It's a great gym in Xinfeng area.
I train here about 3-4 times a week and find the staffs are friendly and one of the staff can speak english who helped me when i was signing up. i love working out in the mid day when the gym is quiet. Love the gym environment and the cleanliness. maybe they can pump up more with the music in the evening while the gym is pretty packed up.
gym equipment is pretty new and complete enough to focus on building muscle.
it's a worth to visit !
