Great value for money, but first and foremost, I would like to emphasize the excellence of all the staff, led by Mr. Burak. Their attention and assistance are invaluable. Excellent location with available parking, which is one of the biggest advantages given the hotel's location in the heart of the old town, where it is nearly impossible to park your car. The rooms are clean and relatively small, but given the hotel's location, size, and star rating, this is to be expected. Most guests use the rooms just for sleeping, so the size is adequate. The only downside is the lack of closets and storage space for clothes if you plan to stay longer than a day or two.

If you desire to reside in a hygienic and sophisticated establishment with a staff of exceptional quality, this hotel is the optimal selection. An equitable balance between price and quality, coupled with kind and cheerful personnel, will satisfy all of your preferences. In close proximity to the center and the Trojan Horse. This is such a nice hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean. The breakfast is delicious with lots of tea. We had such a pleasant experience.

I am so happy that I stayed in this hotel. I did not experience any problem. Rooms are clean, hotel is in a very central place but also its backyard gives you the peace you want after walking outside in the crowded streets. The young and smiling staff are the best part. They are always around when you need something. If you go with your own car, they offer an autopark. What else can I expect? No need to pay higher amounts to 4-star hotels. This place is great.

The staff is very courteous, pleasant, and professional. Rooms are good. The courtyard where they serve their delicious breakfast is also really peaceful and relaxing.

The breakfast was also not a buffet, which we liked. Instead, it was individually served and hence more fresh.

It's also close to the main part of çanakkale and the ferry.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Staff is friendly, helpful and overall just really genuine folks. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is a nice standard Turkish breakfast. Location is great, walking distance from everything. Parking included which is a huge plus because parking is extremely difficult in the area. Overall, I would return and recommend Set Özer!

Very nice hotel. Looks newly renovated. Room is clean with nice interior. Beautiful garden and clock tower and pier are nearby. Has parking lot and staff really kind. Really satisfied in staying here. Left for the airport no chance to have a breakfast but considering excellent management breakfast may be OK. Happy to stay here.

Five minute walk from the ferries. Staff is wonderful and polite. The garden area for breakfast is pretty and the fresh omelettes were good also. Parking for the hotel is down the alley before the hotel.

A very nice hotel. We had stayed here before and we have been again enchanted by this place. The rooms are very clean and very nice, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It's exactly in the city centre. They also have a parking place very close to the hotel.

From before we arrived the wonderful staff did everything they could to help us. We were travelling with bikes and they willingly stored these securely for us. As we had booked a tour the day we arrived they allowed us to arrive early, doing everything they could to have our room ready before we left. Breakfast in the elegant courtyard was a feature,as were the rooms. The staff were superb. They were caring, professional and interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. We could not have asked for more.

Amazing hotel with a very helpful staff and excellent services. I feel like my home. The rooms and furniture are fine. The hotel is very concerned with cleanliness. The location is perfect in the old city. No car needed in this small town. Just a few steps to the Çanakkale ferry pier. There are plenty of shops and cafes near to this location. More than that, the price was affordable. Absolutely my first choice to stay in Çanakkale. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The hotel is located right at the center of Canakkale, the rooms were very clean and tidy the only disadvantage is that the rooms are very small - but the price makes up for it. Also there is a small private parking for the guests which is great because it is impossible to park anywhere else in the center of the town.
And what can I say about the breakfast - one of the best traditional turkish breakfasts I have ever had - everything is so delicious and fresh.
The staff is extremely friendly.

This hotel is the best that we have stayed in entire Turkey. Sparkling clean hotel, very efficient and helpful staff with beautiful manners, excellent breakfast, wonderful experience. Great Central location close to ferryboat and the clock Tower. Highly recommended.

Great place! Not big, cozy and absolutely fantastic hotel. Very very clean and inside room, and in common spaces.

Great little hotel, breakfast was amazing. Located within 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Lovely cobbled streets with great places to eat. About 1 minutes drive from ferry boat. Highly recommend.

It’s just a nice place with great stuff!
We just took a rest for one night, but if we’d had more time we’d stayed longer.
Rooms are not too big but comfortable at all.
Stuff is really friendly and attentive without disturbing in anyway.

This place was way beyond of my expectations. We loved this place a lot. The food quality, the cleanness of rooms, the staff, and the location were all at its best. We could have stayed there only a day because they were full the next day.
