Canyon Cave Hotel

Loved this place and the ambiance! Location is so beautiful and there’s lots to do around the area. The staff was the best!!! They helped us so much and were so accommodating and sweet! The jacuzzi in the room was such a nice touch to an already lovely hotel.

Stayed here during my tour of Turkey and stayed here longer than planned because it's exotic with its luxurious rooms in caves. Imagine having breakfast overlooking the ancient town of Urgup! As a solo traveler I appreciated mingling with other guests in the small bar in the evenings. This boutique hotel is the most exotic place I've ever stayed in. Can't wait to go back 💕. PS - wifi works well.

What a magnificent hotel and location. The staff were super helpful and everything thing was so lovely. Rooms were so cute and great facilities. The location was superb with incredible views and the food was top rate. 5 stars all round.

The Canyon Cave Hotel ticked all the boxes. Friendly and helpful staff. A clean, cozy cave room with plenty of space, great bathroom facilities and a comfortable bed. Amazing views from the dining room and sitting areas. Short walk into town centre for shopping and restaurants.

From the moment I stepped in until I left, I experienced complete satisfaction. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene is evident in the soft, well-dried towels.(This was not really easy to experience, at leaset to me during the trip to Cappadocia) The staff exhibits an excellent service mindset, exuding professionalism and friendliness. The morning brings the pleasure of indulging in a classic Turkish breakfast crafted from high-quality ingredients, all while enjoying a fantastic view. The ambiance is tranquil and secure.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners and all the employees made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful in recommending restaurants and activities. They made us feel so at home. It feels like a place we will return to one day. We were so well looked after and had an interesting time getting to know the father and son who run the hotel and taught us about the local history. The rooms were spectacular, there are great views and great breakfast. I felt very sad to leave! Thank you for a great stay.

One of the reasons why our Cappadocia experience was great was the decision to stay in this hotel. The service we received to ensure we get the tours arranged and the advice from the owner how to get a good deal for the hot air balloon and recommended restaurants around were very much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stunning rooms, fantastic hosts and incredibly relaxing atmosphere.

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel and wouldn't have changed a thing. The cave rooms were beautiful and luxurious, whilst the hosts were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to help make our trip unforgettable.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms (cave) are very nice and clean.

The best part however was Murat (the owner) and the rest of the staff. They really treated us as kings and queens.

Murat joined us at night in the bar for drinks which was amazing. The next morning he joined us for breakfast and helped us plan a day to ensure we visited the nice places in Kapadokya.

It is really a good cave hotel. Even though it's a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms but I was amazed with it's interior design and everything looks new although it had operated 8 years. And it is very clean. Thanks to the cleaner for that. And Murat the host was very friendly and chatty. We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay here especially second night I slept more than 8 hours

Amazing place , super clean and very warm hospitality. This is the only place you should be staying visiting Capadocia.
The Turkish breakfast served was extravagant and very tasteful!!!

100% recommend. Canyon Cave is the nicest boutique hotel I've stayed at in Cappadocia by far. The rooms are well stocked and very clean. The beds and pillows are decent. The breakfast is wonderful. More than all of this, the service is incredible! Murat is extremely kind and accommodating. I will come again!

The area is beautiful, the hotel is very pleasant, the atmosphere is great, the food is very delicious, but the most important thing is the people - they are just incredible!

This hotel is family run, and very clean, owner is so friendly, offered to take our heavy suitcases to our room... he even explained to us the local Infos and recommended which restaurant to go to.

When we got to our room, we were shocked.... Woooow....... the room is Massive!!! It's a suite!!!

Highly recommended!!!

P.S. we missed breakfast on our first day due to late arrival back to hotel from the hot air balloon trip, and second day we have to check out so early as we have a flight to catch back to Istanbul which we will miss the breakfast again. the Owner knew this and he left us some breakfast to eat before we leave the hotel....... how sweet is that. I have never ever encounter this with other hotels, this is the "first time" ever...

The owner, Murat, is both sincere and helpful. He provided us with a lot of good local information on food destinations and places of interests. We arrived early in the morning but were allowed early check in for our stay. To take his hospitality further, Murat even granted us a free upgrade to the room of our choice and occupancy was low in the period we went and gave us complimentary breakfast (on the day of our arrival)!

The stone cave room was absolutely delightful to stay in! One might think that as the room is carved out of the rock, it might be dirty or sandy but the room was nothing but clean, sanitary and well furnished. Truly an incredible experience to stay, and a great spot for checking out Cappadocia.

Our stay was too short as we only had one night in Cappadocia. If time permitted, we would have stay longer and in Murat's Hotel. Sincerely hope to be back again.

Worth mentioning: The Canyon Cave Hotel was formerly known as the Courtyard Cave Hotel. Driving there, we had some issues with navigation as there was some confusion on Google Maps.

We had such a lovely stay at Canyon Cave Hotel. The house is really cosy and very well located in Cappadocia. And Murat is one of the nicest host my friends and I have ever met with :) thanks for everything !

This was one of our most pleasant stays during a two week road trip through Turkey. The hotel is quiet new (ca. 2 years) and offers very good cave rooms which are equipped on a high level. The owner Murat is especially friendly and supports you in any kind of way. Breakfast had plenty of choice and varied slightly during the different days of our stay. Wifi is available on the whole property. Parking is possible directly in front of the building. The top sights of Cappadocia are in a driving distance of about 10-15 minutes. If we ever come back to Cappadocia, this place would be first choice.
