The new Sigma Fitness Center

It was a fantastic experience visiting Sigma Fitness. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment was well maintained and the facilities were fantastic. The personal trainer Alec did such an amazing job of fixing my deadlift technique, he has made such a difference to my training. Best gym in Taiwan 🙂

For English speaking foreigners: There is a lady who speaks perfect English so you will be taken care of well from the start.

This gym is great! I lost 25kgs in 4-months without sacrificing the amount of food I eat. I recommend REX as gym trainer. He can speak a little English too

Well equipped gym, and if there is extra equipment that you need they will bring it down for you from the personal fitness room. Also the boss speaks perfect English which is definitely a plus. All staff are friendly and always willing to help you wben asked, unlike many other gyms I've been to. Definitely recommend this gym.

I love this gym! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Personal Trainer Kevin really knows his stuff and is excellent at creating fitness programs that help rehabilitate injuries. After knee surgery and Kevin's awesome guidance I have been able to get back to normal strength and fitness.

我的教練是Dragon，才三個月，原對運動無法持續、對健身一竅不通的我，到現在越練越有心得，Dragon教練很強，教學很容易進入不怕做不到，隨時注意姿勢糾正，依能力開發潛力，最怕練完的痠痛也會仔細教如何舒緩，本來只買3個月會員試水溫，今天默默再續約了👍

推推Alec教練，上課親切又幽默，上課都沒有特別大的壓力，課程多樣又有趣，也針對我身體上的需求去做課表的安排，最喜歡的是會一直跟學生討論溝通運動觀念跟計劃，放心的交給Alec教練就對了👍❤

壞境很舒服、乾淨，人不像大間連鎖那麼多人，反而可以自己安安靜靜、舒舒服服的運動❤

不要害怕自己上健身房 也不需要在意別人怎麼看你因為大家都很認真的運動根本沒時間理你穿的怎麼樣 就是胖才想來健身想變成理想體態對吧？
