Pelit Troya Otel

The hotel location is excellent, close to the ferryboat and the seaside walk, with plenty of restaurants around.

I celebrated my wedding at Çanakkale and me and my guests were in this hotel.
And they all have good things to say about it.

First and most importantly, the staff.
They are absolutely awesome people.
We went there every day, were greeted with a smile.
Genuine interest on knowing us and shared experiences.
We stayed 5 nights and then a couple extended for another week.

On the owner's invite, we watched Portugal - Turkey with a good amount of fairplay :)

The hotel management is fairly new, the hotel has been revamped.
Although around it is a busy area outside, you don't actually hear it inside the rooms.
Rooms vary in dimensions, but all of them had a working air conditioning, the shower was absolutely great ( great water pressure, quick warm water) , and everything worked in the room.

We stayed at the 401 which had the emergency exit, so it is important to have that extra care - no noise or cold coming from the door by the way.

Breakfast was good, and tasty.
We had an issue in one night were some people fell asleep, but left the "radio" on shouting.
Complaint at the reception, was promptly sorted out.

It is definitely an experience to repeat and visit back our new friends.
For the price they charge and the service quality they provide in their habilities, it is very very good.
They do the extra mile.
Also Muzaffer ( Pelit Family ) speaks perfect english and helped our guests a lot.

Excellent location, close to ferry. Staff Is ferry friendly and helpful. They provide us parking place by the hotel. Not so big room, but enough for 4 people. Very good breakfast. I recommend it to everybody. I will rather return next time when I am in Canakkale.

Such a good location with perfect hellespont view at rooftop. All staff is so friendly and you have everything whatever you can have in 3 stars hotel !

Had a great experience with Mr. Ilker from the point of reservation and afterwards. Very customer oriented. Took his time to answer all my questions and gave some helpful guidance. Had to do some changes to the plan and he was super accommodating with my inquiries.

Everything was perfect the staff was really kind and helpful. They recommend us a cheap full day tour which we really enjoyed. Also the location was super good and close to the horse of troy. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Çanakkale.

Truly kind and generous manager. Felt homely since the beginning and got a free upgrade also. Thank you for the stay!

2 oğlum eşim ve benim kaldığımız otel;otel sahibinin ve eşinin sıcak ve samimi karşılaması,misafir odaklı ve çözüm üreten yanları ile, kıymetli insanların işlettiği,tertemiz ve yeterli genişlikte olan odaları ile hep aklımızda kalacak..Şehrin tam merkezinde olması ayrı bir avantaj oldu bizler için..Biz çok keyif aldık şiddetle tavsiye ederim..

Harika bir işletme.. Odaları tertemiz.. Personel güler yüzlü ve samimi..
Eşimle birlikte sadece 1 gece kaldık..
Sabah kahvaltısına yetişemedik , çay içmek için terasa çıktık.. Bir Personel geldi ve olan ne varsa hazırlayıp sundu.. Çok hoş bir davranıştı..
Konum olarak merkezde.. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum..

2 gece konakladığımız Pelit Troya'dan çok memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık. Odaların temiz olması, denize sıfır oluşu, sıcakkanlı otel işletmesiyle Çanakkale'ye yolumuz tekrar düştüğünde tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Otelin odaları tertemiz, hijyenik ve ferah. Otel çalışanları bizlerle çok alakadar oldu. İlgileri için teşekkür ederiz. Sabah kahvaltı imkanı olsaydı daha güzel olabilirdi. Ancak konaklama ücreti fazlasıyla hakediyor. Odalarda su çay ve nescafe var ve resepsiyonda da çay ikramı mevcut. Otopark imkanı kısıtlı ama biz rahat şekilde yer bulduk. Tavsiye ederim.
