SunPrime C-lounge Hotel

Very nice stay at this hotel! A couple of things to consider for improvement: promptly respond to emails (I received a response on the day of arrival) , change music in the dining room (same music plays twice per day every day). The dining hours are a bit too tight, especially for lunch and dinner (the only challenge I had). Big thanks to the service personnel👍

I went on a little all inclusive holiday break to Alanya and stay at this 5 star hotel and couldn't find no fault everything was on point as you can see by the rating that I've given. This hotel is a adult only no children very nice place for couple to relax and in joy the hospitality.
They had sauna downstairs plus you could have a Turkish bath and massage but you have to pay for the Turkish bath and massage and plus indoor pool as well.
Also you could walk from the poolside through a tunnel and be on the beach without crossing the road.
They have a bar that connected to the hotel but you got to buy you drink not like the hotel has you know is all in clusive and certain drink are free.

We’ve visited Alanya many times over the past 20 years and my husband and I both agree this is by far the BEST hotel we’ve stayed in! The food is FANTASTIC and you’re spoiled for choice. The whole place is ‘absolutely immaculate’ and the staff are the best. We will be back this year. I’ve not had time yet to take all photos so here is a snippet.

Best hotel in yhe whole of Turkeye I've stopped in hundreds of hotels and thus is the best one by far. Proper luxury experience. With marble floors 100 % clean food exquisite, Staff maybe better than staff at Buckingham Palace made my stay the best ever

what a lovely hotel me and my mrs stayed in october 2023 for 10 days starting from the reception the bar men waiters literally all the staff were brilliant always with a smile the hotel was spotless the ala carte was fab LEYALA, AHMET and the rest were excellent the room were brilliant even the security staff were great. the spa serkin and team were great, cant wait to go back soon good job see you soon afroze ahmed

Wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We would definitely return.

This is my second stay at this hotel, I visited the same time of the year (November), its cooler and quieter. The staff do a great job taking care of you, the rooms are clean and modern, no charge for use of the room safe or air con. The room has a small fridge and the room has good spacious shower. The hotel is of a modern design, the food and drinks are plenty-full, the staff are always happy to help, the cleaners also do a good job. The hotel has its own beach and jetty with plenty of sun loungers, which is accessible under the tunnel, its a 40 min walk along the beach to Alanya city, which has a busy harbor and Alanya castle. The weather was just right (average 25 degrees for early November) I would definitely recommend.

Spent a week at SunPrime C-Lounge and the hotel was exquisite. It is fairly close to the sea with Outdoor and Indoor swimming pools. The staff were totally friendly and made our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at C-Lounge for a week last summer and I was particularly impressed by the high quality of the food served, and the excellent selection. One afternoon, staff even set up a lovely snack station by the pool with beautifully presented trays of fruits, desserts and fruit punch drinks. And the lady who made a traditional Turkish flat bread called Gözleme near the pool was a nice touch too.

My room was comfortable and modern and I appreciated the hotel's relaxed, calm adult ambience.

This summer I'll be visiting another country for my holiday, but after a great experience at C-Lounge, I'm sure I'll be back -- and I have recommended it to friends.

Fixed my hair at the hair saloon and the hairdresser were the best! Did my hair for a cheap price and I am in love with the result! Reccomend!

First of all I would like to thank the whole team, everyone in this hotel made an effort to fulfill my requests. From booking to eating. Everything was great. However, I would like to praise two people at the reception in particular, Izdihar and Yeliz did everything they could to make my booking uncomplicated and friendly. I think they deserve special recognition for their work. I will definitely come back in September.

First Class

Adult hotel with very kind and knowledgeable staff.
Compact and complete but without private parking.
Each floor has two rooms with a direct view of the sea, which is recommended. The rest of the rooms do not have an attractive view to stay for a few days.
A main street runs between the hotel and the beach. And it is suitable for those who want to stay in a cozy but urban environment.

Fabulous hotel! Spotlessly clean, excellent service.

Loved this hotel. The biggest plus is the staff. Leyla and Ahmed were so attentive and accommodating. The facilities were top notch and our room was great. The only area that could be improved just for the British guests is the food. I found that the biggest focus was catering for the European guests and that didn't always allow for many food options that we liked. Saying that though, the snack menu at the pool was great and that made up for the short comings of the Buffet restaurant.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Nothing was expecting from it but we were really surprised by Sunprime in a good point. Hotel is new, everything is shining, clear and even smells good :) our sea view room was nice, breakfasts were the best of all 5 hotels we stayed in Turkey for same price. Snow-white bathroom is something! Can’t even imagine how hard to keep it white. Reception and room service are high qualified and hospitable. Hope we will come back someday

This was our second trip to this hotel having spent time there last October.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean in every department.
The Queen size beds are so very comfortable and there's even a pillow menu for guests. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a wonderful roomy shower.
The food is fantastic. As vegetarians, we found the choices were better now than last time, every effort has been made to improve in that area.
The beach isn't great but that's down to the local council or whatever they have in place there. The new jetty is now complete and looks fabulous.
Now a mention for the staff, I have never stayed in any hotel, anywhere in the world where the staff are so amazing. Not only are they very professional in the jobs they do but they take so much pride in everything they do.
The shop is decent as its the spa area. My wife had her hair done before our photoshoot with David, an amazing photographer as well a friend now. Thanks David.
Time for some mentions, sorry for anyone not mentioned but there are so many. Caner and the guys in the reception, excellent. Ahmet, Fahri and all the crew in the restaurant, wonderful personal service. Leila who works mostly in the poolside eating area is amazing, her warmth and smile are infectious. Aynur, the lady who makes amazing Turkish pie (flatbread) is so so lovely, she's a real star. Caren and Safak in the Patisserie (which is amazing), great job. Finally the bar staff, Dilek at poolside, a relatively new staff member is doing great. Her cocktails are inventive as well as tasty. Mehmet and Ramazan, coolest guys on the planet and an absolute pleasure to spend time with you all.
