Acer Songxin Official Service Center

Have been here for many times. The biggest impression of this center is that it's pretty quiet and relaxing, it may be the result that this service center is way off the main roads so not many customers will come here to bother the staff in here. Last time I came here is for my Windows Mixed Reality controller issue, the staff at there is pretty nice, and act pretty quickly when evaluate my issues. The only one small complain about this center is it's really far away from the main road, but in exchange for the little inconvenience is the really nice atmosphere.

Staff is nice. A customer before me walked out with a refurbished notebook at about 1/2 off retail pricing. Of course it was a one off return/repair unit. I wanted one.

The receptionist is very kind. Also the engineer works well and rapidly, solving all the problems of my laptop.

修筆電需要兩天，囧
男人沒有筆電就好像女生沒帶衛生棉，粉沒安全感😵🫤🤔😂🤣

接待的女孩子很親切，笑容也非常甜美，近中午送修時告知萬一缺料可能要年後，沒想到下午就通知我修好了，感謝你們的效率。

Acer原廠維修中心，電話不好打進去，筆電親自送件比較快，到府收送服務在疫情要等很久，舊換新服務也因為筆電缺貨停擺

優質的服務中心，原來限宏碁電腦商品，現在已擴大到各種不同品牌的維修服務，工程師經驗豐富，接待櫃台人員也都能和來維修的客戶做最好的溝通，所以碰到了電腦等3 C 產品，需要服務處理的時侯，就可以到此了。

進來十分鐘明顯有感相較與光華門市的態度簡直是好到不行，如果台北市只有兩間直營門市，建議來松信路的，不要求作為客戶要被如何如何對待，只要正常。正常。正常。不想受氣。受氣。受氣。松信直營是正常的，光華直營是爛掉的

非常感謝櫃檯許小姐協助，以及內部工程師專業處理，身為講師筆電內資料跟電腦運作很重要，感謝在短時間內處理好硬碟讓我能正常運作。櫃檯服務很好👍很有耐心。

疫情期間，工作人員分流上班，但處理速度也是很快，早上送去，下午就好。松信路上路邊公有停車格很多，好停車。

服務不錯，會把狀況詳實記錄，工程師處理及電話回覆的時間也很快，約一、兩個工作天就能完成。

觸控板掉漆故障，電聯觸控板換新物料費$600。是日到現場後，立馬更換，一小時內完成，且保固內：免費^^宏碁的售後服務真是好安心~
櫃檯姊姊很親切（湊巧興趣相投^^），工程師也很專業又有耐心（電話詢問時^^）...以後選筆電，一樣選宏碁~^^
