Cut, dyed and conditioned my hair here by Andy and was a great experience! He did an initial examination of the current status of my hair and debriefed me on the type of looks and style that would suit me. Following that he then took the time to go through pinterest photos to see what kind of style and color I want. Whole process took around 3-4 hours, staff are friendly and place is very clean and well maintained. Very happy with my hair result -Highly recommend and make sure to make appointment ahead of time!

I’m from America, and I came here just to get my hair done by Andy. My hair is extremely frizzy and no matter what I did to try and help it, nothing would work. I decided to get my hair cut hoping it would help. Andy suggested that I got it permed after I cut it so it wouldn’t look like a lion (extremely frizzy). The experience was amazing. Plus my hair looks perfect even after blowing in the wind. I will be coming back next year and after that. Amazing!

Nice and clean environment with complimentary beverage of your choice. My stylist, Vic, was personable and offered personalized recommendation. I liked the attention to detail from the eye shield during haircut to the mint cooling spray afterwards. He made everything felt so effortless and natural. This high quality service does come with a matching price tag. Appointment (rather than walk-in) is highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, love the stylish decors and the sunlights coming from the floor to ceiling windows. Me and my girlfriend received great services from Cathy, we enjoyed the time spending here.

Highly recommend the hair stylist Andy! He patiently discussed and listened to my needs/expectation and provided great services. Cozy environment and nice staffs as well! Overall, 10/10 and would come visit soon.

Came in to get a haircut and perm and was very impressed with the results! Entire salon is very clean, professional, and has a lovely environment. My stylist Penny listened to what I wanted, was super friendly, and gave me the best possible hair result. This is an amazing salon and I will definitely be coming back!!

First time coming to this salon and it was such a great experience! I knew I wanted to change something about my hair so I was in between dyeing or cutting drastically. For each option, Andy took the time to explain his thoughts on each and the steps he would take. So patient and understanding as I was being very indecisive! I also appreciated his honest opinions that helped me form my decision. I’ve never dyed my hair before so I was nervous to bleach then dye, so Andy recommended a dye over my dark hair that still came out very pretty! Very kind, patient, and warm staff :)

I had an amazing experience with Andy! I was a little nervous because it was my first time getting a perm in a very long time. However, Andy took the time to ask a lot of questions on how I wanted it to look and also gave his professional advice on how my hair should be trimmed in order for my hair to look full and not flat. The overall process took about 4 hours (cut, perm, wash & conditioning, and styling). They kept refilling my tea and offering snacks and the hair wash person gave me the best head massage. I would highly recommend for locals and people coming from out to town! Very clean, reasonably priced and excellent service!

Today I visit Aplace Hair salon for the first time since I moved to Linkou few months ago. The environment is welcoming, clean and staff are friendly.
My overall experience is great especially with my stylist "Cool" she is very professional and attentive. after all I am very satisfied with my " Cool "hair cut. I highly recommend Stylist Cool and I definitely will come back soon.

As a foreigner from the US, I have always cut my hair whenever I come back to Taiwan. This time, I found Aplace Hair Salon in Linkou, Taiwan online and through Instagram and went there for hair coloring and a haircut. I had Andy do my hair and it was amazing!!

Andy was really friendly, professional, and did everything in a very timely manner. He took the time to explain everything that he suggested and listened to our own thoughts. If he didn’t agree, he directly told us and explained why, referencing head and face shape as well as hair texture, level of maintenance.

We had such a great time with Andy, that we went back a second time to get our hair dyed. Both my sister and I had never dyed our hair and were very scared that bleaching and dying it would ruin our hair, but Andy and his team did a fantastic job!!! He blocked off his entire day for just my sister and I and paid a lot of attention on us. Our hair after the bleaching felt amazing and was very soft. He explained how to take care of our hair and even styled for us to show how he would suggest styling it.

I also wanted to have a little tweak to the hair that he cut for me the week before and Andy was willing to change it for me without any additional cost.

The pricing was very reasonable. We got our hair bleached and colored and many people worked on our hair.

I live in Taipei but I will definitely make the trip to Linkou and have Andy work on my hair next time I am in Taiwan.

Most of all, the hair salon was EXTREMELY clean and spotless. Very impressed especially with the number of clients that they have booked back to back.

Just move to this area recently and happened to visit this hair salon. Conformable environment and experienced stylist. Cathy helps to deal with my sensitive-scalp with some course of treatment. Although, it takes 2 hours which is longer than i expected. The environment still make ppl relax and easy. Highly recommend this place.

Had a haircut appointment with Andy a week before flying back to California. He provided great service, chose shampoo/conditioner most suitable for my scalp and am happy with my new trim. Great service and nice/clean environment with friendly staff

As we move from place to place, hairdressing is always a problem to me cause I’ve often had problems building comfort with a hairdresser who’s new to me. But Andy surprised me right in our first encounter with his skills and patience. Almost felt like he knows my hair more than I do. I’m pleased that I’ve met Andy and I feel super-comfortable with him.
