The Boutique Cappadocia

Stunning lux villa in the heart of Cappadocia. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could have wished for to have an amazing stay. Comes with a gym, pool area, spa and a large garden with an incredible view. Lots of space and seating areas indoor and outdoor makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a holiday with a group of friends or family.
Fits comfortably 8-10. 24/7 security on site is also a plus with friendly staff at all times available to help and assist with after hour check-in.
Everything was impeccable and extremely cleaned. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Our experience at this hotel was truly breathtaking, from the seamless airport pickup to the luxurious boutique setting. The service was exceptional, with the owner's kind and lovely demeanor adding a personal touch. The private tours provided an immersive experience, and the day trips were unforgettable. And let's not forget the food, a culinary masterpiece at every meal. An unforgettable stay that exceeded all expectations!

We stayed one week in this wonderful boutique hotel. It was amazing! The interior of the house is charming and modern, it is surrounded with a stunning view, and a pool that is the center of the outside area. (Great to spend some relaxing time with friends & family) We also did a lot of activities managed by the hotel, such as hot air ballon, horseback riding, quad tours, museum’s, red valley, private cooking class, … it was so much fun. I can highly recommend this boutique hotel, many thanks & hope to see you soon again!!

Simply amazing!

I really enjoyed the time here! The villa is just stunning: super spacious (4 large bedrooms) and has offers everything I could have wished for: from various seating areas inside and outside to a sauna/hammam- spa area, fully-equipped gym and a large garden (huge pool!!) to the super friendly and motivated staff (private cook, concierge/butler, security & cleaning personell) it‘d have been easy to not having a reason to ever leave this mansion. The house is in prestige condition, super clean, and beautifully furnished with big attention to quality and detail.

Our cook Esref spoiled us with the best Turkish dishes in a daily basis. EVERYTHING this man serves is true heaven!

Our concierges, Fatih and Sadi, always were super friendly, helpful, and dedicated to make our time spent at the Boutique an unforgettable experience!

Despite enjoying every moment in this awesome villa, we of course wanted to explore the beautiful Cappadocia, too! In advance to our stay, Derya organized a perfect agenda for us considering weather conditions and logistics. You can count on her recommendations 1000%! During the week of our stay, we took the ATVs for a ride, had the greatest time in the vineyards nearby, explored local arts&crafts, markets, and villages. We visited the famous caves and learnt about the history of the region. We tasted local foods, even prepared typical Turkish wine leaves with Esref and were taught the arts of the Turkish cuisine.
My personal highlight and must-do when coming here: the balloon ride at sunrise (it‘s absolutely worth it getting up at 3.30am in the morning ;-)!!!

In short: we had THE best time here and I cannot wait coming back!

Habe mit meinen 3 Kinder eine unvergessliche Woche dort erlebt. Der Service und die Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter und Hotelinhaber war überwältigend. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die für uns geplanten Ausflüge waren bis ins kleinste Detail ausgearbeitet. Die Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker und wurden täglich nach unserem Geschmack zubereitet. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden auch mit Kinder. Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch dort.

Meine Tochter und ich haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!
Interior-Fans kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Hotel ist bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls wunderschön und man kann auf Grund des Standorts jeden Tag tolle Dinge unternehmen, die man sich vorher ausarbeiten lassen kann.
Das Hotel ist auf höchsten Niveau und Standard!
Ich kann es nur empfehlen- so etwas sieht man nicht nicht oft!

Arkadaşlarımız ile hafta sonumuzu geçirdiğimiz muhteşem bir konaktı. Öncelikle kapıda geldiğimizde bizi güvenliğin karşılaması ve 7/24 koruma altında olmak kendimizi güvende hissettirdi. Ev aşırı derecede çok temizdi odalar çarşaflar mutfak banyo muhteşem derecede temizdi. Ayrıca hamam ve saunayı kullandık muhteşem bir eğlence deneyimi oldu bizim için. Evin dekorasyonun da bahsetmek istiyorum kendinizi sanat müzesinden hissediyorsunuz evin içerisine, ilk adım attığınızdan itibaren ev sahibinin ilgi ve alakasını üzeriniz de hissediyorum sanki yanınızda gibi davranıyor. Kesinlikleeeee mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşayacağınız bir ortam bütün gidecek olanlara tavsiye ederim. Ev sahibine tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum.

Herhangi bir sorunla karsilasmadan sadece tatilinize yogunlasabiliyorsunuz... Essiz bir mustakil tatil olanagi sağlayan cok memnun kaldigimiz bir tatil deneyimi yasadık. Gelmek icin hala dusunenler varsa kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye ederim...

Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir konak gerçekten.3 gün kaldık ve her köşesi ayrı güzeldi.Konumu,konforu eşyalar her şey misafirler için özel hazırlanmıştı.Ev sahibinin ilgisi ve alakası çok güzeldi girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar sürekli bizimle ilgilendi.Kesinlikle tekrar gelip kalmak isteyecegim bir konaklama yeriydi

Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren ev sahibin bizimle ilgilenmesi çok güzeldi.Evin her köşesi ayrı bir güzellikle karşıladı arkadaşlarım ve beni.ev son teknoloji ile donatılmıştı çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdim.tekrar gelip kalmak için sabırsızlanıyorum

Das stilecht und top eingerichtete Boutique Hotel, gelegen in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit traumhaftem Weitblick und einem weitläufigen Garten mit abendlich beleuchtetem Swimmungpool, vermittelt eine entspannte Urlaubsstimmung. Das Personal umsorgte uns liebevoll. Diverse Ausflüge wurden für uns direkt vom Eigentümer organisiert, sodass wir die atemberaubende Region, Kultur und Leute entspannt kennenlernen konnten. Ein Urlaub mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre, der mehr als "5 Sterne" verdient! 😊
