Eyüp Cemetery

One of the UNESCO heritages that you must see, the Ottoman tombs with strange stones, both the hill and the cemetery, and the mosque and its surroundings, which are very alive.also its not scary , i dunno know why but it's more like relaxing

If you are looking for breathing view this is the one , this cable car is short but view is stunning, use both ways so you get a chance to look both sides , make sure once you get to end explore the top of mountain view you will be shocked of the view like a heaven

I was humbled to have the privilege of visiting the gravesite of hazrat Ayub Al Ansaari who is the companion of the last Prophet of Islam, Muhammad Peace be upon him.

Very pleasant place, peaceful.

Beautiful cemetery with cascading walkways giving the view of Istanbul. As you walk through it, you get to see the art designs of the tombstones as they changed throughout the Byzantine and Ottaman empires. By the end of the path down you end at Eyyub Elmansar Mosque. Another great land mark. To get up to the top of the hill, make sure to take the cable car also know as the teleferik. It will save you time and energy.

What a great Heart Comfort Place. It's all Blessings from Allah and Prophet Muhammad(saw). And more over, The Camel of Prophet (saw) sat down infront of Ayyub Ansari(ra) home and got all blessings from Allah.
If you want to get some blessing go and get all.
It's really very comfortable place.

Way more beautiful than expected, definitely worth to visit for calm and peaceful walk. It has a cable car which brings you right to the viewpoint

من اجمل مناطق اسطنبول
فيها التلفريك ومنطقة بها مقاهي اطلالات جدا جميلة

هي مقبرة تاريخية، تقع في بلدية «أيوب» في محافظة إسطنبول، قيل أن فيها مشهد الصحابي الجليل أبي أيوب الأنصاري. تقع المقبرة على مقربة من جامع أيوب سلطان، وللمنطقة تاريخ طويل كمكان للدفن سواء للمسلمين أو للنصارى، حيث أنها تقع خارج المدينة.[1]
وقد تعرضت بعض أحجار وشواهد القبور إلى أضرار في السنين الماضية جراء إنشاءات الطرق الحديثة.

Eyüp'ten yokuş yukarı çıkarken rastladığımız mezarlık alan, yürürken kedi ve köpekler siz eşlik edebilir. Pek çok ünlü ve önemli kişinin kabri de burada bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak'ın kabri de buradadır.

La presencia de la tumba de Abu Eyyûb el-Ensarî y el deseo del pueblo de ser sepultado cerca de él provocó la creación de uno de los cementerios más grandes de Estambul; en sus inmediaciones fueron enterrados sultanes, grandes visires, artistas, poetas y personas del pueblo. El teleférico Eyüp - Pierre Loti, al pasar sobre parte del cementerio, ofrece las panorámicas más espectaculares del Cuerno de Oro. El paseo por sus senderos, plenos de paz y misticismo, invitan a la reflexión. 100% recomendable su visita.

Eyüp Sultan'a Gide gele çok şeyler öğrendim. Tabii bunlar çok eskilerden kalan Kadim bilgiler ve devrede devrede gelen bilgiler. 1.resimdeki Şifa Baba, 2.resimdeki Hızır Baba ...Bu mubarekler Eyüp Sultan'da duruyor ve pek bilinmiyor. Allah nurlarından bize de nasip etsin. 🙏🏻

Eyüp Sultan Camii yakınından yukarıdaki tepeye kadar, tepede bulunduğu yer dahil, çok geniş bir alan mezarlıktır. Haritada konum olarak tek bir yer göstermek mümkün değil. Eyüp Sultan Camii avlusunda kabri bulunan Sahabeden Hazreti Ebu Eyyub el-Ensari (Radıyallahu anh)'ın yakınına defnedilmek isteği var. Mezarlığın alanı zaman içinde genişlemiş.

Küllü nefsin zâikatü’l-mevt. Her nefis, her insan ruhu, her insan ölümü tadar, ölümü tadacaktır.

Bu mezarlıkta Seyyid Abdülhakim Arvasi Hazretleri ve Mareşal Fevzi Paşa yatıyor. Yokuşu çıkmak ayrı bir feyizli.
