Kemerhan Cave Suites

If you are thinking of staying in Ürgüp, you should not consider anywhere else other than this hotel. The owners are very polite and help with everything. The rooms are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Even though it was snowing, the room temperature was very good and we were not cold at all. It also has parking and a restaurant. They support your needs 24 hours a day. The cave hotel, which has a magnificent view of Cappadocia, is among the best.

The location is very close to the city center and within walking distance. The bathrooms are clean and have hot water.

Our room was amazing! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff and ownership take such great care of you. They helped arrange our tours and airport transfers as well as ballooning! The round bed was a new expierence and super comfortable! The Historic Hammam is less than 5 minute walk from the hotel. We came from a friends reccomendation and we woyld reccomend it to our friends and family. Thank you Mehmet and thr Kemerhan Staff for making our stay the best! Hope to see you in the future. Highly recommended. Stayed here for 3 nights and had the best and most attentive service. The room is impeccably clean and the whole property is very well maintained.
And it doesn’t help that they have the most good looking and friendly guard dog Pasha.

Staff is nice and helpful. We stayed in suite #5, amazing experience to say the least. Very clean and very cozy. They bring you a very nice breakfast on demand right to your room or you can eat in the open outside which is also a great experience. All in all I'm very satisfied with my stay.

Excellent choice if you want a perfect experience: kind and friendly service, rooms that looks like cave, but feels like home, very clean and a very abundant breakfast! In the reception they offer you everytime a turkish tea! Free parking!

My Girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel and all I can do now is recommending it for everyone who wants to visit cappadocia! The Manager and the rest of the team is very very friendly and kind, the hotel and its rooms are just gorgeous and the atmosphere is just amazing! Ürgüp is a very tourist friendly place with many little tourist stores and restaurants in its center area that is just a 5 min walk away from the hotel

Amazing place to stay. The caves are beautiful, thermostatically controlled with underfloor heating. The beds are so comfortable with new high quality mattresses. The staff are really helpful and the owner Mehmet is genuinely friendly, charming and interesting to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Breakfast is served either on the terrace or in your room at whatever time you want. This place is special - it certainly made my holiday very memorable. Go there and enjoy!

Had an AMAZING stay here. We stayed for 3 nights and had some of the most amazing experiences. The owner of the business is very kind and personable. He and his staff made sure our stay was amazing. He helped set up the tours and experiences, and gave us amazing recommendations. I cannot stress how amazing it was to stay here. The experience is a little pricey, but one of the most amazing things you will ever see in your life!

It was once in a lifetime experience during covid times in Kapadokya... we stayed in this cave resort through my best friend and I must say we had all praises . It was worth every moment we spent . The owner Mehmet received us personally and upgraded to a suite room with jacuzzi . We were thrilled with joy and it's Stones throw from the promenade market which is a city center with beautiful restaurants, bars shopping etc . What i could wish it had it all. Mr Mehmet made it all smooth, be it booking hot air balloon ride tickets or the dervish dance. We highly recommend this property in kapadokya and the area around . It is the best part of that region .

Very cozy room and convenient location. Near the central of village, we could visit many restaurants and many other places. Owner was very kind and helpful. Thanks to him, I managed late checkout for my super late flight to Izmir. Especially they have floor heating, you won’t feel cold even though outside is freezing.

Our family of three stayed at this hotel in early January 2023. The experience was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, the staffs were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was high quality and abundant. The owner is so honest and trustworthy and we could use him to arrange daily activities such as hot air balloon rides. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel if we come back to Cappadocia again.

You don't even need to visit Asmalı Konağı. If you want to spend a holiday in a 5-star mansion, it is for you. In one word, its location, facilities, architecture and services were great. Clean and Safetly otel
