The location is excellent right in the city centre. Nearby are lots of shops and restaurants but not noisy at all. The host of the property is the best that I have ever met! He shows us the greatest hospitality and helps us with everything. He is also very attentive. The apartment is clean, bright, and with everything equipped! SIMPLY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Will surely come back again the next time we come back. Süpersin !!!!

What a perfect way to begin our journey in Türkiye! We fell in love with Çanakkale already and staying at Kinzi House even made it more perfect! Everything’s great, from the room, service, hospitality, location, ambience, everything. Mustafa is definitely a go-to host, he’s expert in many things! So glad we have crossed paths with him then as he was so friendly and helpful! Would love to be back :)

Our stay at Kinzi House was great! The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped for a long term stay. The location is perfect with many restaurants, groceries stores and other shopping. Also, the water front is just a few minutes walk. We especially appreciated our host and his staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time in Çanakkale!

Kinzi House is absolutely stunning! I loved the location! The grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife are located within walking distance from the apartment. Kinzi house is super clean and neat, equipped with modern furniture and a washing machine and and microwave oven. The host is extremely helpful in recommending places to visit in the city and his staff are well trained in hospitality management. Keep up the good work, Kinzi House! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Canakale!

This was one of our many wonderful experiences traveling around Turkey. I would not hesitate recommending anyone to stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable, plus had a washing machine which was an added bonus. Mustafa is friendly, helpful, and accommodating to make it a truly wonderful experience.

Rooms are brilliant. It's right next to the main town which makes going to restaurents and looking around easy. Mustafa is a very friendly and is helpful. He always helps yout out with anything you need in the room as well as just general question on around the area.

He gave us an upgrade from one bedroom apartment to a tow bedroom apartment for free.

Kinzi House is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Çanakkale and the areas surrounding it. It has all the facilities you need, is in the perfect location and was more than comfortable for our big group. The owner was so welcoming offering help and advice for getting around Çanakkale. I’d strongly recommend this place!

The room was clean, very comfortable and in an amazing location - very close to lots of restaurants, cafes bars and right next to the waterfront etc. The staff were extremely helpful and kind - helped us book and find buses.
