool side rooms can be improved but entertainment sizes of pools and number of beds is very impressive. Overall would definitely recommend.

It was a great expeience to say the least. Food was amazing, staff were extremely polite and helpful, rooms were a great size and well maintained. Pools and the slides were excellent. The entire hotel was extremely clean. Ive seen staff clean the tops of street lights at 7 oclock in the morning. I would definetly recommend

I was at this hotel with my family and this place our favourite. Everything is perfect. My kids was enjoying the sun and beach everyday and they also visited mini club and was really happy.

Hotel is situated between Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The view is dazzling.
Hotel has its own access to the beach. The premises are huge. There is a shuttle helping to get to the beach faster. There are many pools and water slides. They vary from those for children and those for teens and adults. Everyone will find some attraction for them.
Food is great, simply one of the best I used to eat while being on All Inclusive. They are serving traditional turkish quisine, regular grilled food and each evening there was a variety food, such as lamb, chicken doner, duck, quails. One night was a sushi night - that was a total shocker.
There would be many other things to mention about the hotel, however it is best to experience it by yourself.
People complain about the AC. The thing is, Turkey is a hot country, AC has to work for at least half an hour to cool the room off. I couldn't complain.

We came with family of three for a week, met great people. Very good hotel, amazing staff and pools, I advice everyone to go to morning gym and yoga!!!☀ Recommend it to everyone for relax and chill!!

I have been to many hotels in Turkey and this is one of the best, food is amazing and delicious. Entertainment crew is very nice they are all kind and trough out the day there are so many activities you never get bored, hotel is clean and everything is super shiny, the staff always give their best to make the hotel clean and they arw very kind and caring too, if you want to enjoy your vacation i reccomend you this hotel<3
