Apple 台北 101

Thanks to Esmé who helped me swap my Apple Watch’s colour even though I didn’t have the original packaging and was friendly and sweet during the whole interaction.

The store is located in Taipei 101. Quite crowded.

It’s huuuge and its the best stocked of all Taipei. So if you are looking for something that other shops don’t have just go here. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Was contemplating to service my iphone 12 or just buy a new phone. And just decide that i will just service it.

Mine has a camera problem so they will change the battery, and figured my battery is also at 78% capacity might as well just change it all together. I would say owning an apple product cost me a fortune, i spent like 8k NTD for this.

But they said, during the process my screen was having some problem and they have to change it, so i got the new screen for free? 🤣 but anyway not sure if it’s entirely free or just a refurbish from the old one. my old screen has some minor scratch but other than that no problem. Now I can use my iphone 12 for another 2 years or so. Before upgrading. I feel like these day, newer iphone don’t really have any significant improvement.

Great service staff helping me out during the closing hour. I was supposed to arrive to Apple 101 around 9pm to pick up my battery-replaced phone, but my train was delayed for over half an hour. I decided to try my luck and rushed as fast as I could, and I ended up seeing a silver lining. Though I don’t know the name, but great thanks to the handsome guy for letting me in. You are truly my savior, and I am really touched for the extra service you provided!

Apple Store in Taipei 10 is really large. There are many devices for testing and experience. The best thing i like is having many seats for people relaxing and discussing about their devices.

The biggest Apple Store I've ever seen and been to so far. They have different Apple accessories and gadgets, almost complete.

I just bought an iPhone 13 pro max and the staff who assissted me is so kind and nice..👍👍🙂

I like my experience when I have to change my battery. Their service time is quick (it took 2 days). As a result, I pay 6000 NTD, to get my new battery, an update, and new chasing. What a good deal ;)

Staff was quick and amazing. Great Apple store in Taipei 101, it can be a bit busy sometimes but staff pay attention to everybody!
