Very Happy Homestay

Warm & welcoming service & perfect setting for the family.

Arrived early & was given an early check in. Room had no frills but bed sheets were clean & had a great view of the mountains.

Set lunch (separately charged) was hearty & healthy with 5 dishes, 1 soup & 1 fruit.

We were readily offered free pick up 'rides to Shifen waterfall & the Shifen old street.

Swimming pool was filled with refreshing & clear mountain water. There were also lots of fun activities like trolley slides, sky cycles, obstacle climbing courses.

2nd time staying here & will be back again for sure.

This place is exceptional, especially as a hotel designed for families or groups of families with children. Big pool + shallow pool, slides, water spouts, an attentive life guard - and we were the only ones in the pool - large grounds with climbing stairs to viewing platforms, but before climbing there is already a great view of the hills, playground with imaginative features, like a bicycle railway and a down hill cart BBQ area, bubble machine, sky lanterns, fire flies, genuinely friendly and relaxed staff, friendly guests who took us fire fly spotting, nice clean rooms. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but I think that was a good thing. You win some you loose some this one was a definite win. Will be back.

服務人員非常親切，有小孩遊戲池，小孩玩得很開心，園區很多體能設備與步道，覺得非常適合帶孩子來的生態環境。我覺得非常貼心的是他們可以有專車帶我們一家人去老街附近，入園時也有車子帶我們上去房間。非常貼心。游泳池還有遮陽設備很棒

ここのホテルで良かったと思いました。
乳幼児がいることがわかると、ベビーバスに風呂の椅子をさり気なく用意してくれたり、従業員の方が優しくて色々教えてくれたり、また行きたくなるホテルでした。

房間隔音佳，還有游泳池，餐廳的吐司特別好吃，還可以放天燈！🙃

是寵物有善&很棒！
出外住民宿首選應有是均需以上條件，
另外就是能好好休息，但就這點真的希望能將房間隔音做改善⋯因房間是大面玻璃，白天可看到天空⋯室外花草景觀，但晚上可能需加壓馬達儲水或清洗泳池⋯⋯房間在晚上11點後整個圍繞時高時低的鳴聲陣陣⋯⋯，對對聲音敏感淺眠的人，真的是一大折磨⋯，忍受到清晨四點多⋯聲音漸小才能睡覺⋯
（可能是暑假開始，需水量大）但可否改變時間，會造成噪音的工作不要在晚上客人要睡覺的時間，如無法改變至少也該把會影響到的客房加強隔音設備！

空氣好，房間乾淨，景觀美住宿又安靜，還有游泳池可戲水。吃完豐富的早餐，讓你精神百倍再出發，值得推薦的好地方。
