Everything was exceptional. Rooms are bright with white color fitted, clean and amenities are more than enough. All inclusive was the best option. Sea is crystal clean and smooth most of time, food is precious. I especially liked the disco at the teak-bottomed beach and the open-air gym with full panorama to the sea and Kos island. Thanks for the hospitality! We wish to come again in early autumn :)

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very pretty and rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and the entertainment team is full of energy, always smiling. You never get bored here.

The noise made by people from India is unbearable. I don't understand why these people try to disturb their surroundings so much. I also congratulate the hotel manager. With such a great team, great location, great food, it makes it great by bringing 200 Indians a day. Apparently, their plan is to be a hotel where only Indians can be there. Rest of all other facilities amazing . Thanks for all your helps great team !

The crew was incredibly kind, it was a resort where you can relax to the fullest but also get a few activities in!

Renovated facility, great food and beverage selections including branded drinks, coffee and tea. All day and night Entertainment activities, wonderful location.

The rooms are good. The food spread kept on improving day after day on the 3 day the food options were extremely great.
We are grateful to the staff Mr. Recep and other staff who helped us with our food.

The young man on reception was incredibly helpful and nice. We were affected by YouTravel's insolvency meaning our hotel booking at Labranda TMT ended up being cancelled. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed the hotel was fully booked for Eid and that we'd need to find alternative accommodation. Luckily the young man on reception allowed us to stay and use the Internet to contact our travel agent. He corporated professionally and swiftly with them to resolve our issue and help find alternative accommodation. Whilst we didn't end up staying at Labranda TMT I can say that this young man was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us.

I can't say the same for the older bald man on reception, I think his name was Samlik. He was incredibly unprofessional and couldn't care a less for the situation we found ourselves in, he wasn't willing to help in anyway.

We would be sleeping on the streets if it weren't for the younger man coming to our rescue.

great evening with Oguzhan. He showed us everything in the hotel and guided us through the Italian 4-course menu. Can only recommend👍

The hotel is very nice with a magical sea view, the variety of drinks was impressive.
Furthermore, I loved the friendliness of the entire staff, especially, the animation team. I am looking forward to come back as soon as possible. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you!

During our week-long stay at the hotel, we noticed that while the rooms near the reception appeared fantastic, the family rooms we were assigned were quite distant from the restaurants and main facilities. They were also not well kept and seemed run down. Unfortunately, the beach was not very good. On a positive note, the location is really good, not far from the central Bodrum, and the service provided by the staff was truly remarkable. Our dining experience was elevated by our exceptional waiter, Zahit. His attentiveness, warm demeanor, and prompt service significantly enhanced our meals. The level of dedication and professionalism was really good. Based on the outstanding service we received, the amazing food I recommend the hotel.

Family and kids friendly! But if you are staying with senior or a baby keep in mind they don’t have elevators. Three meals a day with snacks and drinks available in between, Alcohol and drinks are free at all times. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food quality was good and varied. Once I walked in this place I thought I was in senior ‘s house, but then I realized how good this place to chill and enjoy Bodrum beautiful weather.

The animation and mini club for children was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and entertaining!

The hotel is really nice, splendid view and as service, offers a lot of options to spend your time as well as entertainment activities.
You can play darts, volleyball, ping pong, do aquagym - team is really friendly and nice.
Restaurant staff is really attentive and professional, many thanks to Recep who was very careful with us.

Quite a busy hotel in a good way, nice atmosphere inside of the hotel and there are a lot of things going on at all times. The hotel is located in a very good place where its away from the crazyness of the city center but still close enough to walk to it for the bazar, restaurants etc. A taxi would cost you 100 lira which is very good, 10 minute drive or 30 minutes by foot.

Initial arrival could have been a bit better in terms of hospitality, reception seemed a bit stressed and direct rather than hospitable. This was the case on most days, was a bit hit and miss with the team.

Spa team is very friendly and they're always in a nice mood for a quick friendly chat especially Yusuf!

The restaurant and bar team are exceptional, always cracking a joke with all of the guests, running around in the heat and never forgetting about you. Most days we were served by Recep who is excellent! A true asset to the team.

Food is decent quality although most of the days the food items were a bit hit and miss and quite bland. Some of the items tasted quite stale but overall never had issues of things being missed as they were constantly replenished. If there was a bit more criticism would be that the food menu never really changed in the 7 days we were there.

Paradiso bar and shisha area is very nice as well, good atmosphere.

The sea side party area is very nice as well, very nice atmosphere and mood in the evenings.

Overall we were very surprised that there are a lot of staff constantly maintaining the property, sweeping, cleaning, washing the poolside area, common areas etc. Not a single place felt dirty or unsanitary at any time.

Housekeeping is very good as well, no complaints whatsoever.

Our room condition was very good, the only complaint being the bathroom shower felt a bit mucky due to the grouting being a bit old but nothing that would be very dramatic.
