Çok şık ve ilgili elemanlari olan giyim kuşam aksesuar mağzası . Atakule’de güzel konumda. Zaten şık olan magaza yılbaşı nedeniyle daha da süslü. Fiyatlar kaliteye göre ucuz bile. Avrupalı, Amerikalı markalar satan mağzalarda kurlar nedeniyle fiyatlar oldukca yükseltilmişse de Vakkorama bunu yapmamış. Fiyatlar neyse öyle kalmış kaliteye ve markaya uygun. çok kalabalik olmayan bir konumda olması pandemi günlerinde yılbaşi hediyesi seçebilecekler için tercih nedeni olabilir.

Türkiye'nin elit markası elit bir ortamda

Marka olarak çok sevdiğim bir mağaza. Bugün bir ayakkabı bakmaya gittim, istediğim numara yoktu, üstüne basa basa baktınız mı, Türkiye'de hiç bir mağazada mı yok dedim, yok baktık dediler fakat sonra Armada mağazasını aradığımda ayakkabı vardı. Gerçekten anlayamadım amacı, internet sitelerinden bakınca bile stok var gözüküyor, arayıp sormak bu kadar zor olmamalı.

Her zaman ayakkabılarda beden eksik nike'de 44, adidas'da 43 1/3 her zaman eksik

To be perfectly honest, I'm looking for long coat, and maybe a sweatshirt, and i wanna see the product and the quality fabric display here. Seems good quality, own brand products. But i don't want to explore more due to bad treatment i felt.

At first glance just enter the shop, i ask the staff in local language wether or not i can take a picture ( so i can make review in Google and also make comparison with other brand) 2 staff reply yes of course i can.

After checking 2 min tops a lady come by and ask me not to take any pictures which is odd, and bit rude approaching, speaking "notitude English" then of course İ explain her in English language that i have ask permission, but she kept making gesture is not possible, then after trying to understand her fair English "she said i only can take clothes picture not surrounding" 😂 well it's turn me off i immediately fled the shop. The way she approach me make me feel like I'm criminal, the way the gather and corner me. if im not allow to record anything I'm okay but the information shared is blurred, one say it allowed and other say cannot 😆 İ told them i will not buying anything here.

There 6 staff 'guarded' the store the ambiance is cold, no smile, no greeting service as usual u find in common store or high end store even. Very uncomfortable eyes seeing and gazing you every move.

The staff supposedly there to assist u make your shopping experience wonderful and u have great moment shopping there, but what see it's like they were moving like surveillance camera, gazing u in every steps, even gossiping u, gather, mumbling and watching u. Very uncomfortable, and not great service. Customer supposedly treat like king and queen, if customer like the product and how u treat them definitely they will buy.

No wonder the shop is very empty. No customer even excited to window-shopping or even intent to try on clothes and purchased anything.

This should be one of mid end store consider the price tag they put but i don't even want to have this label on my wardrobe judging on the way the treat customer

Service and attitude need to be fix in this store. İ really feel insecure and unwelcome.

Ridiculous customer service. No friendly faces, just misery
