Great hotel conveniently located near the Railway Art Village and lots of foos and shopping. Our room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was really good too with a lot of variety! We had a terrific stay here.

The hotel is located near the Railway Art Park in Taitung City. While the hotel is located a few blocks away from the busier city centre, the location is not as at all inconvenient as it is only a 20 minute walk to the night markets.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful to point out the attractions around town. They were always willing to help call a taxi as taxis are not that easy to find in Taitung.

The hotel rooms are large and roomy and are very well adorned. The bathrooms are well laid out separating the toilet from the walk-in shower. The layout is very well thought out and very functional yet comfortable. We particularly love the sound insulation of this hotel.

The breakfast buffet has many different flavors and options. They have a nice tea and coffee machine that makes good milk, tea or espresso. Breakfast is served between 7:00 until 10:30 in the morning.

From our room window, we were also able to see the Pacific Ocean. We highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Taitung.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast, good location and free bicycles. This is a great place to stay in Taitung. I highly recommend it.

KID-FRIENDLY! Really nice hotel near several shopping/leisure locations. The rooms are new and clean; the staff was professional and helpful. Parking spaces (both outdoor and indoor) were plentiful. One of the neatest things about this hotel is the little courtyard by the restaurant and the adjacent CHILD PLAY ROOM. Yes, you read that correctly. A free-to-use child playroom in a Taiwanese hotel. Such a rarity and a pleasant surprise for us traveling with an 18 month old. Our stay included buffet breakfast, which was pleasant with good variety. The hotel has a comfortable lounge area on the 2nd floor that we enjoyed. They also had a workout room with a small selection of treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and light weights. The location is near the old Taitung train station, which has been turned into walking trails and souvenir shops. There is also a mall nearby for shopping and dining.

Very comfortable stay and really appreciated the upgrade to a suite. Breakfast was a good spread with variety for such a small inn. The area around the hotel is worth a look just by walking along the quiet streets in April. I simply love the serene scenery at the beach just a couple of km away just by cycling with the free bicycles from the hotel. The only downside was that we couldn’t rent any motorcycles from the nearby shops. There’s only one shop near the Taitung train station who will rent out to foreigners.

We are in the process of moving from Kaohsiung to Taitung. We stayed at a hotel chain with an international presence our first week here. Beautiful, however not comfortable or home like.

Inn By the Village are both of those things, and more. From the Manager Erica, and her entire staff to the building itself...we are so impressed. We will probably miss staying here when we find a home here in Taitung.

Breakfast is included, there is gym, you can rent bicycles, and there is a Family Mart across the street. The on-site restaurant/bar is wonderful, however there are other places to eat within walking distance as well.

When you visit Taitung, Inn By the Village is the only place you should stay. Ask for Erica...she is wonderful.

Excellent hotel in Taitung close to bus terminal. Easy traffic to nearby attractions better than by train. Rooms are good priced. Clean tidy. Exercise room well equipped. Washing machine very good. Restaurant good food for breakfast and dinner.

New and clean hotel with friendly staff. They also have GYM for those visitors who would like to keep fit at anytime. Furthermore, the hotel provides bicycles free of charge. Well it is the best way to explore Taitung city and its surrounding nature.

have stayed there twice and the experience was truly awesome especially the service! great location to lots of scenic spots. love the family room with a bathtub. definitely will come back again!

Always look forward to my stay in Taitung. Closely located to the art area and mall. Wide selection st breakfast and a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well.

Very new hotel. Near to the bus terminal . Staffs are all young and very kind.morning buffet is so-so. Room is not so wide but comfortable.
