Diana Residence

Just back from a week's holiday, we stayed in a three bed apartment which was very spacious, clean and well kept. The cleaners come regularly and replace linen and towels.
We opted for a three bed as this allows for an oven in apartment, well equipped for all your catering needs.
There are two lovely balconies to enjoy and catch the final rays, plus a roof top terrace.
The pool and grounds are well kept plus a shop on site and the library of books in reception was a good touch also.
Diana Residence is out of the busier areas but a nice walk in or you can grab a taxi or dolmus easy enough. The owner is also very helpful and will reply to any questions/requests.

Recently come back from 2 weeks at the lovely Diana Residence, apartments had everything you need if you wanted to cook your own meals, restaurant and bar had a new menu for this year which was exceptional guality and food delivered to your balcony if you wished, all the staff were very helpful and the three cleaning ladies were so nice, dolmus to Calis and Fethiye 2 minutes away costing 30 lira, only downside we experienced were four young Turkish girls next door who kept us awake until 4.30am drinking and shouting for 2 nights but were warned about their behaviour and luckily only stayed 4 days, overall couldn't fault this lovely small Hotel.

Great property. Just what we needed. Not too far from town just a 5 trip on the dolmus. Great pool, nice sized rooms, regular cleaning. Great bar and nice relaxed.vibd around the pool

All the staff were great helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Never been to Turkey before and we all loved it.

I visited Diana residence with my 2 boys and parents in august. We had very pleasant stay. It was very clean and room where spacious. All the staff was always very helpful and always ready to help and give you comfort. The beach is less than 5 mins walk, the kids absolutely loved the fact they could run down the beach anytime they like.
I will definitely visit Diana residence again soon.

Loved our stay here - clean & well set out rooms, fabulous shower, king size beds & location to the beach. Perfect all round. Staff were marvellous - helpful & friendly.

Stayed in the diana residence apartments a week ago with 3 family members and had a fantastic time.
Apartments well furnished with washing machine and dishwasher! Apartments were clean and very spacious. Gardens and pool areas were kept immaculate. We stayed b &, b and breakfast was amazing. All the staff were brilliant and nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend these apartments and can't wait to go back.

Spent a very relaxing 10 days here. Mel the manager goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. The pool and grounds are perfect, the apartments spacious, clean and well equipped.
The family and myself had a wonderful stay, will definitely return.

This is 3rd time to visit the Diana Residence, so you can safely say we like it ! It is a very relaxed place and quite. They have a lovely pool but it is about a 10 min walk to the beach. The bedrooms are a good side and comfortable beds. There is a bar and shop and you can get food from their kitchen. It is a short walk into Calis and a bus ride into Feithya, both have a wide selection of shops and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment, good size, clean and quiet. Plenty of sun beds and clear pool. Staff friendly and efficient. We will return and recommend to friends

Accomodation is superb,the service is superb.The best small hotel l have stayed in , anywhere in the world.l would recommend everything about this place,and will be coming back as soon as l can.

Beautiful rooms and lovely pool area ... 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to restaurants and bars ... a little gem , will definitely return next September

Nice hotel, relaxed and quite atmosphere. Not far from beach, around 5-7mins walk. Lot of space for parking.

Stayed for a week and loved it staff can't do enough for you just a bit of a walk or taxi to town

Le séjour dans cette résidence était sympathique. On est à environ 7km du centre, l’appart hôtel est très spacieux, toutes les pièces sont climatisées, le personnel est très conciliant et agréable, un petit clin d’oeil à Durmuş qui a été très réactif avec nous et très sympa. En revanche la wifi ne capte pas du tout c’est le seul point « négatif »

Odalar çok geniş çok temiz ve çok ferah her odanın havuza bakan balkonu olması çok güzel düşünülmüş. Personel çok ilgili ve düzenli temizlikler yapılıyor. Konum olarak hem merkeze hem deniz kenarına çok yakın. Araba park etmek için alanın geniş olması ekstra bir özellik. Yemekler gayet güzel ve lezzetliydi.
