Saloni markasının kalitesi yanısıra mağaza çalışanlarının güler yüzlü davranışları tercih sebebimiz oldu. Siparişte kısa süreli bir problem yaşamış olsak da hemen çözüldü ve eşyalarımızı evimizde memnuniyetle kullanıyoruz.

Mobilyalarımızı değiştirdik. Çok kaliteli ürünler olmasının yanı sıra çok iyi insanlarla tanışmış olduk. Buradan mobilya alınır.

Hello. This is a nice place to check the furniture, not to buy it. I say "to buy", because purchasing something, you make a kind of agreement between purchasing and selling parties. In our case, the agreement consisted of standard "as follows": choosing the model and color, effecting payment and getting the PROPER GOOD in the last stage. So, all stages were fine, expect for the one with the COLOR. We wanted the color, exact to the one we saw in the showroom, thus, we mentioned it many times, but the one we got was absolutely different from the one we desired. The color we wanted was "Vizon", which is a combination of beige-pink-brown shades (warm ones) and we got grey, which is a cold shade. After getting the good with the "50 shades of grey", we went to the store, where we ordered it, and there we were told that we put the signature under the color we got, which means, that the color in the showroom is different from the color in the catalog, they have nothing to do with it. This was the "quarantine" period and they unwillingly informed us, that they will talk to the producer and that's it. No solution.
I find it strange to stay cool when ordering spaghetti and getting pizza instead. This is wrong. The quality of furniture is good, through, but what can you do with the quality, if the thing does not fit?

Teslimat süresini haftalarca aştılar. Sürekli erteleniyor. 28 Şubat’ta verdiğim sipariş hala elime ulaşmadı. Birde bayram öncesi kesin elinizde olur hatta Kadir gecesi getiririz bize dua edersiniz dediler. Kadir gecesi nasıl dua ettim size belli değil. Böyle bir iletişim kabul edilemez. Tercih edecekseniz aylarca ürünün elinize ulaşamayacağını göze alın derim .

Saloniden marka olarak çok memnunuz. Mobilyalar gerçekten kaliteli ve müşteri hizmetleri ilgili, fakat Kocaeli mağazasından hiç memnun kalmadık. Ürünlerimiz garantiye gitti, mağdur olmamamız için en kısa sürede teslim edilecek şekilde ayarlanacağı söylenmişti. Aradan neredeyse 6 hafta geçmesine rağmen koltuklar hala teslim edilmedi. Ben mağazayı aramasam herhangi bir bilgi de verilmiyor. Aramaktan utanıyorum artık. Sözde ürünler mağazaya gelmiş teslimat, ekibinin yoğunluğuna göre gerçekleştirilecekmiş… Bu konuşmanın üzerinden 4-5 gün geçmesine rağmen yine bir bilgi yok… Bu şubeden alışveriş yaptığımız için inanılmaz pişmanız.

Kurumsal firma diye tercih ettik. Ürünlerimizin geldiği 2 hafta oldu telefon ile 25 ocakta haber verildi. Sürekli teslimatı erteliyorlar mesajlara telefonlara cevap verilmiyor. Bugün dönüş yapıldı yarın ürün gelecek diye yine hafta içine ertelendi. Buradaki asıl sıkıntı iletişimsizlik ve söylenilen sözlerin tutulmaması. Benim için önce güven geldiği için hayal kırıklığı oldu bir daha saloni mi asla

Mağazada bazayı ben açtım. Satış temsilcisi sanki paranız yetmez alamazsınız gerek yok sizle ilgilenmeye der gibi davrandı. Almaya gittik ama bu tavır yüzünden vazgeçtik.
