1. The hotel is located in a bustling place. It's convenient to go to Tie Hua Village on food.
2. Their room is spacious, tidy, and peaceful. And, their bathroom and toilet are separate. In short, it is enjoyable to stay a night inside.
3. They offered free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The tourists could gather there.
4. You could enjoy lavish breakfast in the morning. I am confident to say that their breakfast was good.

One thing needs to improve is their parking places in the basement. I thought it's not easy to enter and leave for the people who visit their for the first time.

The hotel was located near the downtown centre, which was convenient for shopping or transport, the appearance of the hotel looks quite unique, surrounded by landscape pools, The frontdesk was polite and friendly, and the room was clean and bright, but only thing was toilet seat was narrow a little bit, l can barely fit it, but totally it was a great place for rest.

The Suites is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed.

The room layout was great. I feel I have larger useable space than the number says. The furniture looks new and high-end.

The customer service was polite and professional. They also served local snacks and drinks at the lobby.

The buffet was excellent on the variety and quality. My wife wished she could have it as breakfast every morning.

The only issue I could pick is that the parking lots was narrow, and I could not consistently find an available slot.

The hotel provided me a good evening. I think the it should have be honored at least with 4 stars.

Came to live at this hotel during a family vacation. The room is quite big and comfortable, and the bathroom is very spacious. One of my favorite part about this hotel is that its toilet and shower areas are separate, allowing people to use different bathroom functions concurrently. Moreover, there is both a shower and a bathtub!

Lovely hotel with convenient location, free bike rental available for hotel guests to roam about the city. Breakfast buffet offers variety of local cuisine that guests can enjoy. Lobby cafe provides free snacks and coffee 24 hours a day.

Love the space and the room..
You can easily bring bike into the room and into the elevator... The hotel is also relatively eco friendly using dispensers high quality shampoo and soap :) good stay and good space for athletes.

we didn’t expect this hotel is newish . It’s in very good condition . The receptionist are very friendly. There is an area offer candies , cookies, cake and a variety of hot drink such as coffee and tea, which really give you a warm feeling of home. I would choose this hotel again.

Great place to stay! It’s a super short walk to the night market, and yet still quiet enough to get a rejuvenating rest!
The amenities are fantastic and is super comfortable.

Very spacious room. Staffs were all friendly and they do provide free shuttle transfer to taitung train station according to their schedule.

New hotel with great cleanliness! About 10 mins walk from night market, but manageable distance. Appreciate the quiet environment around the hotel.

It's a new opened hotel, modern industrial architectural style. They would like to make this building assimilate to the landscape. Hospitality is the essence to them.
