Staff very courteous and helpful. sound was perfect, not too loud, air con not too cold. However if you have any lower back body problems, the seats are low in the back. I needed someone to help me get out of my seat. Otherwise it was perfect. Ate,at the Ponderosa and it was the best service. I will go back again. We also bought car freshener that was excellent. Lots of different kinds of products that make super cool gifts! They had fresh fruit drinks that we loved too. Also, on the weekends the parking fees have no discounts when you buy their products.

Without a doubt my favorite movie complex in Taipei. Not only are the facilities exceptionally clean and elegantly designed, the plush and spacious seats reward you for your sophisticated choice of theater. Where else can you browse a wide array of books / magazines three floors up before your showtime, and after the film, conveniently grab a hot snack from the attached food court? Savvy audiences who come here quietly chuckle at the less fortunate who have never been.

Really serene place. Had English subtitles! And at night come out of the Arthouse and take a walk in the park area it's beautiful!

My go to cinema in Taipei as the selection of movies are mostly art and foreign rather than commercial mainstream.Very comfortable seating and a limited selection of quality snacks not the McDonald's type.

My favorite movie place. Atmosphere is better for people who cares the quality of surrounding. Good educational choices of movies. No soap opera. Not Hollywood oriented.

The most comfy and clean theatre in Taipei, besides the ones from major studios, also having cult films sometimes.

The place is full of artisanal boutiques on the first two floors and a bookstore on the third. The basement is a cinema showing mostly arthouse movies foreign and domestic new releases and restropective selections.

Great bookstore with design building. Small size cinema inside. Food court, shops and famous restaurant, one of the creators of famous bubble tea.

放映很多冷門好片 They have got many movies that other theatre doesn't have. It is quite good actually.

Great theater, screening rooms are not too large and they have a great selection of movies. 310TWD for a ticket to blade runner.

I think the best seats are ROW D, E, F.
